After a neighbor backed into my Lexus, I already knew who I was going to have repair it. The Danny Myers team (Mike, Charles) took great care of me. They handled all the insurance backend work and made sure my vehicle was repaired to highest quality standards. Highly recommend for body work and paint repair jobs.
Used Danny Myer several times in the past for minor fender-benders and was satisfied but when my Jeep Wrangler needed a repair after being hit in the rear end and sustaining $9K worth of damage used Danny Myer again. I was not pleased this time.South Pointe Jeep/Chevrolet did the axle and wheel base repairs which took several weeks then sent my Wrangler over to DM. DM did a nice job on the dents -so maybe I should give 3 stars instead of 2 - but it was the woman manager (forget her name) who really made me mad.Issue was this - Danny Myer told me they could not replace my back tire rack with original type of rack which was fine although the replacement rack was much heavier and obstructed back window to a larger degree. However they also used a back gate door that rattled horribly and I suspect the gate was a salvage part as I noticed later on it was badly dented on the inside. Still I would have been satisfied with the work except for the horrible rattling of the back gate and tire rack. I took the Jeep back 3 times to try to rid the incessant rattling, each time being told it was fixed only to find it wasn’t.Mind you this wasn’t minor rattling - the Jeep rattled as if something were going to fall off. The 3rd time in, DM’s blonde manager whose name I forget, suggested I just turn the radio sound up louder. Not what I wanted to hear!!I gave up trying to get the problem resolved although suspect it was the salvaged back gate that was the main problem and not the over-sized tire rack. Eventually traded the Jeep in for a BMW. BMW’s managers first words to me on the Jeep trade-in was “how did you put up with that rattling!!” Would be funny under any other circumstances.Hopefully others will have better experience with DM & like I said body work was very good but try not to deal with their manipulative lying blonde manager.
Used Danny Myers several times: complex repair Honda Ridgeline Truck; replaced cracked windshield Hyundai Accent and Honda Ridgeline; replaced damaged bumper Hyundai Accent; repair headlamp area Mitsubishi Mirage. We used insurance once - easy peasy! Other repairs affordable. Impressed with Errin - estimator/advisor so much so always ask for her. Shes professional, pleasant and expert in body shop industry. Appreciate Joanne, receptionist - listens well, responsive,and hospitable. Shop staff workmanship outstanding! Quality workmanship, seamless insurance process, value, affordability, timeliness, minimal stress - aforementioned is why we go to Danny Myers for car care AND do not even google elsewhere.
WARNING: I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 1/4 star. This company was chosen to repair and paint my car. My insurance company paid them in advance and now my car is two colors instead of one because they refuse to match the paint. What they did paint was poor quality on the doors. My husband called it dry shot.There was nothing wrong with the hood, the parts they replaced need to be painted correctly, yet they are going to now screw up my hood.In addition, the manager MIKE BYRD was rude to both myself and my husband.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I’m from out of town and I went to get see how much a bumper fix would be. They got in set in 5 minutes the same day since I was from out of town. They also gave me a great deal on it as well!
My car got hit by a hailstorm last April, putting about 100 marble sized dings in it causing $5,000 in damage. The staff was extremely nice and made the experience very easy. The gentlemen that examined my car and gave the quote (cant remember his name ) seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and clearly explained what we needed to do. Admittedly, I know nothing about whats involved in hail damage repair but I do know they have to remove a lot of pieces to properly do the work and was slightly worried since its a new car and thought things would never be the same. I received a call back about a week later that it was ready and Im extremely pleased with the work. They had to replace the hood, which I was worried that the paint wouldnt match since its kind of a unique sparkly pearl white color, but it matches the rest of the car perfectly and all the lines between the hood and side panels are even. I havent noticed any loose panels inside and everything seems to line up great. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside which shows they went an extra step.
I cannot recommend this place enough. They were excellent to deal with. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They worked with insurance company as well and got the best estimate to fix my car. The employees were all very knowledgeable and friendly.
They put old damaged parts back on my car and when confronted wouldn’t even talk to me about it.
They provide fast, efficient, courteous, reasonably priced professional service. My truck looks like new after they completed the repairs on it, and Joanne was as pleasant as could be to work with as was Charles - the appraiser. Based off of my experience, I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will never wish on anyone what Danny Meyers(DM) did to me. When I first brought my car to DM, I was assigned to an estimator by the name of Justin. This guy was an absolute donut(clueless). He initially told me, that the body work was pretty simple and will take roughly a week to 1.5 week. Trusting his words and expertise, so I thought, I was not ready for the ride he was going to put me through. Here is the list of things that went very wrong:1. It took almost 4 weeks for them to complete my job when it was estimated to take 1-1.5 weeks.2. If you get a dude named Justin, walk out right away.3. Expect ZERO follow-up. Danny Myers should be paying you for doing their job.4. Expect to handle all insurance related stuff even though they claim to handle everything.5. Expect to hear this excuse a million times Man I have just been so busy. If any company uses this as an excuse, they dont need to be in business. If you were so busy then you should not have accepted my job and provide such poor customer service.6. Hey man I will call you back for sure tomorrow to give you an update. Yup, you guessed it, didnt call me back. DM is an 8-5, when it hits 4:30pm, dont bother.7. Ever submitted a resume to a portal and just know deep down it is just going into a dark hole. That is what happens when you leave a message there.8. Even if you complain to other people there like Joann or Tim...dont bother they are all buddy buddy.9. Justin told me that I could pick up my car on monday (after 3 weeks) and that it is guarantee it will be ready. I dropped off my rental and guess what, it wasnt ready.10. If you like the feeling of disappointment in your life, DM is the place for you and can provide a large dosage of disappointment.11. If you do decide to disregard this list, remember this, once you drop your car off they pretty much have control over you. That means that the sales guy did his job, they are getting their money and pretty much who cares about your time. At this point, you just have to pretend to play nice, because complaining and leaving messages will bring you back here to leaving a review like this.In summary, though DM tried to make things right at the very end by giving me $200 towards my insurance deductible, the damage was done and I was pretty bitter. It was not worth it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I should have listened to the 1 stars and not the fake 5 stars. I will say however, the shop and paint work is quality, but the customer service and project management severely discredits that department.
I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to pick up my car. I was told it would be done today by 1630. Then as I got here the time moved to 1700. No big deal. I’m looking at the reviews of this place. Probably should have done that before I dropped it off, but it is in a nice part of town, the lobby is pristine and the secretary is the bomb. So my car has been here 6 days. I dropped it off the night before because I work at 0630. I was never notified by Charles (my estimate dude) that they had all the parts and started work. No big deal. Charles told me when he estimated it, 5-6 days. On day 4 still no communication from Charles. So I called, will be ready by day 6, bummer but ok. Day 6 no word from Charles that it was ready, so I called at 1330. Charles is at lunch and won’t be back for 45 min. 😳I’m about to leave work, I need to arrange a ride to pick up my car. I need to know if/when I can pick it up!! The awesome secretary finds out this info for me, so here I am waiting... As I wait, a old guy and his wife arrive to pick up their car because they were told it was ready. They live over an hour away. The car is not ready, and nobody bothered telling them 😳I’m nervous about getting my car!!
Took my 2014 Nissan Frontier in for repaint around front windshield frame due to a local glass company damaging my vehicle during a new windshield installation. I picked up my vehicle Aug 15, 2018. I received my truck not cleaned up with painters tape and areas not buffed where there was repaint. They reinstalled the damaged window back in my truck. The window still had dead bug goo on it, finger smudges, black silicone glue? No person ever offered to walk around my vehicle with me after I picked up my vehicle? Who is supervising the repair when done and giving the okay to return to customer? When I drove back to the dealership and showed the reinstalled damaged front windshield the manager blamed me for not telling his estimator the windshield was damaged? Maybe they would have known the windshield was damaged if they would have cleaned the old windshield of bugs, black glue goo silicone etc?Is it too much to ask for customer service? A call about the progress of vehicle perhaps? A call that the vehicle is done? A walk around inspection of vehicle with customer when completed? Someone doing their job supervising the work on a customers vehicle before returning it to a customer ?We had heavy rains in Tulsa yesterday.Unfortunately either the glass guy or Danny Myers shop had removed my windshield wiper blades during window or front window frame body work because the longer blade was switched to the right and shorter blade on the left making the drivers side now somewhat useless and making the right longer blade rub into the rubber seal around the window causing them to be partially useless yesterday. Once again where is the supervision of work done in your shop before returning to customer?Update August 21, 2018Still no call back on a new windshield they were suppose to have replaced while in shop.Supervisor said he would call and should take 2 days to get windshield. 4 business days so far. No call, no real customer service.

Horrible experience !!Did body work on a new Lexus car. Three months later the paint cracked at three places spontaneously. No injury at the area after painting. Took the car to check out as they have warranty for their repair. The person whom I worked with consulted with the manager. I was told it was from a damage I caused . There are no other signs of damage like a dent or marks other than paint cracked at three places. The manager was arrogant and rude.My sincere advice is never go to this place for body works. It is LOW QUALITY work with “ NO WARRANTY “ for their job . More over after the work and they get their money from you they will TREAT YOU LIKE A TRASH !!I wish I could give a star below one .....

Experience was excellent. Very easy process- we went from show up cold, estimate, and drop off in about 15 minutes. They beat more money out of my insurance company in lieu of accepting used parts. Their technicians also diagnosed and fixed an unrelated repair for FREE that had been alluding me for months. Great customer service.
They help out with the insurance company when I couldnt get an answer thru emails telephone calls they got the insurance on the ball I was about to send up smoke signals to see if that would get there attention
Absolutely terrible!! Customer service is nonexistent! No communication and when you do get through to check why it is taking 2+months for a repair they make up excuses and lies. Zero accountability. Don’t waste your time and sanity.

From the moment I walked through the door until my service was finished I found everyone to be very friendly and welcoming. Erin and Joanne both remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me warmly like a friend. The work was completed as promised and my vehicle looks great!
Left my truck there 16 days and no one even looked at it. Finally just had to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. Probably an okay place to store your car if you like driving a 35/day rental instead.

I have no idea how there are so many bad reviews here! I just got my car back today and it looks and drives like it was never in an accident! Erin was fabulous! Everything was done in a timely manner and my car is beautiful. They even washed, polished, waxed and vacuumed out my car before they gave it back. Erin (Aaron? Im sorry, I didnt double check!) was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant and personable and took care of me like I was family. I was referred by my car dealership for a small panel in the front of my vehicle popping out. I hoped it wouldnt be a huge fix, but after having her guys take a look at it, Erin informed me that there would be no cost because it was such a small fix.THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Any type of body work I could need in Tulsa, I know right where I am headed!

Great service and swift repair. Also, there is a lifetime warranty on all their work so no risk on my end. Great work on the car looks brand new!
Recently took my Subaru in for minor scratch repair. I wasnt sure where to go, and selected Danny Myers because of their location near my home. I was not disappointed! I was in and out quickly. Friendly service and honest company. Highly recommend!!

Poor customer service experience. Danny Myers doesnt provide the least expensive or the quickest service available. None the less, I chose them to repair the door of my Lexus after a neighbor ran into it, over the objections of Allstate, because they had done good work for us before. This time, when we went to pick up the car, I wasnt entirely happy with the paint. I explained that we were selling the car so we wouldnt ask them to do anything about it. I asked the representative, Erin to provide the feedback to the paint shop. She proceeded to say it was the result of a professional paint job and point out all the flaws that already existed in the car. I agreed with her that this car wasnt great condition. All the same, if I was paying out of pocket for this and we were keeping this car I wouldnt be happy with this work. Rather than simply say she would pass along my feedback, Erin tried to argue it was how the paint lies. I think she was right and I was overly picky. However, based on how she handled my concerns, I may look for other shops in the future.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. Please if you value the safety of your family and whoever else rides in your car run far away from Danny Myers auto collision. Erin was out estimator and extremely personable and friendly setting up the process, she answered all my questions and was extremely helpful until it was time to pick up our car. It was with them for three weeks and a few days. When I picked up our van the doors were uneven the gaps werent right, the paint was horrible. The most concerning thing about our van is it was no where near in alignment. We were rear ended by a huge farm truck. I took the van back to Danny Myers and they admitted the obvious wrongs and set me up with a rental car they paid for. Again my vehicle was in the shop with them for a day. Upon pick up Erin was hateful and refused to help anymore. I called back and told her my safety concerns and she said, You can have your lawyer call us and hung up on me. Unfortunately since I was coaxed into using Danny Myers instead of a statefarm shop there was nothing State farm could do. Our vehicle should of been totalled out but it was fixed by these crooked people.Please safe yourself the headache and avoid these people!

After reading all the reviews AFTER my van was already at Danny Meyers, I got a little nervous. But picked my van up yesterday after they had worked on it for 3 weeks and it was totally restored to what it looked like pre-accident! My husband is an engineer and he also checked out every little detail. They did an excellent, top notch job from the repair work all the way to the paint job. They also worked out all the details with the insurance company so I did not have to. We worked with Charles who was always very nice and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the 3 week process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone......and already have to two people today!
I genuinely wish I could rate them 0 stars. I’ve recieved absolute horrible service from their childlike staff whom have given me multiple “confirmed” deadlines of which the car would be done and every single time it isn’t even close. Never again will I consider Danny Meyers and I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I have used Danny Myers for both of my cars over the past two years. Each time we have done business with them the quality of work was exceptional; the amount of the bill was fully explained and justified; and the service was excellent. I recommend them highly.
I dont feel they are the finest nor are they top quality, at all. I Used them a few years ago to repair my Toyota. I chose them instead of the insurance shop.The work got done, and the paint job itself was great, but not the underlying body work... whomever welded on the new panel did not grind down some of the spot welds which left herpes-like bumps on my car. apparently nobody else noticed or tried to fix the mistake, and it got painted.Why no one prepping, painting, buffing, etc bothered to say anything or correct it is beyond me.When I took it back and asked them to fix it, they refused. Now, every time I see one of their signs advertising they are the best, I get angry. They are not the best. Its all advertising fluff. They did not do a good job on my Toyota. I should not have to live with weld bumps on the roof of my car. I would NOT recommend them- at all.I was, and still am, disappointed... and I dont even own the car anymore!Aaron Knight / Toyota Paseo, red / side and roof repair.
Quick service and quality work
My whole family goes here when we have needed it. Charlie takes care of the whole thing. I just have to sign in, fill out the first set of paperwork and Charlie takes over. Wait for a phone call to get my car back and tadah! all done! it is the smoothest process ive gone through when one is going through a stressful situation, but they just make it all better. Keep it up Danny Myers!
I highly reccommend using a different place. I really wanted to like this place and hoped that the service would be better than its average 3 star review...but honestly it was far below it. When I took my car there I was thinking they would be able to fix my car and there be no problems. When I came to pick my car up, I noticed that stuff was missing out of my car. When I went in to tell them that I had stuff missing they told me that someone had broken into my car...if I would not have went back in they would not have even told me that someone had broken into my car. I am honestly still trying to understand how a business could not tell a customer that their vehicle was broken into under their care. I also noticed that my back bumper had been hit and damaged under there care without being fixed. Another thing that really sucks is that I asked for my parts back because my car is a limited edition car and I had a black Chrome grill that I desired to save. They ended up throwing it away and when I asked them about it they said in a very jerkish manner that no one ever asks for their parts back so Im surprised you got what you got. It was a terrible experience with them. It was just a very bad experience and I hope that none of you have to go through it. I feel really bad for the others who had their car broken into because I am not sure that Danny Myers would have the courtesy and honor to let the car owner know that their car had been broken into. I am sorry this is so long, but they were just so bad and I do not want any of you to have to go through all of their mess. I hope you all find a fantastic place to get your car fixed, and if you have to choose Danny Myers....honestly you would be better off going out of town or state to get it fixed instead of a constant headache of dealing with inconsiderate people. Be sure you get the work to be done in writing before you leave your car and dont expect anyone to call and let you know when it will be done, our car was left outside with the sunroof open and rained that night it was soaked when we got it home even the console was soaked and all the papers were ruined and she keeps seat covers on during the summer and they were ruined and wasnt offer to be replaced the trim we opted to leave on and trade for the deductible and other blemishes were not fixed and scratches on the roof which they say were already there because they had taken before pictures were never shown to us, so I guess they got paid the extra monies they charged the insurance but still didnt fix the extras we were promised very sad experience!

I just got my wifes 2015 Subaru Outback and my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Repaired @ Danny Myers paint & Body. They did an excellent job on both cars!The Subaru is a tri stage pearl paint. Both cars matched perfect. Vehicles were cleaned up and looked excellent when picked up. I have used them in the past and will always use them. Terrible service. I regret going to Danny Myers. My car (which was broadsided) has ongoing electrical issues that are the result of Danny Myers repairs. I do /not/ recommend taking your car there.Furthermore, they have terrible customer service. I requested specific articles detailing the work done on my car, the reasoning, communications with the insurance company, etc. None was provided, except some general information of parts purchased.

These people dont have a clue! The worst customer service ever!I was told they were waiting for the inspector to give an appraisal 6 hours after the inspector called me telling me it was done. They were supposed to pull the vehicle in the shop and give me an estimate. The next day I called and was told they had ordered the part without even looking at the car and without my go ahead to do any work. I still had not been given an estimate from them.

Worst service ever, had our truck for a month and all they did was take the bed off. I called them and made them give us our truck back (still not fixed and parts not ordered) and demanded a refund which we have still yet to see. They are awful whatever you do, do not go to this place. Youd be better off working on your car yourself. (Which is what we are doing)
