I know the drivers are not employed by fedex but still fedex should sub out people who know how to read and follow instructions, these drivers just do whatever they want. And also fedex here in Tucson very bad to work for its a full time job with part time benifets.

No delivery attempt made although we were home1. st delivery attempt: we were home, but driver did not ring door bell, only left sticker of attempted delivery.2nd delivery attempt: same: we were home, but no attempt to ring bell or knock on door, left only a sticker of failed delivery.3rd attempt: website said it will be on a Tue. Instead they claim they tried to deliver Sunday 8AM. The email notification that attempt will be made on Sunday instead of Tue came 1 hour after (!!) supposedly delivery time. No sticker was left on door. We were home, dogs always bark on door bell or on knocking. Dogs did not bark. We did not hear anyone. We do not think this delivery attempt was actually made. Instead, someone just entered it into the tracking system. This 3rd attempt was only shown on the tracking. We suspect that driver is just getting paid for making multiple attempts, so the more attempts he makes the better for him??

Fedex didnt even attempt delivery before giving up in my rural area and saying they couldnt locate my address, even though I posted a sign up for them!! Had to go to Tucson to retrieve my package. Kinda negates online shopping experience for this household. My husband is physically challenged and to go places hurts so we order online. Hmm..

They said they tried to deliver my package and that no one answered..... I’ve been home all day and no one has knocked or rang the door bell. They lied about trying to deliver it and customer service says they won’t try to deliver again until Monday. Freakin ridiculous. This is why people choose to use UPS. I wasn’t able to choose since I bought from a company website and I guess they use fedex. Seriously, why should I have to wait longer because your delivery drivers are lazy?

FexEx is the worst delivery services around. If you call the customer service line to track and file a claim, FedEx gives you the run around. They can’t tell me where my misdelivered package is or won’t get a call back number from anyone who has a clue. They driver who delivers in our area is probably the worst delivery driver ever. Don’t use FedEx ground!!!!

Drivers constantly lie about delivering packages. I waited at home on two of my off days for my package just to have to driver blatantly lie both times. Then again yesterday (another off day) I waited at home all day just for the status of my deliver to be changed and a message stating delivery was attempted again a lie. I called fedex to follow up with the complaint I left about the 1st lying driver and informed the manager Chris that yet again the driver lied about delivering and was told the driver was still on the road and he would have the driver drop it off. That again was a LIE. How is fedex even in business? What is the point in a delivery service if I still have to have it sent to a fedex location to pick it up? And I have to drive 25 mins to get my package that should have been delivered to me in the 1st place. I honestly would give negative stars if possible!!!!!!

What has happened to the most reliable delivery service ever? I have been trying to get package for days. Even down to description of house. I am very disapointed. They say wrong address, so I add to it, call next day, same thing, describe house and tell them put on either porch. Still not here.

Hopefully you never have to try to find this place. Its in the back of beyond. However, if youve missed your home delivery attempts, you will find friendly help here to receive your delivery. Call ahead and let them know youre coming so they can let you in the gate!

They called to verify my street address. They said it would be delivered the following day. It has now been out for delivery for two days (this is the third day). Can not talk with a live person at customer service, can not contact the Tucson depot (no listed phone number). No call or text from FedEx to explain why this package has not been delivered.

If I could rate them a negative one hundred I would. Fed-Ex does not need to exist. Just leave it all to UPS.I wanted to make sure to write up this review so that people will know the story of what to expect, ( or NOT expect ), from FedEx.The site that I ordered a product on uses Fed-Ex to deliver. I was home all day on the scheduled day off delivery and no one showed up.The next morning, I saw the door knob slip on the ground by my gate. It said that no one was home yet my car was parked right outside.Next attempt was scheduled for later that afternoon so I asked my boyfriend to stay and wait for the package. He went to take a shower and when he got out there was a second door knob slip saying that a second attempt was made and no one answered.We called and had them hold the package so we could pick it up ourselves.Now, trying to find the Fed-Ex office was a challenge in itself. The building is way out there!We get there finally and was told that the package was sent to the Walgreens on Valencia and 12th.We had to run over there to pick up the package. It was 5 days late by then.Felt like we were going thru hoops just to get a small package. Definite no-no!

Left work early to get the delivery. It never came. Driver said the address was invalid and when I called they had the correct address. It appears the driver was just lazy. The package will supposedly be delivered tomorrow which is 3 days late.

On a wild goose chase for a package. First says out for delievery so i wait it never shows. Then later its changed to held at facility. They say held for pick up with no location on the tracking. Went to main FedEx waited 45 min. They say its at the airport location. Now Im 3 hours later sitting in a fedex office waiting for them to find my stuff.

This location can accept a package for Ground/Home Delivery service only that is prepaid and labeled ready for shipment. Theres a doorbell next to the employee turnstile entrance to get someone out to take possession of the package.

Fed Ex wont desalinate the phone number so I can check when my undelivered package will be available for pick up. Basically they tell me I just have to go (30 min each way) and take my chances. I wont be shipping anything by Fed Ex ever again unless there are no other choices. BTW this is a very expensive guitar and its over 100 degrees outside (not good for an acoustic guitar).

Been waiting that they said was out for delivery on Tuesday and it is now Thursday and no package. Can not reach anyone by phone or email. Their horrible tracking system says no delivery date has been scheduled for this package but then says package placed on vehicle for delivery. I thought UPS was bad, FEDEX is worst. I would not recommend FEDEX to anyone.

Just received a text saying attempted delivery but business closed due to being a holiday. I’m a residential house and was sitting in my living room with the door open. No one came to my house. Online it says attempted delivery 935am then package arrived to carrier center at 936am. I live at least 8 miles from the nearest center so that driver must be able to warp from place to place. I have had this problem happen with a doctor office where the driver assumed that all businesses are closed on holidays ended up having to send patients away because of not getting medical equipment until the nurse called and yelled at them to find the driver and get his butt to the office. Get your act together FedEx. I don’t usually use you but the business that shipped my items used you.

Fedex didnt even go through my gate to deliver a pkg. The driver just left a tag at the gate to be discovered. I had already taken off of work to sign fo the pkg... these people are a hassle to deal with, no # to call. Wont ever use them again.
