This place was *awesome*. Car was kept safe, parking cost half what it would have at WallyPark, shuttle drivers were friendly and available. If I had to nitpick, pickup took about 10 mins instead of the 3-5 mins Id expect, but honestly this was the smoothest part of my travel experience.

Attendant forgot I went through to park so no shuttle was dispatched to the parking spot. Waited for 20min then walked up to the station where there were 2 buses waiting for a call, but no orders had been given. Attendant sucked. Bus driver was great.

They were great to deal with and very inexpensive. I like the idea of parking my own car. Theres a competitor in the area that Parks your cars and then screams at you if you return sooner than your originally decided. I found this place and I will never go back to the competitor. This is much better. Here they have shuttles that run 24 hours a day and they pick you up quickly. Its the best Ive found! There is always people there and your car is still very safe.

Always use shuttle park 2 for parking at SeaTac airport. Price isn’t the lowest in town (be sure to print off a coupon online before you park), but it’s a consistent experience and we have never had an issue with our cars.

Used to be good, but this time made us wait more than 40 min to get shuttle from the airport. Kind of miserable experience, so stay away from this company. Not worth trying given how many options there is around

No information posted in the parking lot about how to get on the shuttle and when I asked the guy at the front desk for help he was extremely unhelpful to the point that when I asked if I could use the bathroom, gesturing to the building I thought had one, he said of course I could. This building turned out to be locked at every door woth keypads and clearly not meant for customers. They did not have a bathroom.The only positive was that the shuttle picking us up was on time. We got to our car, and when we were leaving instead of the front desk guy saying something like did you pay online or do we need to take care of payment? He was said you got something for me? A coupon? When I asked for clarification and my friend said we paid online he asked if we had proof, sounding accusatory. While my friend was digging out her confirmation email he looked at me and said you just expected me to know you paid online? I told him I was just looking for clarification and we left.Staff was rude (not the drivers, they were helpful and friendly) and that gets them only one star.

Great location, easy access to and from airport. As off site parking goes they are pretty good, easy to get to, Huge lot. They have many shuttle buses, so you dont wait long. You should always make a reservation though. They are real close the airport, like 10 minutes max. The shuttles are always clean and drivers are friendly. Getting picked up is easy, the drop off and pick up has a few phone boards for selecting your shuttle company, just dial SHUTTLE PARK 2, they will be 10 minutes out or so to pick up. They delver you to your car.

We will not be using this place again. Rob at the counter needs an attitude adjustment. We pre paid, had not much of an issue parking and getting through. When we got home and tried to leave, he said we didnt pay. It took us a minute to find the receipt that we really shouldnt have to show, he got rude with us when I mentioned, why isnt it in your systems. Needless to say they need a new system that showed you paid, and a new team member thats has better costumer service. Fortunate they have really nice drivers! Thanks

Always look for the internet discount coupon!! We tried a different company but we had to lug the luggage to the central van hub. At Shuttle Park 2, the van comes to your car. Weve used them for years. I dont want some kid driving my car like some places. It is outside, but so busy, it seems secure. It us well lit. Only reason not to use them would be snow.

First off, easy to park and close to the airport. Shuttle picked me up quickly, too. When I got back to my car, I was surprised to see a black trash bag taped to my window. I had left my window down and they put it there to keep the rain out. Awesome! Then, I had left my interior light on and my battery was dead. As I was on the phone with AAA, an attendant came over with a portable battery charger and gave me a jump start. Awesome again! Great service here.

Best parking on the North side of the airport. I had a flight that was cancelled when I arrived at the airport and had to return to the Airport 14 hours later. The attendant comped my lost day happily when I explained. Ive parked there 3-4 times now and never had a problem making a flight or being picked up on return. I always make sure to arrive with plenty of time to deal with Security etc.

I have been using ShuttlePark 2 for a year and a half now. There are always discounts available, which makes this probably the cheapest spot near Sea-Tac. Great service - they pick you up right next to your car and the drive to the airport is fast. I will keep coming back!

Ive used ShuttlePark2 for well over a decade, at least several times a year. Upon driving into the lot you take a ticket and park in the lot, a shuttle van then promptly picks you up and drives you to the airport about 10 minutes away. They help with your luggage and offer a bottle of water. Upon your return you call them and they pick you up at the shuttle bus terminal and repeat the reverse. The price is fair and they do a great job, the drivers are friendly and helpful as well.

These guys use to be good. Seams like over the last year or so they have gotten worse. Have been a long term frequent customer, so I should know. Travel around a 10 times a year, and had used this company for over 12 years. Pretty loyal customer, but think this will change. I called after 5 min(says on the return card to call them). Guy on the phone was a bit rude. Told me to just flag down the driver. Made it should like I was wasting his time. If you dont want me to call, dont print it on your cards. Waited 15 min and it finally shows up, but the guy tells me he is too full. There was still room; could have got me on. Laziness on the part of the driver. Called back and they said 10 min. Yeap it was 16 min. At least this driver was pleasant. I have a 1 hr drive ahead of me, so will not get home and bed till after midnight, and have to be up at 445am. Thanks for even less sleep. There are tons of similar services around Sea-Tac airport. This is the first time I am using this service. When you enter, you take can put the ticket in the car. After you are settled, call the number and the operator will tell you how long will the shuttle arrive. Usually no more than 15 minute. They will drop you at courtesy shuttle bus zone which is very close to the terminal. When you get back, you will call them again. They will tell you which shuttle zone to go. They will pick you up and drop you off exactly in front of your car. They also have some online coupons. Dont forget to use them.

Service send a bit unfriendly and in no hurry to get me on the shuttle. However it is in such an awkward location that neither Waze nor Google maps nor my Garmin nuvi could get me there. Price is good but I have now missed two flights because all the technology in the world cant get me there!!

This has become our go-to place for airport parking. Price is Right. Theres even generally a discount coupon in the value pack you get in the mail. Drivers are nice and service is good.

Shuttle Park 2 is by far the best airport parking/shuttle service around. They are always at my car within 3 minutes of arriving and the staff is very friendly. Between their Valpak coupons and their own website coupons it makes airport parking very affordable.

The guy who said he was the manager was very rude and no manners at all.Was not very helpful in regards in pick up and hung up the phone.While on exit and paying, guy was not helpful in regards to deposit of $10 being credited.Called and looked for a manager, he said, he was the manager and i told him where is the email address to send in the receipt for deposit and he said it is on the receipt but it was a “website” on the receipt and put me on hold when i said it is a website and not an email on the receipt.I did not bother waiting for such a not well mannered person to resolve a very simple issue/question.

The employees pick you up within 5 minutes and get you to the airport on time. In addition, the lot seems safe for both the car and myself. The have AAA rates too. Weve parked there since they opened and never had a problem.

It seemed to be a very safe place for me to leave my car (although I bought a Groupon for another place that was conveniently sold out and recommended this place )and this was a last-minute place to park my car after having it there for three extra day be days because of the hurricane I still was paying over $150 and for 10 days which was not in my budget.

Had to call them about 20 times over 15 minutes on May 21st around 12:45am. Somebody finally picked up. Had to wait maybe 30min for a pickup.

ShuttlePark 2 has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The driver that picked us up made rude gestures at us because according to him, we did not flag him down on time. He drove recklessly and almost ran me over after dropping us off at the parking lot. He was speeding like a bullet from the moment he picked us up. We called customer service to relay this information and the guy who answered was even more unprofessional than the driver. He said that the driver did not do anything wrong if he did not assault us or hurt us and that he probably got angry because we did not flag him down. I told him that things should be handled more professionally in the future and then he proceeded to tell me that I’m not allowed to tell him what to do. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I would have given a 5-star rating if there shuttles picked you up at the airport in a timely manner. Long Waits and the driver driving past us several times is very frustrating.

Its about a 10 minute ride from their lot to the terminalThe good:- they are pretty quick to pick you up from your parking spot, I think Ive had to wait about a minute at most.- usually have coupons on their website, so the fair is pretty competitive.- complementary water on the bus.The bad:- getting back from the airport. Youll get frustrated watching countless repeat buses pass by from other lots. Ive once had to wait 40 minutes, after just missing a bus (and tried chasing it down on foot with no luck), thats probably the longest possible wait, with 15-20minutes being more typical.

Example of GREAT customer service-I found this parking on Yelp and thought to give it a try. They are about 5+ min ride from airport. Here is how it went for me.Created a profile on their web, took the screenshot of the barcode from my profile.Drop Off : Drove to their location and arrived 4:50AM, scanned my barcode from phone(there was option to take printed ticket too). Found a parking, called the support number to get the shuttle, support person asked the parking spot number, I could see shuttle coming towards me within a minute. Picked up within 2 minutes, arrived at airport in 5 mins(early morning time). I was given a card with my parking spot numberPick Up(At 8PM) : Arrived at airport, walked to shuttle pickup area(Same level as lyft and uber). Called their support number, shuttly came in about 7-8 minutes. Took me about 8 minute ride to the parking lot. I was charged $26(includding $6 sales, Tukwila and WA state Tax) for 2 days after using 25% discount coupong from Yelp.Overall, nice and hassel free experience. Will come again.

Best shuttle parking. The staff is kind and friendly. You enter in the gated lot. Find a spot and within 5 minutes the bus will find you. The driver will load your luggage into the bus. It takes about 15 minutes from the time I enter the lot to the airport. Depending on how many people he picks up. Let them know your time issue and they can support you. The great benefit is coming back for security. When you get off the plane (maybe in the dark) there are probably many people present and waiting for the bus in an open area. There is a shuttle probably circling but always call and identify your platform location so the driver can look for you. Once the shuttle picks you up, it drops you at your car (in the gated lot). If you need assistance with your vehicle, they may be to help so you are not left in a lot all by yourself. The only bummer is if the bus is full on return with multiple car stops, it may take awhile if you are the last one off. Before leaving, search for shuttlepark2 coupon, valpak Tukwila, usually 25% off. There is a AAA and a SP2 website deal. On holiday weekends, always buy because they will decline people if they will be full. Happy travels!
