The only thing this company is consistent at is horribly overpriced service. If you want to have weekly interruptions in service this is your company. If you dont want any type of support on the weekend, this is your company. If you never want a credit to your bill or apology for this horrible service then this is your company.

Switched from CenturyLink. Been loving the service so far. Tracey is a great rep and Jorge helped to setup our service. 2 young men came to our house- very polite and setup quickly. This is actual high speed internet. Glad I made the switch!

You cant navigate threw the website. You have to fill out a form for service. But nobody calls you back! Ive heard the internet is pretty good! But cant even get someone to contact me for service.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an ISP. Their service constantly cuts out. I work 100% from home and am lucky I havent lost my job with the connection interruptions that Ive experienced. I can barely stream movies on one device, let alone attempt to connect two devices to the WiFi at the same time. They make dial up look good. Their customer service is a joke. No one ever answers the phone. There is no accountability whatsoever. I pay $90/month for a measly 20mbps (which is outrageous to begin with). The best speed I have ever had is 12mbps and that has rarely happened. I have called several times to address my connectivity issues. If and when I finally get a return phone call, they act like nothing is wrong. Despicable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They dont have after hours or weekend support. They dont troubleshoot issues. Our internet goes out several times weekly and they deny that there are any problems. Any positive reviews here are bogus

Unfortunately they make you check at least 1 star. I have been with sprocket for over 5 years and in the beginning they were a great alternative . WERE!!Now its slow and erratic speeds, VERY poor customer service if you can get anyone at all . When you do finally get anyone they use the threat of a 85.00 service call if its not there problem or they say you have a bad router . Well 2 new and higher dollar routers later and dial up speeds still exist with zero help from sprocket ! Save your money and time, go dial up or just write mail and put a stamp on it ..faster

I live in Tubac and had to put up with less than 3Mbs with CenturyLink, so I was excited to find out Sprocket could get a line of sight to their tower on Elephant Head. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment and anger. There are frequent interruptions every day. Im regretting my decision. CenturyLink was slow but reasonably reliable.Sprocket needs to fix the problems. If they dont know how to fix them, they need to find someone who does.Update. Over the last two months the service has been good, but I do get freezes which require reconnecting.

Sprocket used to be a great service with fairly reliable high speed. They have gone way down hill. Speeds are often below dial up. Weve found that we have to turn off the wifi and use our cell phone service to be able to do things at certain times. We were supposed to get 10 Mb, but are often at 300 Kb! We have tried to work with them, but they insist they have no problem. This is totally false. The speeds to their server is fine, the problem seems to be in their gateway to the internet. They make you use a speedtest called Speedsmart. This test actually looks fine, but what they do is conceal the fact that this test is only to their server and not to the internet. I could care less about the speed to their server. I am paying for speed to the internet! When you run any other speedtest, the results are consistently below 1Mb. Weve ditched sprocket and gone to Simply Bits. We should have done it a long time ago.

I live in Tubac and have had Sprocket internet services for about 10 months. The service is erratic, frequently going out or slowing to a snails pace. The staff are actually pleasant and responsive but seem unable to correct the problem. They have been to my home a number of times, had me purchase an expensive new router, promised things would be better and they are not.

Their service has gone down hill the past 6 months. Had to turn off my WiFi just to write this review on my cell phone. Speed was .05 mbps, won’t even hardly load a web page. During the day service is good, at night it barely works. Have been in contact with them for months, very nice and apologetic but service still no good. Company recently changed hands per one of the techs, lots of promises but inconsistent results. Look elsewhere! Experience tells me this provider is struggling to stay afloat.

I have been w Webhiway (known to our neighborhood as Web-sloway/apparently a subsidiary of Sprocket Comm., for several years). Speedtests show it is the slowest internet in the World. It is regularly gives speeds below dialup, goes off in the evenings and weekends, and can be down for days at a time. They canceled my service because I had the nerve to complain. Id give Webhiway ZERO stars if I could.

I dont rate businesses with a one star often, but this has gone sour! Ive been with Sprocket since 2010 and even purchased my own equiptment to help get it going. In the last few months the service has been very bad. The speed drops to unusable at night! You might as well not have it! Call after call trying to get them to fix the problem. BEWARE! dont pay for an install and find out how slow the service is after the facts. I was promised a high speed when I payed for my install! Another user of microwave internet, said he was having the same problem at night, and he was tols by the customer service he was using to much and they were throttling him at night! There is only two users in my house and we use very little compared to other people! The FCC regulates the internet service now, so I guess Ill have to file a complaint and see what the proplem is!
