Wish I could give zero stars. They are in it to take taxpayer money and are either incompetent or uncaring or both.
Has been a life-saver for our family. We have been at other behavioral health services in town and did not receive nearly the attention we are receiving at Pathways. We have a team of caring professionals who are well educated in mental health issues and manage to connect well with my child. I am so thankful for their support and assistance!! I am giving them 5 stars because I honestly have no complaints and cant see any way for them to improve in our care. I hope this review helps those looking for a good behavioral health team.
I have been going there since the ending of my sophomore year of high school, I am Senior in High School now. I dont really like MY psychiatrist but I really love the nurses, the receptionists and the therapist. My little brother is starting to go there now too. I have multiple mental issues. I have honestly gone a very long ways since I started there. I recommend this Place 100% to anyone. But do understand that this place *IS NOT A FREE* Mental and Behavioral Health Clinic. It is a doctors office, you need to be covered by your insurance to get services because literally everything medical wise requires insurance coverage. Even the Emergency Room! (shocking right?!)
I have had a good experience with everyone from my case manager, nurse practitioner, groups, and one on one counseling.
Refused to help my child because we have private healthcare. This office received a referral from my child’s primary care physician, and because of my health insurance declined to treat my child. The office never called to inform me of this. I had to wait 3 weeks to learn this and only after I had called them. If you are seeking help-FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This place does not take mental health care seriously.
Very rude Doctor, and unwilling to refer. Good luck finding a doctor in Tucson. God byeSo much for the Hippocratic oath huh.
Nice staff. Clean enviroment.
