We just started using res com pest control last week and because we had some mice problem in our house. And my technician Jose did good job spray whole house inside and outside and put some mice trap in our house. Recommend anyone who look for affordable and good pest control service.

Jon always gives us excellent service. Especially with mice and roaches.

This company comes to my house every month and only spray the front patio (which is very small). Nothing else. We are still getting pest in the house. I asked them to knock and I’ll let them in the back to spray the whole house but they never got back to me and nothing changed. Do not recommend. Plus they don’t come on the same date every month.

4 of 5 only because I wish they’d treat the lawn too. (I’m probably a dreamer) not from around here originally and after 10 years I STILL wanna throw up every time I see the cockroaches on sidewalks around here. RANDY has been handling all my pest concerns for a few years. He’s GREAT! Any critters or bugs I find, I just tell him when he calls & he handles it like a champ. Even issues caused by less than conscientious neighbors. He ALWAYS calls the day before he comes to treat (as I asked) and is in general a nice guy. Courteous, efficient and prompt professional!! Rescom will take good care of you! I highly recommend you ask for Randy!!

Love my Rescom service. Whatever I need, they are on it. They work around my pets and my schedule. Best pest control outfit out there.

Ive worked for this company and they ended up letting me go without a reason. All I can tell you guys is these guys are all about the money. They can care less if the customer is happy or not as long as they are getting paid. Ive seen their true colors. When I worked for them, I would requested a day to go to my wifes baby Dr appointment or military training and you can see the anger in the owner. The technicians Ive know are great but the supervisors and owners are a whole different story. Im with another company know who treats their employees and customers great, and glad I dont work for rescom anymore. One of the worst companies Ive worked for.

First appointment the guy was 40 minutes late and they didnt get rid of the bugs. Second appointment was better, but the bugs didnt go away. Finally called to get some bait and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this business. Overall product and customer service were poor.

They are always punctual and since I have been using them, the bugs seem to have disappeared.

The only thing that they can improve upon is finding a way of ridding a home from cockroaches without the homeowner having to empty every damn thing out of their cubboards.

They were not cooperative and disrespectful on the phone, didn’t get rid of the bed bugs, all I got from them “we did our best”.Don’t fall for them like I did.I wouldn’t suggest Them if they were the last pes control on Earth.,Thanks U for Nothin and To U customers., take my advice!
