I have used ADTand e at the office and twice at home. They were very thorgho Handling by remote makes it easier than having to go to the office and carry your unit in, in my case I am visuallyy impaired and carrying the unit is out. They have also be polite and courteous and very personal. They even contacted nt out of the way to contact a vendor of a software I was using and solved the problem after they talked with the vendor. Adam D Technology came to my home in March to help with a slow running computer. The technician could find nothing to correct the problem and asked to take it in for more diagnostics. After a couple of days, they called to say that it was ready. I went in and was directed to a room where 3 technicians were working. I stood for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I went back to the main room to say they were apparently too busy to wait on me and then a female technician called out that she was getting my bill. The bill was $390!! I had one problem after another when I got the computer home and it was still slow. I just consulted with another technician who said my computer hard drive was failing and was stymied why other solutions were not offered by Adam D Technology. I had a new SSD and Windows 10 installed by this new technician. The computer runs like a new computer - very fast and the bill was $319. I flushed the $390 that I spent with Adam D. I will not return there or recommend them. Robin Batty
