As a mobile Notary Public, having a dependable location for shipping and receiving packets through FedEX, UPS, GSK, USPS, etc., is a vital part of the business. The staff at Mailboxes and More have been a key component of that for several years. Always helpful, friendly, and professional. There is also an in-house Notary Public that I have referred many clients to over the years.

Masks were definitely not required when I was here a few days ago, nor was staff wearing mask correctly. Googles health and safety blurb is incorrect and misleading.

Best place ever!! I go here weekly to drop off packages w/ prepaid labels already attached.Simple, walk in, say “dropping off” and they take it and you leave, way faster than anywhere else when it comes to dropping something off. Never had a package go missing, everything has went wonderful with this place, thankful for my dad telling me about it. Thank you mail boxes and more for being so convenient and safe with everything. Definitely a 5 star place.

The guys are always professional and very helpful when I come in. I do make sure to show up when they are open though, it makes it easier to conduct business. The hours are posted clearly, leaving little confusion of when the door should be unlocked. Imagine being so entitled to think a business should remain open after their CLEARLY stated closing time, all because you failed to arrive before they closed. Maybe instead of walking you should try uber next time.

More Than a Mail Service.I travel all over. Often, this is for extended periods and I have to use a mail box rental service to maintain a “secure” mailing address. That is, a mailing address free of “Porch Pirates,” stealing my mail while I’m away. Additionally, at any time, I may need something forwarded immediately. When such needs arise and can’t wait till I get back to my HQ, the skill levels of all involved are critical. I can always count on the staff at Mailboxes & More to handle these needs and do it right the first time, every time. To stress the critical nature of this, I often only have a day to pick up my mail and keep going per my schedule. So, if this isn’t done right, my schedule’s negatively affected. This has been the case with other places that seemed less connected with their customers and not too knowledgeable about business ethics neither. But with Mailboxes, there’s always that personal touch, that extra effort, attentiveness, and even knowing their customer’s name. I’m lousy with names so I find their memory equally impressive. After ten years of doing business with them, I’ve never had a service failure. Can’t say the same for other places.

I was very disappointed to find Mailboxes and more closed and vacant of any employees at precisely 6:00 pm today 6/9/2020. I had just rushed from Laspina and Cross (on foot) in upper 90s conditions. The kinkos FedEx store has also acted the same but Walgreens was close to çover a bit later. Kinkos was irritating, but this makes UPS look like an extremely overpriced and inconvient option to a family just struggling to stay off welfare while spending 300 a month shipping. The $10 a month Savings while using UPS is not worth the increased distance to travel and limited hours of operation.As a whole the guys here work hard and are there posted hours. During holidays it is very busy. I wouldnt recommend for shipping needs that require tracking the day you drop the package off here if you dont know when the last pick up for UPS, USPS, or Fedex is/was for the day.

They have been my go-to local mail business since I moved to Tulare in 2015. Fast, great customer service. 10/10 would go again.

Dont go to the post office go here clean friendly and have there one mail boxes

Wonderful help! They give you all the options for fast reliable service, you can bring in your package or just what you want to ship and theyll take over, so painless. Makes my life so much easier! They also make awesome color copies or your photos and can make them bigger or smaller and even crop out stuff. Love it.

Called AHEAD to make sure notary services were available and was told, yes until 5:00pm, arrived an hour after I called to be told that he couldnt take care of my form and gestured around to imply that there were other customers. I was willing to wait, but not even given that option. He said he couldnt do it today. I have been there before for notary services, and it was delightful, but super disappointing this time around.

Always friendly and provide great service. A much better alternative to using the post office.
