I work with this agency because they help with my clients. They bend over backwards to assist. Each time I work with someone they are very resourceful and helpful. I have been working them since 2015. I will recommend them to anyone.

While living in Tulare I used them for years! I first learned about them as they were the property managers of a property I lived in. I later used them to find another rental. I referred them to a friend and they helped her buy a home! They were great! The entire office is friendly and very informative.

Madrids property management is a slumlord company. They neglect to fix things for the tenant and they neglect to properly inspect the homes to protect the home owner. Stay away from this company, theres a reason they have an F rating. Very disorganized company.

I WAS DELIVERED AN ALL DIRTY HOUSE, BAD SMELL TO DOG, TELARAÑAS ON EVERY SIDE. WHEN THE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED, I DONE 220 DOLLARS TO CLEAN THE HOUSE AND THE CARPET. AND I DELIVERED THE CLEAN HOUSE
