Always provides a very quick response. We had a couple of glitches to work out with the technician but the office handled everything in a very professional manner. Great experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Stroops! The blower in our heat pump gave up its ghost and we had no heating with overnight temperatures in the 20s. Candace in the office made quick work of procuring a new blower, and David installed it without a hitch. If you need heating or refrigeration service, do yourself a favor and CALL STROOPS!

Great Service, We had the ducks under our house replaced and the service was amazing. The guys worked in this summer heat. They were so nice and professional. They explained what they were doing under the house. Our old ducking was a mess. We are very happy with our new system. We have used Stroop for years and will call them again.

Great experience from the time we met with the knowledgeable salesman to the final installation. Even after installation customer service has been top notch after a condensation issue that was at no fault of Stroops. They were able to come out the next day and rectify the issue by replacing a small portion of insulation around the ductwork at no charge to me. I would highly recommend Stroops as they treat you like family and ensure you are pleased with your service.

Stroops accurate in Tullahoma are the best .I Had a heater go out on sunday, mad a call and the service was quick .They had my heater working within one hour. The people from the office to the tech were great

Dont use them!! theyre rip off!! they charge you 5 time more on parts then retail price, and they dont warranty the part they sell, you may end up paying same problem same parts in short period of time more then once.

Very bad service they charging extra money for what they doing, you end paying more and more for same problem
