Driver was very nice but I sat out in 106 degree heat for 4 hours waiting for him to show up. Thought I was going to have a heat stroke, dizzy and sick. They were dispatched through AAA roadside and when I tried to call to find out when they were coming I got put on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Nobody ever answered!

One of their drivers hit my parked car and left the scene. There was three witnesses and I personally seen the tow truck drive off. They will not answer my phone calls or help with the matter had to file please report

They were great very understanding

Got stuck in the mud yesterday and their number struck me as easy to remember (688-8888) so I gave them a call. Well, the tow truck got to me in like 25 minutes and had me out of the mud soon after. No damage to my car either!

Premier towing blessed me today after they were gunna charge me a hundred to tow my damaged truck.... I even called and asked that i gt a discount since back of truck was able to lift and drive making it easier for the tow truck driver...
