The ladies in the office are so nice, they are quick to respond and will solve any problem you may have swiftly and efficiently. They treat they’re residents like family and go the extra mile. The complex is cute and the units are very spacious! It’s a pretty quiet area. Maintenance is always a fast turn around too! We love it here!

We had a really great experience in the community for the past 3 years. Staffs are very friendly, professional and accommodating with our needs and when we need something, they made sure they attend to it right away. It’s a very decent and fair price for a spacious and nice apartment. Very great location, accessible to everything. It’s Jenks school district and school bus stop is just right down the corner of the neighborhood. Good ambiance, quiet and so far we experience no issues in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend for this apartment.

I absolutely LOVE my beautiful home and environment. Stacy W., the Office Manager and her leasing agents Marlene and Bethany are the Best! Stacy worked diligently to get me the apartment and location I really wanted, which was easiest on my heart condition. I love that the stairs are one flight only. These apartments are more like condos. I have two, big private porches. My home is all new inside. I love that these homes have an entry way, super cute layout and a real wood burning fireplace. I fell in love from the first visit! Wonderful location in the heart of the medical community where I work. The property is tucked away and I was surprised how quiet it is here. I have fantastic neighbors that are quiet and respectful. I have not seen or heard of any criminal activity and I see Diamond Security car patrolling every evening because I am sitting on my patio enjoying the evening breeze and the sounds of tree frogs and locusts. I had a clogged garbage disposal and a low water trickle in one bathroom sink. Maintenance man came the same day I put work order in and I have had no more problems. I have great water pressure, too. My home is upstairs, moved in June 1st, the weather has been hot and my apartment stays very comfortable. I keep the thermostat on 71 and sometimes I have to turn it up to 73 because I get cold. My first electric bill was $68. I have seen two maintenance people on the grounds. I also enjoyed the kidney-shaped pool, which is surrounded by a nice deck and plenty of very nice lounge chairs with pretty landscape and black iron fence. Our property is pretty, is very well lit and conveniently located to several shopping and dining. The rental fees are very reasonable. I am sooo happy and feel very safe in my new home. I love it here and sooo grateful to Stacy W. for making my home a place that even she would enjoy. 💕💕

Location is great, neighbors and neighborhood was great but...... it took forever for anything to get fixed. No air vent in living room, upstairs during the summer it would get hot as hell and we were told there was nothing else they could do. Our electric bill was almost $300 (not even exaggerating) almost every month. It wouldnt get down past about 85 degrees in the apartment. Their office hours say one thing but theres always a sign saying will be back. It even takes a while for them to call you back. Probably the worse apartment complex Ive lived in. Location and neighbors are literally the only thing going here. Not worth it.

Absolutely love this complex! Huge 2 bedroom with 2 full baths, it kind of feels like a small house! Huge balcony, huge master bedroom, fireplace, washer and dryer connections, all kitchen appliances including microwave already in the apartment. Quiet, never have had any issues with neighbors or anything like that. The office staff is super sweet and maintenance always takes care of any issues the day I call! Absolutely love living here and will probably be here for a very long time.

Im so glad I went from my old apartment to Ashford Ridge. The community is nice, and big but not too big. The units are a PERFECT size. Our 1 bedroom is 800 sqft and it is plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and dog! (especially for the price)They accept pets, cheap monthly pet rent, friendly neighbors. The best part that tops it all: is the friendly staff. The office impacts my comfort in a complex because those are the people I report to about problems and Stacy is really friendly and never comes across anyway but polite. I havent got to meet Crystal, but Ive spoke to her on the phone before and she is just as nice. Love this place. I have only been here for a month but I plan to stay here for more years to come.

Apartments arent insulated well at all. It gets really hot during summer and electric bill will be through the freaking roof.

Best place to live for sure. Tiffany, the manager is super sweet and very willing to work with you. Any issue we have had has been resolved in 24-48 hrs. The maintenance is 24 hr and has saved us a time or two (Water leaking from upstairs, and our A/C killing over in 90 degree weather). We have lived here almost a year and just signed for another year!

Ok-ish. Old air units so electric is very expensive, they’re only open about 50% of the operating ours. No bugs and overall kept acceptably clean. Recommend if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood.

I am so happy that I happened to find these apartments. They are pretty far away from the main roads so you would never know they are up there. My apartment has a beautiful view of the city and the river. Tons of trees and a gorgeous sunset from my patio every day. Its so perfect! I love the girls in the office and I havent had any issues with maintenance so far. Hit me up if you want to move in, I get a referral fee! ;)

Great complex....fair rent prices....never had problems with bugs or rodents. Quiet...the only issue is sometimes the walls are thin but if you have good neighbors its not an issue. Clean complex.

I have enjoyed living here. i just signed a new lease. Good location for work and my childrens school. Its well maintained, friendly staff, and I have had good neighbors. No complaints.

I do not live here, basing opinion on visit. Pretty views, nice leasing agent, no carpet is a plus and fireplace . Living Room from one layout plan was narrow, small rooms, limited parking, lots of steps. Pricey for square footage and lack of updates.

Stacy is AMAZING!! Shes really helpful and knows her work! In a few days I will be viewing what I hope to be my new apartment. These apartments are tucked in the center of a great neighborhood with a few condominiums near by. Great location near woodland hills, Tulsa hills and easy access to the highways!! Stacy advertised these apartments soo well that she basically leased one before me even viewing the exact unit! I had a great experience working with Stacy and looking forward to signing a lease with RADCO Residental at Ashfordridge Apartments!! Horrible place to live. They will be in your business and kicked us out to get higher class people in. Then I get a bill for $3000 for supposedly damage and early termination fee as well as $1100 so they can install new carpet and cheap linoleum. The manager is a horrible, confrontational person. Corporate will find ways to screw you and dont care. If you want to be extorted out of money then rent here!Update: I emailed them as requested and have yet to hear back from anyone!

Are the worst Apartments I have ever live. They dont fix things quickly. It takes them 2 months to fix anything I wouldnt recommend these Apartments to anyone.

Not safe! My Mom and my sister got robbed on Christmas Day! Took their laptop, money and medications. According to the maintainace guy who fixed their door that this was the third robberies in the area since he started working there . Luckily they are not home when it happened! Today they saw a guy again by their steps looking around going back and forth looking at their window. After the guy saw that someone is home. He left in a silver gray car that someone that picked him up.

DONT EVER RENT HERE!!! There are some big roaches and the office doesnt ever give you 24 hr notice till the morning of to enter your place. Im even more upset with their customer service. I would never recommend anyone to live there. I feel like they only want to help you when its convenient for them and try to screw you over with any excuses they have. So im not satisfy with them at all!!! Im hoping that if someone from corporate reads this. Ill be contacting you soon. Ive never been so upset in my life with any apartment complex til this one. Im tired of talking to the leasing office and getting the run around with half ass lies.

Absolutely the most disgusting place to live . Neighbors are loud.Neighbors throw the trash out of the garbage when the garbage is empty but they too lazy to open the garbage led and throw the trash inside. Roaches all over the place even in Parking lots an outside your door on the lease they charge you a pest control fee but actually never bothered to call a company to come and spray.I had to pay for a pest control company to come and spray the entire place inside and out. Maintenance never on time took them 2 months to fix Orders.an the floors arnt hardwood it’s fake plastic cover. If I would of read reviews before moved in wouldn’t have choose this now I know pay attention to reviews.

PROS - Tiffany Is the shining star of this complex. She is kind and accommodating.The maintenance man is very nice as well.The layout is unique and feels like a home, and I like having just one staircase per apartment.The location is good - tucked away from the main roads but accessible from multiple entry points.CONS - Repairs on anything take quite awhile because I have only ever seen 1 maintenance person for the entire complex. They need to hire more.There is no air vent in the living room, so it gets really hot or really cold there depending on the season. Also, our apartment has trouble getting below 82 on a 94° or higher day. The A.C. unit was replaced a little over 2 years ago and it still struggles to cool. Perhaps we also have poor insulation? I mean, we can hear EVERYTHING below and next door to us, including the dog that never stops barking underneath us.The managing company, RADCO, decided they wanted to save on their water bill while still charging us the same set price each month. We got new toilets that werent installed properly, and the water in the sinks comes out in a tiny trickle now. It makes it difficult to wash dishes properly and takes a long time to just fill a pot of water to boil.There have been multiple break-ins to cars and apartments. My fiance and I work opposite hours and neither of us have ever seen the security patrol that supposedly comes around now and then. I worry about my safety coming home in the late evenings. Whenever something crime-related happens we get a very vague email about an incident which seems scarier than just informing residents about what happened.IN SUMMATION - Although the manager and maintenance man are wonderful, we are moving because of the growing list of concerns with safety being the highest on that list.

My wife and I loved the latout of the apartments and the neighborhood that they are in, however when we went to look at the complex the lady who showed us around was not very polite or courteous. Also, the porch had planks that were literally rotting away and falling off making it quite dangerous and the lady showing us around didnt seem to care. If they dont value you as prospective tennants I cannot fathom how you would be treated while being in a lease.

I have lived here 4 years and my boyfriend 5 years and they have gone down hill having different management in and out. The management team we have now finally have made improvements as far as painting the entire apartments, fixing the parking lot, renovations to the office, and vacant apartments. But I still have a hard time trying to get them to fix things in my apartment. We stay in the older model apartment so I guess they dont want to fix anything, but mind you we had very poorly maintenance and upkeep prior to so I am just over it and am ready to move. I feel like I have been sending work orders in for the past 2 years and not much has gotten done. Light in kitchen had a short in it and they kept coming to change light bulb when we were at work and I expressed the whole unit needed to be replaced because it would work for 2 weeks and be right back out. After awhile I had to just buy a lamp for the kitchen. A year and a half ago someone broke into our apartment stole our savings and protection but there was no sign of forced entry. Look like somebody had a key and walked straight in. Recently, we have not been able to use our master toilet due to handle/or chain broken (not able to flush), toilet leaking in the main bathroom, tile coming up in kitchen, and our dryer went out. They told us if they cant fix it then it will not be replaced because they no longer offer washer and dryer in the rennovated units. On a lease for a 2b 2b we were paying 730 with having to pay electric, washer and dryer included, and assigned cover parking. Now, rent is 954 for a 2 b 2b rennovated, no covered parking, no washer and dryer, and water is now included in rent. Its been more breaking into cars, and a hole was drilled into my boyfriends tank. It has been more going on around here than usual. People that stay in the houses in the neighborhood are even moving out. We feel they dont care about anything but receiving their rent. We will be gone this summer for sure. Im tired of complaining about the same things over and over again. No consistency what so ever. This has been our experience.

A few weaks ago I went to visited the apartments . The apartment they showed me did not look as great as the one on the website but I figured she showed me the model that wasnt renovated. At the time the price for renovated apartments was only $730. I contacted them a few days to see if they had apartments available still, they said yes and told me to apply for 1D. I said okay believing I was getting one that was like the one i was shown just two days before. After a week and a balf of waiting I was finally ready to sign the lease. I visted the apt before signing the lease and it was aweful. The wall papers did not match, they appliances was different colors, the main bathroom at mold in the tub, the wooden floors needed to be buffed, the refrigerator had a rust spots and was 15 years old, the stove was 15 years old, the microwave was the only thing new and it was black while the other appliances was tan, the blinds were all dirty, and the screen door was sitting on the balcony. The lady had the nerve to tell me that is what I get for the price and if I want to wait another 3weeks I can get an apt that someone else will he moving out of for $870 because rent increased from the last time I applied. They had aweful customer sevice. On top of that I was supposed to move in on a Friday but couldnt move in until that following Monday. I will never go back.

These apartments are horrible, things get stolen with in your car and homes and they dont do nothing about it. They could literally pay for security to come and patrol this area but they dont.
