I wish you could get ahold of someone when their system goes down. I have left 3 voicemails over aa period of 6 hours with no response and when you send an email to support it gets returned. Very frustrating when there is an issue.

Angelica at Automatit told my property manager that our business account was small so they did not really care about it. Your company gave us a price of $1,500.00 to do a custom map and after doing some work then your company decided to change the price to $5,000. So we declined to move forward. Now you are telling us to pay you for the little bit of work your company did or you will shutdown our website.WOW! The professionalism is unbelievable. All accounts should be important no matter the size. We are leaving your company.
