Took real good care of me.
Took a chance as I had no idea of their expertise.. Really nice and helpful people.
Great place to get your Camera and Drones fixed.
Ive had my camera sensors cleaned here several times and also some minor repairs. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and fair priced. Check them out if you need camera repairs.
Theyve got extensive expertise on a wide range of products and knowledge. Id recommend them to anyone needing help with their cameras!
Had an issue with my camera body, turned out to just to be some thing on the sensor. Scott help me out and cleaned it off right then and there. Save me tons of time and money.
Scott is awesome and kept me updated through the whole process of getting our camera fixed!!!This place deserves better ratings and reviews!
I have had several small electronic devices (not their specialty, but it never hurts to ask) that I though were beyond repair fixed. These guys are great. Friendly staff, convenient location, great prices.
Took my digital camera in due to a cloudy haze color on all pictures. The guy fixed it immediately for free, it was a color display setting that i didnt know how to change. Very helpful gentleman!! Very knowledgeable about cameras.
I had a fantastic experience with this place! They gave me a free estimate, had the camera fixed in about 3 days, and although there was more wrong with the camera than what they found when they gave the estimate, I was still charged the same price. AND, if that werent enough to make me a satisfied customer, they also stayed a half hour late so that I could come pick up the camera after work and ask them some questions related to preventing problems in the future. Great place! I cant thank them enough!
I had a very positive experience because my camera problem turned out to be a very quick and easy fix. Ever since the strap panel came loose off of the side of my Canon point-and-shoot camera, the button that slides between modes stopped working. Ive been stuck on picture mode for the last three years and never took it in to get it looked at. Turns out it just needed the teeny-tiny screws for it to go back in and PRESTO! Back to its old self again!
Very pleased with the service. Up front, reasonable and honest.
AWFUL!!! Do NOT take your cameras- or especially lenses!!- to this man for repairs!! First of all- I wouldve given a ZERO stars if that was an option. Several reasons:First: he takes forEVER to even get back to you with a quote (once you drop it off). Several different times, over the years, Ive taken in different small (yet quite nice with expensive price tags new) cameras. Not once did he fix them. Didnt even much less look at them, before telling me no. Personally, I feel like he just didnt want to mess with anything unless it was a large ticket item.A few months ago, I had an Olympus DSLR camera lens that I took in for repair: 14-42mm lens to check on being fixed. It worked fine in terms of taking pics. I just couldnt zoom to different distances. It was locked-or frozen up- at one position. I could still use it just fine at that spot.He said oh... yeah. I can fix that! He quoted me a price (was fairly high, I thought...) but I decided to go ahead and do it. It was worth the extra if it meant I could shoot objects at several distances (although it still worked great at the mm it was locked on).I had my boyfriend go to pick it back up later on the date it was ready to go, and not only was it not fixed, but this place had ruined it completely!!! NOW it wouldnt take ANY pic. Not even close ups. Needless to say- the man said no charge and gave it back. It was rendered totally blacked out/non-performing. When I got home and was told/found this out -what this shop had done to my lens), I wanted to go back and raise all kinds of hell... insisting the store replace my lens theyd comPLETELY ruined. It may not have been working the full 14-42mm, but I at least HAD a lens I could take close pics with, before he ruined it! My boyfriend stopped me. He said it wasnt worth the run in or going to an attorney (like I threatened to do; because of the principle of it all, not a financial reason) He said the best way to speak our dissatisfaction was by not ever going back. AND by letting people we knew, they shouldnt waste their time or money at this repair shop. The owner (or at least the man who does the repairs) was NEVER friendly (I shouldve NEVER gone back after the initial visit years ago) but I didnt know of another repair place in Tulsa whenever a situation would arise.Bottom line? Stay away. And you can bet your bottom from now on, if/when I ever have things I need repaired, I will SHIP my cameras/lenses/etc, to out of state professional repair locations. I DEFINATELY wont ever take a chance on this bimbo touching another piece of photography equipment that I -or any other member of my family and friends- own.
Have not been there .....but with reviews like that NOT GOING to.still looking for a repair ship with excellent customer service and good turn around time! Just FYI business beware that are completion out there.
Good prices! They fixed my 24-105mm several months back to top shape! There was a dent on the lens mount and just when I thought I was going to have to send it back to the manufacture, TCR fixed it! It saved me the money, time, and the pain! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Go here.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable, I will take my camera there if I need repair or cleaning service. They fixed my Canon in a few minutes and I was out the door. Thank you
I was panicked when my shutter stuck on my Nikon. I took it by to him and he fixed it in 30 seconds flat. He didn’t even charge me and was so nice. Highly recommend using this shop for any of your camera repair needs!
The only camera repair store I trust. Great service, speedy repairs, great pricing. Ive used Tulsa Camera Repair for 20 years and my grandfather used them before that for repairs and developing (back in the day).
Repaired it, but it took them forever and I had to follow up with them. They never called me!
Extremely helpful! Highly recommend
Dropped my drone off, 5 days later got a call said they would work on it ....... LOL I said well thanks, took 5 days to say They won’t even attempt to repair it thanks. I called first to make sure etc. I live 1 hour from them. 4 hours of driving for nothing. Learned a lot about these folks. Should have listened to the other reviews 1st
Came to this place thinking the reviews was good but turned out the opposite! I went to have them service my dji phantom 4 drone. They told me it was going to take within the end of the week to get it estimated and have it looked up. Long story short, 3 weeks of waiting with no status updates or no missed call from them. I Was the only one who kept in touched and they kept saying to call back within the next few days to see what was going on with my drone. After the 3rd week I called and they said they couldn’t fix it. I literally wasted almost a month and thinking a “certified drone” place can fix the problem. NOPE!!! 👎 listen learned just take it to the actual DJI and have them service it. This place was the worst. Never in my life coming back! Save you time and headache just take all your things to the actual Manufacture.
Tulsa Camera Repair helped me with some simple repairs and quickly answered my questions. They are very knowledgeable and I recommend them highly.
I waited for 10 minutes for someone to meet me in the front... I ended up calling the business and had to tell them I was there. Then he quote me $20-$30 to fix my flash. When i returned he said it would be $80. I said heck no!
I have always had great service and excellent results on any work Tulsa Camera Repair has done for me.
Fixed my camera fast and at a reasonable price
Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable and quick service.
Brought in a lens with a loose part affecting focus range, promised a week turn around. Never received any follow ups on status after 4 weeks of calling and not getting much info, turns out they burned out the auto-focus motor and messed up the focal range calibration putting it back together. And that motor isnt available anymore. Thanks for ruining my expensive telephoto lens.
I had a cammera there for 2 months and they did not get it done in a reasonable manner. They just kept giving me the run around. Finally I got frustrated went and picked up my cammera and sent it off to Olympus and they fixed it in 3 days. The employee was unappologitic and appathetic. I will never do business with them again.
Looked camera over and gave me a solution to our problem at no cost.
Tried calling several times on a Saturday, at least an hour before they close, and get a FAX machine answer, then busy.. My question is ...who in the world still has a fax machine??
