I had amazing service from Colleen’s Services. They were attentive and informative on the paperwork I needed to have completed. I was greeted with a smile and left with a smile myself. I highly recommend them for your tax needs even though I’m sure they rock at all the other things they do!

Colleens Services offer a range of services with affordable prices! They are in a great downtown location and are very much so up to date. Their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet, they are willing to help with almost any job you could through at them. Having a bad day or dreading your tax appointment? They have two of the cutest little dogs in the office that will turn your frown into a smile in a split second! I would give 100 stars if possible!!

Colleen Services is a wonderful business in the heart of Tulare. You can pretty much get anything that you need when it comes to book keeping, taxes even court documents prepared and filed .. they even have Notary public services .. if they can’t do it they will point you in the right direction .. Notary service was exceptional. I went to three other people prior to finding Colleens, and none of them had any clue what to do with an affidavit attached to a warranty deed. Also very nice to my toddler.

Horrible service, made an appointment and went in and they werent there so called when they were back and said i had scheduled for a different time and told me to make another appt and ive been waiting for 3 weeks to go in dont waste your time waiting for this place.
