I had a positive experience here. The entrance was well-labeled and easy to find. While the parking lot (which is principally an employee lot) was very full, there were reserved customer spaces up at the front near the entrance. Security was present and friendly. The staff inside was polite, fast, and efficient - I was in and out in less than 3 mins. I will definitely chose this location for package pick-up again!
Delivery required a signature but I knew I wasnt going to be home to accept ahead of time, so I *paid* to have the package re-routed to a UPS store and received an email confirmation. Lets call this Day 0. Day 1 I get an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the UPS store but its not there. Theres a notice on my home door saying delivery had been attempted. Day 2 I get another email saying the delivery date has been rescheduled. This time I called ahead to the UPS store, still no package, and another notice on my door. Later Day 2 I get another email saying the delivery date has been rescheduled for Day 3. Day 3 I call the UPS store again...not there. Another Delivery Rescheduled email. So I call the UPS number and many times have to go through an incredibly unhelpful automated menu system which doesnt have my situation as an option before Im finally able to get through to an agent. The agent says she is not able to either re-route the package or refund the money I paid to have it re-routed (but is very nice), only the shipper can do this. I call the shipper, the shipper is not able to re-route the package. I call UPS again, navigate the automated menu (side note, as part of this I was referred to, by an operator, or found online, a number of different UPS numbers, but they all went to the same unhelpful automated menu) this time eventually getting to billing to see if I can at least get a refund. The operator (again, very nice) is unable to issue me a refund because invoices only go into the system on a weekly basis and since Day 0 was a Sunday it wasnt in their system yet, so I would need to call back on the following Monday. This person is also not able to either re-route the package, or cancel the third delivery attempt (since Im still not going to be able to be there to sign for the package). But after this attempt it will be held at a service center, 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the UPS store where I attempted to have it re-routed. And the service center is only open until 6 (the UPS store, which is much closer to me, is open until 6:30). In the grand scheme this has been mildly irritating. On a less-than-grand scale this has been massively frustrating, with a number of daily conflicting updates and the inability of anyone to help with any aspect of this ordeal...for a shipping company I cant believe how bad UPS seems to be at shipping. I dont see how, in the future, I wont be actively avoiding any transaction that involves UPS.
Sorry I did not write a review earlier, or remember the young ladies names who helped me. I visited this location back in early December 2020. When I arrived I was told the computers were down and Id have to enter my information manually myself. The staff was extremely considerate and walked me through the steps. When that did not work (due to me needing more information.) I was told I can do it from home. I did not know this! Once again she walked me through the steps of how to print out the labels from home. I did it all from home exactly as the staff stated. Heres the good part. Doing it form home saved me a great deal of money. I was extremely grateful for the all the help I received. I live on the far South East part of town, but that did not stop me for returning back to this location 3 more times. Thank you for the fantastic customer service that I received from this location. I have had 4 separate issues with my driver. The first time they left my package in the road and dogs got into it. The 2nd time they just threw my package out the window towards my drive way. The 3rd time the package was so damaged it was open and broken and they didnt do anything. This last time today was a very expensive package thats very breakable and they didnt even come down my road. They just said attempted delivery without even coming here. When I called they brushed me off. I would like someone with power to get ahold of me.
Delivery to my home abruptly stopped in October 2020. I have called and emailed over 20 times since then and have been promised a call back by 8pm. I have never had any response. My husband has picked up our packages every week since then but no one is available to explain why this is happening. I have had 8+ packages returned to sender even though we stop by once or twice a week. I ended up losing several Christmas and birthday gifts because they were no longer available to reship. My packages that were supposed to be sent to the USPS for final delivery have been held at UPS and not given to us and then returned to the sender. A recently picked up package provided a clue to the issue. There was a handwritten note on the box that said we dont deliver to this add-threatened a driver. This definitely did not happen at my address but I cant get anyone to speak to me about this matter. I have been trying to get assistance for five months now and I am at my wits end on how to resolve this problem. Hence, the one star rating.
Received tracking info for a package that was to arrive while I was out of town. Used UPS app to schedule an alt delivery date a day later once I was back home. They received package at Tucson facility, scanned it and sent it right back to sender. They never held nor tried to deliver package on alt day I selected. Only upside is they didn’t charge the $9.99 they were insisting on collecting to change delivery date. Had to cancel, get refund, and reorder package again! Huge hassle for someone not doing their job properly!

Horrible. I received a neighbor’s package by mistake. I walk with a walker so I can’t carry it down there to their address. I’ve been trying for two days to get someone at UPS to pick this thing up and deliver it. I’ve called “customer service,” who is offshore, and they’ve told me each time that someone from the local office would call me within the hour to arrange to come get it. They seem to struggle with those calls because they take 20 minutes. And NO ONE from UPS has called me back to fix this. This is ridiculous.All you have to do is call my neighbor and ask him to walk down here and get his package since I can’t carry it to him, and call me to tell me when to expect him. Two short phone calls. I’ve had ZERO resolution to a problem that should take ten minutes to fix, and my neighbor still doesn’t have his package.
Cant get ahold of anyone over the phone. Missed the delivery, since it was mid day and have to work. Requested to pick it up from the center. The hotline stated that someone would call within an hour. Called a second time after 90 minutes, and still got the same computer response. No way in getting a live person. Ended up going down to the center to get an answer before they closed at 6pm. Not sure why no one called. There were three people just standing around chatting when my wife and I walked in.
Worst experience ever. I am a Canadian on vacation. My bike was stolen and I had a friend ship me another bike I own from Canada. I paid $750. The Bike is 4 days late, then they charge me $400 duties. They deliver they bike at 8pm and say I have to pay duties or wont give me the bike. I pay online, delivery man says its not showing in his system and leaves with the bike. I have paid over $1300 and I havent received the bike.
Worse customer experience ever. Associate Monica at the front desk got angry because she had to look for our package and then slammed our package down on the counter when she brought it out to us. UPS should take this associate off front desk she has no customer experience she is better suited to work in the back where people dont have to deal with her. This associate had no badge so I dont know if that was her real name, also her two coworkers that were also there were very rude as well. This location should also train their associate not to be on their cell phones while customers are trying to get assistance.
Today (4/3/21) I waited from 9:20 am to 1915(7:15pm) watching for a delivery of my phone. It never came. UPS never drove down my street. Then to have the driver stated they tried to deliver it at 1630(4:30 pm) . Is the biggest f$#king lie ever been told. I was watching and waiting. My whole Saturday was ruined. I had things to do, the whole day wasted! If the driver didnt wanta do the route. They should have let me know. me
UPS driver repeatedly drives well over the posted speed limit of 25 mph on our residential street. This morning he failed to even stop at the stop sign.

Ordered 200 roses for a special event. They were scheduled to be delivered on Friday the 12th. They claimed no site number. They have been delivering to that exact address for a very long time. As a business we receive deliveries daily. My perishables will be delivered 3 days late and wilted or dead. All because some lazy driver was cutting the route short. I spoke with 6 different people at UPS and was basically told file a claim

I would leave zero stars if I could.1. I would also recommend that consumers either encourage online retailers to avoid using UPS, or if possible to shop at a local store instead. In our case we ended up having to visit Best Buy in person anyhow.2. Extremely poor customer service. No way to contact the local UPS office directly. New drivers not trained to find locations appropriately. I could go on and on but this post is already too long.3. When the UPS driver cannot find the address there is no place for him/her to state that he/she could not find the address. This causes the UPS driver to make up some other excuse such as The receiver was not available at the time of delivery or the address is incorrect.Lie may be a strong word but in this case, unfortunately, it is the truth.We never received a phone call on any of the supposed delivery dates and we know the UPS driver was never at our location at the times he stated the receiver was not available at the time of delivery.4. Poor care of item to be delivered. The box we finally received a week late had damge in several places. (see photos)5. When an order is cancelled with the online store from whom the item was purchased (in this case Best Buy) AND cancelled with UPS, the item is still delivered and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item to receive an immediate refund or decline the item from the UPS delivery driver. If the driver does a drop and run you have no choice but to return the item to a local store, if there is one.
If I could leave less than a one star I would. Their drivers are utterly incompetent in this area. I have had numerous issues with packages not being delivered, being told my address is incorrect when its not, packages being delivered to someone else, etc. Trying to get assistance from the phone number they have listed is a joke, still havent received a call back from a supervisor like I was told I would. UPS has gone downhill so badly Im surprised they are still in business.
Didn’t want to give me my package because no photo I’d I had a pic of me ordering the thing, had the tracking number as well as all the info to it they still didn’t want to give me it also had my car registration what else can u want. Poor service and it’s sad because it’s really not the company it’s the people in Tucson 🤣
The facility was prompt and received 4 out of 5 stars. UPS as a company, I am not pleased. I have been waiting for packages to arrive at my new home for a long time now. Tracking kept stating delayed to to Emergency situation or Weather. After finally calling customer service I am advised to go pick them up....that they are just chilling in the warehouse. Wanted to speak to a supervisor but customer service would not let me. I go pick up my items and am informed they do not deliver to my area because a driver ran over a child years ago. Ok... understandable... however I was advised that they will NOT notify you of this special circumstance and will send your packages back after 5 days. I literally had to do all the leg work here. Soooooo there is that....
They don’t deliver my packages. They make me pick it up at this location but then mark it as if it was delivered! Ironically USPS, Amazon, FedEx and literary every other delivery service manages to drop off our packages just fine...

Nothing against the clerk working but I came to pick up a package today (Saturday) that was held at facility after three failed delivery attempts. The package was in a location that the clerk could not access for some reason and she could not get the person at the other building on the phone (stated she has not been able to all morning). Was told to come back on Monday! I drove 40 minutes to pick up this package I’ve been waiting on. This is unacceptable... why would the clerk not have access to all packages for pick up.

I will never trust UPS. The doorbell rang and I opened the door to see the ups truck driving away. I looked down and saw a package with the address number 19620 on it. There is no such number. All numbers here are 4 digits. The name on the package is not mine. It says signature required on the package and when I checked the tracking I saw that the driver wrote he Verified ID in the notes. HE LIED. My name is not Chen and the address does not match my ID or the house number. He just dumped it at my door at the end of the day to get rid of it. That driver should be fired. This is from a medical supply company for sleep apnea patients. Somebody needs this! I called customer service and they said they would send someone tomorrow but I will not be here and this house is for sale. Various realtors and people will be going in and out tomorrow and I cant have a package sitting outside the front door so I have to go out of my way to drop it off at a ups location. I wonder how often they just dump stuff like this? I will never send anything by UPS again. I dont want my packages dumped anywhere. UPDATE - I RETURNED THE PACKAGE TO UPS AND THEY DELIVERED IT AGAIN. THIS GUY DIDNT EVEN RING THE BELL!!!
The only two bad problems I had was that my package was sent from Texas to Phoenix and it went threw the city that I live in and could not be bother to drop it off here. I understand that there is a system and a proper way things that needs to be follow. But this is just comon sense. And the automated system that is use by customers I tried to get a customer service representative and it did not go threw. But the customer service was excellent when I went down there to ask were my package was because it did not say anything until I got home.

I ordered a product on best buy and my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but it got delayed, and when I called, they blamed it on best buy, but it was the UPS fault, not Best Buy, because UPS is doing the delivery, not Best Buy, and went TF would it be, am I right, Y/N? Man, how pathetic, so annoying!!!
After being told.over the phone I had a package waiting for me at this location the young people at the front said they ou only knew what was in the UPS.com system which was that the package had last been scanned 3 days before. I asked them to look around and they said they would call me back. When I made clear I would stay and asked they look in at least the most likely places one agreed and about 5 minutes later returned with the package. In addition the young man did not wear his mask nearly the whole time though he was standing shoulder to shoulder with the girls. I expect better from UPS.
Friendly, Fast service, and if you are a first time they are very helpful and welcoming. Especially with the seasons here they dont make you feel uncomfortable. Thank You UPS for helping me with my business needs.

My problem is not the person at the desk. It with the delivery driver. I missed him on 2 different occasions. Took the day off to get package. He came and didnt knock on the door just left a note. Cant deliver. I was there. They sent him back with instructions to knock. He didnt even come by because I was there and on one knocked. Went the customer center and they cant find my package. I going back Monday morning.

My last 3 UPS shipment has been delayed, I had to contact the seller to contact UPS Not just me though but it seems they dont like delivering to our apt complex. My recent shipment is there just chilling in the warehouse since friday, its now tuesday. I called the hotline and it only said its on its way but no dates. Out for delivery at 9am then redirected by 11.
Cannot get ahold of anyone about my package being delivered to wrong address. This is the local HUB, no useful numbers provided. The 800 provided goes outside of the country and they are useless. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Terrible shipping. We ordered a heavier package and everything was on schedule with delivery. The day of the delivery, they marked it Out for Delivery. It never arrived. It turns out they claim they have too many packages and fewer employees and have been unable to deliver our package because its a heavier one.So our package goes through their conveyor belt, gets picked up to be put into the truck, then they decide it is too big/heavy and send it back to the conveyor belt. Why? We paid full shipping amount according to weight and size yet somehow they are deliberately deciding we are not worthy and our package gets put back in the line to be recycled.This needs to be fixed! They need to treat everyone equally and deliver what they charge for.I went to their facility and was told that I needed to mark it for pick up, otherwise, they will not deliver until they take care of all other smaller packages first. Now Im waiting for them to catch it as it goes round and round so that I can go pick up the package for which I paid full shipping to be delivered to my house. Unacceptable.
I constantly receive damaged items due to their carelessness and lack of respect for the home owners. Customer service is just as bad and after 2 days and talking to 5 different customer service representatives, 3 of which were supervisors I still never received what I was told I would.11/2018Just received this package and again not only damaged but someone opened the shipping box and the Oakley box. I guess it wasnt what they wanted. Very disappointed once again.03/2019Well guess what...... they did it again. Its really hard to believe they cant afford tape to at least cover up their poor handling.Ive had many more like this but forget to post them all and I have never received an apology.05/2019Another smashed box. My wedding bands have been sitting at this location for a week. I am married without my bands! No update or anything!!! I also have 2 other items that have been sitting at this location! Please communicate with your customers!!! I want my wedding bands!
I am so incredibly sorry and thankful to the hard working staff and especially the drivers of this hub(and the employees from out of state to help). Reading these recent reviews...honestly sickening how ungrateful some people can be and how privileged and entitled you must feel during a pandemic! Yes your package may be delayed but honestly so is everything else! These are human beings with families of their own that are out here exposing themselves for things that you are ordering because you dont want to go out and expose yourself! As an employee for a UPS Store (customers cant seem to differentiate the two companies) let me make it clear that we have no further answers for where your package is! Maybe try to understand that the whole world is upside down right now and not just yours, instead of being selfish think of how these essential workers have been here for you this whole time!
UPS is terrible. They had a package delivered to their facility in Tucson Fri night at 6 PM at the Silver lake facility It did not get put on the truck for Sat delivery and they have put me in a terrible spot with someone I am working with. Now it is going to be delivered on Monday. Wow. I even paid an expedited fee to Costco for quick delivery. If you really need something for sure, use FedEx.

Customer lobby looks like something out of a third world country. For what they charge youd think a small renovation would be in order.
Seems to be the same issue all around, had a package out for delivery three different days only for it to not get delivered (Paid for UPS 3 day). They wont deliver it in the timeframe but they sure will take the money for quick delivery. I think a class action Lawsuit might be needed to get this place actually running correctly.
We understand about the issues in Tucson. We are willing to go and pick up our customers product since it has been in Tucson for over 8 days. There is NO ONE you can speak with to see if or how we can pick this up.We have requested a pick up last week but no one has been by to pick it up. We see UPS trucks drive past our shop but never stop here. This is frustrating and hard to explain to our customers..
The people who work at the Tucson location are under a heavy workload mixed with the fact that the World at large is hurting due to the pandemic. We thank this local team for their efforts during this challenging time as they have demonstrated to me personally their dedication, professionalism and sacrifice to get us the goods we look forward to. I have a package of perishable items that has been sitting at this facility rotting. They are not delivering it saying “Your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control. Were adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible.“They are simply not putting it on the truck and and several hundred dollars worth of merchandise is going to go bad. When you call the automated help hangs up on you.
This all started when a package I wasnt expecting to arrive was attempted to be delivered to my house while nobody was home. Since the package was pricey, it needed a signature. Since this unexpected package arrived at the same time as expected ones (that by themselves wouldnt have needed a signature), the whole shipment was not delivered.My grumble is about UPS in general and their complete lack, as an organization, of customer service. After telling me (ups customer support) that my packages were waiting for me at the distribution center, I made the 45 minute drive there over 1.5 hours later only to find that the packages werent going to be there for a couple more hours. I was told, since I asked to pick it up, that my only options were to 1) PAY to have it delivered to a closer UPS store, 2) PAY to have it delivered to my house again, on a day where we werent necessarily going to be home, or 3) make the 1.5 hr round trip again later to get my package.Needless to say, UPS needs help in the art of customer support.

Absolutely dreadful service. My package has been at this location for nearly a week while they claim fake attempts to deliver it. I have been waiting at my home for nearly 5 days with only a message at the end of the day if I am lucky basically saying we tried, but couldnt...maybe tomorrow as an update.
Had temperature sensitive medication sent from Phoenix that was suppose to be delivered on Friday. They UPS canceled delivery, did, not get till Monday. The ice packs were defrosted and warm.

UPS is just plain out slow cant keep track on packages cant work with you. just give you a run around on everything but cant take blame why they cant deliver your stuff definitely the worse delivery experience Ive ever had. I will never ever order anything from them again such a bad company.

Same basic experience as other recent one star reviews. No way to talk to a real person via phone, either at this location or at their national phone line. Tracker is useless, shows my shipment being scanned into Tucson 5 days ago arrival scan then mysteriously sent back to Goodyear, AZ. Each day the tracker said it would be delivered the next....now doesnt even give a date, just says in-transit. Im totally stuck, no recourse, worst customer service of my life. But, dont believe this situation is solely Covid-19, I had a very similar experience with UPS in early January, shipment arrival scanned into the Tucson facility, then sent erroneously to Arkansas. No explanation or apology.
I ordered a Mother’s Day present for my mom on the 8th. It was supposed to deliver on the 11th, a Monday. It got held up and then it was supposed to deliver Wednesday. It arrived in Tucson Wednesday and has been sitting there ever since. It is now Saturday. Now it’s supposed to deliver Sunday? I’m not holding my breath. What is going on there in Tucson?
Customer service phone number ends up a fax. No way to contact them to get information. I had a critical package and no way of getting in touch. Ridiculous. Imagine they will be driven out of business by more responsible package delivery service. Even the current virus issue does not explain their poor business practices. Will not make any purchases that rely on UPS shipping until their company make corrections to this.
Two days in a row that my package was out for delivery. I was able to use their app and watch the delivery truck pass my home and return to the UPS center 20 miles away without delivering my package. There is no way to talk to a person for an explanation and all help is automated. The automated system actually hung up on me while i was entering my useless tracking number. Online shopping is useless if the delivery used is incompetent. The brick and mortar store is better than unreliable delivery.

I ordered a toilet. It never arrived. I called they said they didnt know where it was and to call back tomorrow. I did (waited 20+ min on hold) they said call back tomorrow. The online tracking said it was out for delivery 4 days before my first phone call. Eventually they said they lost it and to contact the shipper. I had another one sent same thing happened! I called and spoke with a supervisor. Again waited 45 min to speak to him. He said he wasnt sure why it wasnt delivered and that I would get a call from him the next day to follow up. 10 days later no phone call or package. I am still waiting for my package 8 weeks later. I called 6 times and never recieved any follow up. Again I understand that everything is tough with covid and I was more than willing to forgive the first lost product. I have a major problem with how they wasted my time.

Theres at least one delivery driver in Tucson that has a hard time finding houses - then he or she lies in the tracking information to say the street number is incorrect. This time I spent the hours on the phone to get it expedited to a supervisor to explain GPS to the driver.I had to repeat the address about 10 times, of course and then they say well, thats correct! And I say Yes, the driver was wrong two times he wrote incorrect street address and no apartment number in the tracking information. Theres no apartments at all near my house.Update: UPS still unable to deliver the package. Called, the office was closed and auto-phone system unable to understand the tracking number.BBB shows an incredible number of complaints. Apparently the Tucson UPS Delivery Office has dissolved into utter chaos and are unable to function. They never even called to say they cant deliver.Update: three days after expediting to a supervisor the package was delivered.
These people always do the same thing over and over. Now when I have a package to be delivered I just put it on hold so I can pick it up myself. I lost count how many times I waited with a recording just to prove that they never come to my door, but still mark it as if I was not home. Shameful practice they have. Amazon will take over one day and they do deliver everytime.
Package arrived to the facility on the 2nd. It is now the 17th. Come on guys... I can be understanding of delays but this is getting excessive. I dont even have the option to pick it up as the delivery hasnt been attempted.OUT FOR DELIVERY AFTER TWO WEEKS OF WAITING AND WOW IT DOESNT SHOW. At this point you and USPS have no excuse to be so inefficient. How has Amazon doubled there outgoing packages in a year and you guys sit and never upgrade. Figure out your buisness before you lose it and someone like Amazon does it for you
Sent in inquiry about my package because after arriving in Tucson, it went missing. A lady actually called me after and told me that it was on a trailer completely unaccessible, no one in Tucson has been getting their packages, over 30 employees have been infected....blah blah blah.Im ok with this. It happens. But then UPS decides to send my package BACK to the sender?! Someone from your organization better contact me.
Terrible experience in Tucson. Wife had a shipment that needed to go across Town because she was on holiday. Package didnt arrive. She called UPS customer service. They told her it was on the truck and no one had been at the office when their delivery person attempted delivery...which is false. People were there all day. Then they tell her the package is on the truck and will be delivered the day after the holiday by 1 p.m. So she spends the morning at the office to receive the package and calls UPS at 12:45 to see if the package is going to be there by 1 p.m. The customer service rep on the phone says, Yes. Its on the truck and will be there by 1 p.m. Wait for it...the package doesnt arrive. A second phone call determines that UPS cant even find the package. Awful customer service. This is why I personally always use FedEx.
Dangerous for visitors and employees. There are cars speeding in and out like a highway interstate. During covid people are cuddled up in line waiting in the sun for hours to get a package pick up. While putting each other at risk if getting sick. Wait time outside is 2-3 hours. Cars get damaged by the terrible parking lot and youll never know who did it cause there are cars coming in and out
Your drivers need to learn to pay attention. My packages were delivered to another house. Luckily I have an honest neighbor or I would have been out of alot of money.
UPS : you are the worst. Terrible service. No local # for the local hub. Your 800# just tells me you arent connecting calls to live agents and basically I have no idea when my express package will show up. On top of that you arent even communicating about the situation. You guys are useless and you have lost another customer for good as packages Ive had shipped by USPS and FedEx : right on time.

I went to pick up some pool equipment that I ordered from Texas. The items were supposed to get to me on May 8th (today is May 12th). I sign up for UPS tracking as usual and all of a sudden my package stops in Goodyear Arizona. I received no more notifications for 3 days. I called the company and a wonderful lady named Lisa decided to research why I had not received my package. Long story short, UPS has 16 full trailers sitting on site and will not bring in the necessary overtime staff to unpack them. I sat and watched countless customers go into the building with package manifest and leave out with nothing as I did. At the end of the day provide the service that you promised. No one cares about COVID-19 and why you cant get your jobs done. Get people their packages and start winning the customer not the argument. Moving forward I will attempt to avoid UPS as I am unhappy and will take my business elsewhere. Say what you want about FedEx but they dont let packages lay down.
Anybody else ran a business like this they would be done. Years back they were a great company no more.
Have a package scheduled for overnight delivery and it did not make to me in Tucson AZ even though the package was in Tucson AZ due to weather conditions. Guess it is too hard to deliver a package when it is 80 and sunny. Pretty bad excuse UPS!
My 3 Day Select packages have been sitting in Tucson for 3 days now. Horrible customer service. I was told that they would not be delivered for at least 1 week. They shipped 3++++ days ago. DO NOT USE UPS! Other carriers are able to deliver during the COVID ordeal.
Called the number listed for tracking help. I have a domestic package that two days in a row has said it was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. I totally understand with covid that my package might not be delivered. The extension for tracking does not connect to a live agent. I called back and hit the extension for shipping instead. After asking for an agent, I was connected to a real person who looked up my tracking number, found my package which is still in the shipping center, and helped me to change my delivery from my house to the center so I could pick it up. I had to fill out a request and as soon as I hung up with Meddi, I received a text with a new tracking that would update me as soon as its available for pickup. She said most likely tomorrow. If I hadnt called, Id still be wondering where my box was. Thanks Meddi!Will update with more info/rating change if necessary.
Very disappointed with this. Ordered a part and it left the establishment quickly, went to TX, then here in Goodyear, AZ only to be shipped to Tucson,AZ for its final destination. I checked the tracking only to find that my package has arrived here in Tucson only to be sent back Goodyear twice now. Talked to a driver that informed me that things are bad at this location and packages are just not going to make it to the customers.
I waited almost 10 minutes for three boxes. Then they found out that there is no box. They offered me bigger ones. Since I had no time I accepted to take it. Then I saw that boxes were written by markers. I do not know what to say.
If your drivers cant do their job. Ide be happy to come and apply for a job. Some compitant workers might do wonders for your ratings. Im still waiting for my heat sensitive package to be delivered to my actual house. Where Ive had a large sign that says ups please knock Im pretty close to filing a lawsuit. 2nd time this week Ive had issues with your drivers doing their jobs.
I have a package that contains important documents with a time sensitive turn times. In good faith, I ensured I was there to recieve these important documents by taking the day off work to ensure I was at my residential location based off the time and date posted online at UPS. Online said the package would be delivered at 3PM for residential last stop. I was home all day and had the door open to ensure no activity outside of my residential door would be missed by myself or my dogs. Additionally, I have cameras outside of the front of my house. With that being said, everyone in the house was jumping at any time the camera alert went off in the house and checked the front door from 1 pm til we got the notice that delivery was attempted and the business was closed and UPS will attempt to deliver again the next day. Firstly, my residential location(as annotated in the delivery time) is not a business and there was not a UPS vehicle that stopped or passed the front of my house at any time between 1 pm til the notice that it was attempted to be delivered at 7:32 pm. Had the driver attempted to come to the residence this incorrect annotation would not be posted and the document would have been delivered as paid for and agreed on per the delivery time and date. I realize UPS is a large company and the recognition of the human factor has diminished from the company, however this action caused unnecessary time taken from my job that provides means to pay for services such as this indolent postal delivery. I am displeased with the drivers fabricated attempt to claim the package was attempted to be delivered. I am addressing this issue in hope of some form of action take place to address this drivers actions and possibly an assurance that the posted dates and times will be met as agreed upon per the online service.
I had to chase down a box that had my correct address on it. Rather than deliver the Box, they returned it is incorrect address which was false. Had to wait two hours in the hot sun with a face shield waiting to pick up my box. Needless to say I am not happy.
WORST ever. Twice In one week my packages were not delivered because “person not at address”. It’s a COMMERCIAL location where I have been for three years. Unbelievable. My package yesterday was delivered to some unknown RESIDENTIAL address which of course they will not share. The driver(s) on the downtown route must have an aversion to actually getting out of the truck to deliver to the CORRECT address. UPS will no longer get my personal or commercial business.
This place is just a big joke, never know where packages are, you will get a text saying your package is ready to be picked up and to go all the way there to be told it was still in a trailer that will be unpacked in the morning, then morning comes and still no package, just to find out the package is still hours away and has been at that facility for 3 days
Initially my package arrived at my local distribution center and was set to be delivered on 5/20/20, then it was delayed, then it arrived at destination In the early AM hours of 5/21/20 it again arrived at destination finally somewhere around 11:00 am it was out for delivery.At 5:15 I saw the UPS truck deliver a pacvkage next door then drive down the road. I got in my car and chased him down and asked him for my package. he informed me that he saw it this morning but had no room on the truck (it was a clothing item, small package). I asked him if he could call someone and he said there was no way of telling where it was.I also back in December had a package sztolen and could not even get ahold of anyone at UPS. Luckily Amazon reimbursed me so I never followed through.I refuse to knowingly use UPS anymore. I huess I need to start contacting the companies i order from in advance and find out what shipper they use.Ive been ordering online since the late 1990s on a regular weekly basis...a lot I do 90 percent of my purchases online. Ive only ever had a problem with UPS and its only been recently, within the past 6 months or so. Something is wrong on their end. Either they are over worlked and need to hire more or they need some serious quality control checks.
Returned product to Century Link. After much consternation with them I finally found solution to cancel their service, or lack thereof. At UPS I found their professionalism refreshing but a bit perturbed I had to pay to print a page (return label) that cost a dollar and change. Alright already Im a cheapskate sue me. But overall the experience was pleasingly pleasant after dealing with CenturyLink.

The product i purchased and was shipped on 5-4-2020 with a 1 to 5 day shipping, package arrived in tucson az on friday the 7th and now its Wednesday 13th. Cant get anyone to answer the phone due to the covid, no reply from an email and i cant even get a rep on social media to reply back to a simple message. All i get is an automated response to call the 1800 number and when i call its AUTOMATED saying no one can help with this call due to the covid 19 good bye click. Maybe this review will be SEEN by them and MAYBE attempt to contact me?
Stellar customer service, very professional, always polite and competent, and fast. I’d much rather pick up my parcels from the distribution center then waste an entire day waiting for my package to be delivered and take the risk of it being stolen from my porch. For the employees at the distribution center... Great job!
Friendly staff however prices are too high.... And when delivering in our area they fly down our dirt roads that have blind curves and fear that if on my Harley I may not be able to leave any reviews to tell my tale.... SLOW DOWN!!!!
