Used to love this place, terrible communication and give no estimate. Did not inspect my car when I asked, left me with a check engine light on, and left my car parked next to the street(when they have a fenced in area for cars) and left it UNLOCKED the entire night. Love to support a local business (one that I used to love) and these people are good people, but do better.

HORRIBLE!!!!! BAD BUSINESS OVER PRICED (NOT RECOMMENDED) Last Week I Took My Car In To See What Was Going On With My AC And They Said They Have To Put It On Diagnostic Test Which Was 70 Bucks They Kept My Car All Day Until Closed Than Called Me And Said They Think Its My Expansion Valve Key Word THINK And Gone Have The Nerve To Say It Would Be 340 Bucks Plus Tax And The 70 Bucks For The Test So I Declined And Called The Part Store In The Part Expansion Valve Was Only 40 Bucks And The Part Is Right On My FireWall Not Hard At All So They Was Trying To Charge Me 300 Plus Bucks Just To Put That On!!! And When I Went To Pick Up My Car And Got Ready To Leave My Stirring Wheel Was Hard To Turn So I Popped My Hood Open And Noticed They Had My Serpentine Belt Off My Car!!!!! And I Told The Other Mechanic And He Gone Try And Tell Me They Didnt Mess With It And I Said BS!!!! So He Looked At It Tried To Put It On And Didnt Know How And The Other Mechanic Did It!!!! I Took My Car To Someone Else And They Put The Part On In That Wasnt Even The Problem It Was My Air Compressor Not Pumping Right!!! SMH!!!

Really the only mechanic I would trust with my 1998 ford ranger. Its been maintained here for 20 years. Kelly and his wife run the shop and he can pretty much tell you whats possible when it comes to keeping your vehicle alive at the lowest cost. He provides some free, invaluable advice every time I need it. Much recommended!

Ive been familiar with many shops in the Tulsa area and KC Auto is the only place I trust with my vehicles. They are fully equipped with state of the art equipment and information systems and truly offer Dealership level service. When comparing with a dealership, I speak in terms of fully equipped to deal with any issue related to a very wide range of makes. In terms of knowledgeably and experience, I believe the men at KC Auto have vastly more experience than the dealer trained mechanics. Dealer mechanics more replace than repair. KC clearly has the edge when it comes to ability to repair or rebuild an assembly where dealers have the plug and play mentality.

They are Mechanics not part changers. They have a knowledgeable staff that will do what you expect from a repair shop.

Ive used KC Auto Repair for multiple major services and repairs, and their integrity, prices, communication, and service has been exceptional. A water pump they put on had a manufacturing defect, and they replaced it at no charge to me. Recently, I was prepared to replace all 4 struts on my car, and they let me know only the rear was needed, saving me hundreds. How many mechanics in town would do that? I cant recommend them highly enough!

Ive found my way to savings. Meticulous mechanic, Robert even found and replaced items most would ignore. My 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser now runs like a new vehicle. This will be my last car probably since Im 82 and auto insurance keeps escalating at this age, but now I know Im safely driving in a fully updated vehicle. Hopefully no breakdowns. This is a family owned business and they do care about their customers. Been there for decades so overlook the worn appearance, youll get gold star service plus truly fair pricing. Wonderful people, hard to find.

They did an amazing job (as of this writing....) but were a little squirrelly when it came to pricing. They told me one thing and switched it up a bit, but for what they did Im pleased with the work part. Dude told me he would have it by end of day and he was true to his word. I will be using them again and do recommend them.

Good experience with KC Auto, Kelly is a very nice guy, explained everything very well.I got a tune up on my 2005 Equinox;They removed and replaced spark plugs, fuel filter & air filter, adjusted the ignition timing and leveled all fluid levels, & replaced PCV Valve. Cost $276 with parts. I was very pleased with their customer service.

An amazing shop. Theyll do their best to explain what is wrong and even show you what theyll be working on with your car. They also stand by their repairs and if something goes wrong within a certain window of time with the repair that was done, theyll fix it for you without complaint.

I have a 1997 Chevy 2500 pickup that Ive driven for over 10 years, and had 220K miles on the original motor. Started running rough one day a couple of weeks ago, and I was told the there was some internal problem with the engine. With that many miles, it didnt make sense to fix the original motor. I contacted KC about putting in a re-manufactured engine, and they said theyd be happy to do the work. I just drove it from their shop to the office - and it runs solid, like a brand new truck. 3 year unlimited mile warranty. I picked this shop because of the feedback I found online, and Ill be a repeat customer from here on. Mike at KC was very professional and their shop handled this big job with ease. Thanks, Mike!

I needed a coolant flush and a hole in the exhaust repaired. First, they will over charge you if you dont question the price. Second, they did a terrible job with the coolant flush. I checked it a few weeks later and its clear they did one flush and called it good... definitely the least they could do to feel like they can charge me money. I had to pay to have it done again elsewhere. Third, they didnt actually fix the hole that was making a noise; the reason I brought the car in. I would never return to, or recommend this auto shop.

If I could rate 0 I could. First they try to tell I owed them money when ive never been there and hadnt touched my car in the two days it had been there.They wrecked my car, quoted me 800 to fix the v belt i brought it in for in the first place. I got a quote elsewhere for 200... (insisting i needed a new alternator; no matter how tight that belt was it didnt break the alt.cage so that was a lie)They agreed to fix the damage they caused only after its repaired. Then they tell me if I take it elsewhere they will not repair the damaged they caused to my car.... theyre backing me into a corner to try to force me to pay them their ridiculous amount or they will not fix the back end they wrecked!

HORRIBLE customer service. Owner quoted me 80.00 an hour labor. Job took 45 minutes. The owner charged me for two hours of labor! The owner was baffled that I only wanted to pay for one hour!! Will never recommend this place to anybody to use EVER!

GMC 3500HD bucket truck...the best in tulsa area no lie, no overcharging, even though my truck is big to fit inside the garage, they made a promise and fixed it the same day. very friendly staff, if you are looking for people who know what they are doing this is the place to go they are busy but still do business the good old fashion way..
