I read the reviews and Im not impressed. I went for an interview this morning with my daughter. We got thru everything. The TE test was last and my daughter didnt quite make it thru, so I didnt even take the test, because we were doing this together WE BOTH NEED WORK!!!!! However, she can retake the test........ IN 30 DAYS!!! Really??? For a place that that ONLY pays you $10 an hr??? Vanessa was VERY nice. The black lady, not so much. Its unlikely that well come back in 30 days, I need to decide if driving 30 miles to and fro is worth $10.50 an hour.. When Im use to making $20/hr.

I was into a job for 29 days, never missed a day, worked 2 weekends overtime and got let go the day before my bonus and my raise. And Im in the middle of the holidays. I have grandchildren to worry about Xmas presents. Bills to pay. They do not care about their employees and I strongly recommend anyone looking for a job not to go here. This business needs to fail and go bankrupt. I wish every employee at the Tullahoma tn office and Manchester tn the same Christmas as me and my family are gonna have. BROKE AND EMPTY.

NASTY!! I’m into about a month on job and had a medical emergency and had to receive emergency surgery for a condition that TIFFANY was told before my start date. After roughly 3 days of being ignored I called that Ms.TIFFANY and she says to me “it’ll be fine just go have the operation. The next day my friend and I arrive to work (we carpool) we walk in and TIFFANY says to my friend “those pants are kinda tacky don’t wear them here again”. They were just white jeans! However there were many other issues with her commenting on his appearance e.g. your hair is greasy, your clothes don’t match, and other needless side eye comments. A couple of days pass and I receive a intercom to see TIFFANY in her office. I entered the office and she says “you’re no longer needed goodbye” I ask her “may I have a reason” she responds with “I don’t have to say thank you goodbye” she calls my friend down and he is fired as well with no reasoning. We both reported to her the things we had see on the floor (food stamps being sold, eating full meals, personal phone use, taking 2 hour lunch breaks, etc) she never said a word to those co workers. I believe they still work there. Fast forward about a year. I notice the position is rehiring so I apply just for the lolz I guess. I receive a call from a member of the job site to interview with her. Upon hearing my name she says “hold on I need to check something” she returns to our call and says “sorry you’re non rehire-able” she proceeds to tell me that miss TOYOTA TERRY told her that my friend and I walked out of our positions and said we just disappeared. Like WHAT?!?! This crazy woman lied about me and my friend and cost us both our jobs for no reason other than discrimination. I am not sure if it was due to me being ill or the fact we are both openly LGBT persons but, she bold faced lied, to resource, to the job site, to me, to everything! I filed a report with resourcemfg corporate over 3 months ago and called for a follow up and nothing as happened at all! If you want to be valued, cared about, or not discriminated against DO NOT WORK FOR TIFFANY OR RESOURCEMFG!
