Was on the phone for 2hours and 49 mins. TWO HOURS AND 49 MINS.. And still havent received my assistance i applied for last month..

I have been calling constantly and waiting on the phone for 2-3 hours just to get disconnected. I can’t go in because they keep telling me to call to make an appointment. I did the application online for CalFresh and never even heard back. We’ve been in this pandemic for almost a year now, you’d think they’d have figured this out by now.

This place is always pack because they take so much time to call each person that make that whole waiting area full fast 😔

Had to give one star looks like no one is there to answer your call I waited hours and no answer I had to hang up

They are so rude on the phone instead of transferring you to the right people they just hang up this place needs new workers

I didnt really like it

I waited on the phone for 3 hours to talk to somebody and then got disconnected.

Easy computer log in, fast call system. I went at 4:00pm and I was done by 4:20pm.

Waited for hours to talk to someone.

Long waits smh hours mostly

Staff was knowledgeable.
