Ernie has been great! After months and money wasted on applications we finally got into a place. We put in an application on a Monday and we were approved the next day and moved in that week. He worked fast for us and it was much needed. Unfortunately we found that the electric stove top was cracked all the way across. You would have to take a good look at it to notice, so I see why it was missed. I let them know about it and Ernie, Doug and Dawn started working and researching on new parts for the stove. We found that there was a gas line and asked if I could buy my own stove, Im a little picky so I didt mind. I like gas stoves better and I wanted to pull my cast iron out of storage. They approved the stove! Ernie, Doug and Dawn are very responsive. They get busy but they always get back to me and theyre all so nice. FYI paying rent is really easy with their app.

Kristie was an absolute delight to work with. She was very responsive and catered to all our needs. I highly recommend her for anybody buying/selling a home.

I would 100% recommend renting from them. Our AC broke and they jumped on it right away to ensure it got done as quick as possible. They also brought out a portable AC unit as soon as they found out which helped a lot! Everyone is always so on top of everything and very professional.

I hired Susie and Dino Koch to manage my property. I had managed the property previously myself, and I allowed the home to get worn from wear and tear. They helped me with my long-term tenants transition out of the home. Now, it was time to restore the home. Dino provided me with very good very affordable handymen and specialist all the step of the way. Now it was time to sell. Dino recommended putting the house up for sale well above comps. He recommended offsets for a badly worn air conditioning unit that would drive an appraisal up. I almost pulled out of the first offer. Dino sat with me for almost 2 hours allowing me to talk around options. He was very calm and supported my decision to accept the 1st offer. The home closed 3 weeks after we put it up for sale, and sold for top dollar, and the offset drove the appraisal I need. He charged commission fees less than other realtors. I would recommend this couple. They are nice and offer good supportive customer service. Thanks Dino and Susie!
