Mike came out and reviewed our pool tile and deck and gave us options on both along with a referral for work that could not be done. He came back with one other staff and did an amazing job cleaning the tile. It looks brand new and added life to our pool. I would definitely recommend him!

Wow! I am thrilled! . Mike and Dan was responsive, friendly and very honest about my pool tile situation. His quote was very fair and Dan did such a spectacular job on my glass tiles, it looks good as new. Mike and Dan were very thorough and cleaned up very well after himself and thats it, Dan is now my annual pool tile cleaning go-to.

Mike and crew can out and restored the beauty of my pool. My tile was calcified all around, not only did he clean it up but made it look new. They went above and beyond my expectations and really did make the tile in my +30 year-old pool look good as new. Our pool had some problems: broken tiles, heavy buildup, and an area on the bottom of the pool that was rusting. We did not know what to do. All we knew was that we did not want to spend thousands of dollars on re-doing the entire pool.Mike came and offered great options that were within our budget. In just two days his helper Dan repaired the broken tiles, removed the buildup, and fixed the rusting area. He also worked with our pool guy to make sure the pool was cleaned up well. He was responsive, professional, and honest. Our pool now looks beautiful again. We are very happy with the services he provided.

These guys came out and completely transformed our pool tile! Our pool is only 5 years old, yet we had accumulated a great deal of the white precipitate, from Ca++, that plagues Arizona pool owners. I tried to get it off with pumice, but after $50 worth of pumice stone and 4hrs of trying, I had to call them. After they had finished, the tile looks new again. Well worth the cost. They were professional, on time, thorough, easy to talk to, well kept gentlemen who were knowledgeable about hard water & pH. Truly left our pool clean and sparkling. I will reuse them again.

Desert Diablos Pool Tile Cleaning was incredible to work with. They provided us with a written quote which was much less then the other 3 companies we looked at. They arrived at their scheduled time (5 minutes early actually) and promptly began the work necessary to remove the calcium ring that has been an eyesore for years. Our pool is 10 years old and has never been cleaned before.The total process took about 4 hours to complete (8AM - 12PM) but when they were done, our pool and hot tub tile looked brand new. We almost forgot what our pool tile looked like.They cleaned up as they went along and at the end of the day, short of new tile, you couldnt tell a contractor was there. Very polite and explained what we could do to prevent future build up. We have no idea why we waited so long to get this done. Well worth the money.

Im blown away by the quality of service I received from Mike and Dan at Desert Diablos Tile Cleaning. First of all, I have NEVER left a Google review, but I just could t resist and given the quality I received - they deserved to be recognized. First of all, I had really bad calcium build up on the stone around my pool, and even lines on my tile and then some build up on my stone waterfall. Mike and Dan came out and arrived on time and spent 3-4 hours cleaning the stone and tile. It looked awesome afterwards.

I had used Desert Diablos 4-5 years ago and they did an excellent job so I thought I would hire them again. STOP - NEVER AGAIN! Day one - showed up 3 hours late, then worker couldnt get the equipment to work so sat on our back patio, smoking cigarettes & littering our yard. Then pounded on our patio door multiple times terrifying the dogs, even when we werent home. His palm prints were all over the door! Despite requests to be careful with the equipment on our decking, turf & flagstone, when now have large grease stains & marks where he dragged the equipment across the yard. We told him to leave even though he didnt even start any work. He then proceeded to take out one of our large barrel cactus going down the driveway! The owner pleaded for another chance with another worker on Sat - and we allowed them another chance. BAD decision! Day two - shows up 4 hours late, again. Different worker, same result. Got the pool drained, started on the tile, but equipment wasnt working again so no progress. Dumped decorative rock on our turf, dumped cleaning solution on our decorative rock, marked up the decking even worse and didnt even try to clean any of it up. We finally told him that we were done since he wasnt getting anything done since he was on the phone half the time instead of working. Then he ran into a tree backing out the driveway and broke off a large branch. So, final result, no tile cleaning, no chlorine wash, empty pool that has to be filled right away and probably a $300 water bill to re-fill the pool even though they didnt clean it! Along with the landscape and decking damage. Not to mention having to cancel our Fathers Day pool party! So frustrating when people arent reliable and such poor work!

Did a GREAT job on cleaning my tile. Scheduled the Job the next morning at 7am ! which really helped me.Class Act, Hands Down.

I have used Desert Diablo for our tile cleaning for several years. The owner, Mike, has always been a pleasure and has worked hard to ensure that we are happy with his work; this says a lot because I am a very particular about my pool and my husband always tells me that I can be a little neurotic about it. When Mike contacted me and asked if I would write him a review, I was happy to do so. I was quite surprised to see that there was such an extensive negative review posted on Google as we have always had a great experience. I have recommended Desert Diablo to several of my friends, all of which have been happy with the service. In my experience, Mike works hard to ensure that his customers are happy, even the ones as picky as me. I regret that I didnt take the time out earlier to write about my positive experience - love, love, love Desert Diablo.
