I had a great experience here they helped with setting a direct deposit with cashing a check, they answered all my questions. Perla and Angelica were one of the most kind people working there greeted me amazing and just had a very positive attitude. I would definitely go back there . I would really recommend this location amazing staff . Greeted me once I walked in the store with a huge smile .

Would not cash my check that I signed at home. She wouldnt even recognize me. Ive an account here. I needd check proceeds for diabetic medication. I wont be able to get my medication poor reasons. Not sure I spoke the right language. It was fine for a lady before me to use Mexican passport. But my usa passport wasnt enough. Really want to do that? This is not a place for ...Addendum... I took a bus to Walmart only to find that their system was done for the night. So I went outside to do a phone deposit and set my glasses on the wall next to me. I heard some standing near. I later learned he took them.my trip to 0ls tucson is now costing me $500.00.plus. a basic courtesy would have negated my loss. And Im walking and damaging my foot

Horrible service. Started speaking to me in Spanish first of all, then couldnt cash my check because they couldnt verify it even though I had all the proper verification and lastly, were rude about it. I went to the other one and they cashed it right away. Management definitely needs to get fired since its them who train these idiots. Have a good day 😉

I think a lot of people think this is just a check cashing place but they offer a wide range of services beyond check cashing. Western union, third party MVD, government benefits, direct deposit. If you find yourself having to run multiple errands, consider PLS your one stop shop! Speed of service, profesional and empathetic, they help everyone. 5 stars.

FAKE MONEY!!! Do not go here please! I came here to get cash to pay my electric bill and when I went to Walmart to pay they called the police on me saying that the $100 bill I had was fake! Very stressful experience being taken down to the police station! Save yourself from this experience!

DMV line customer service attendant was nice. What im disappointed about is the fact that we have been waiting for a duplicate title for about a month now almost 2. Called MVD to see what was the hold up. MVD said they cant find any record of a purchased duplicate title😞.

They misplaced paperwork then gave us temp. Tags that were no good ..honestly i feel like they are racist...

I have tried this place multiple times and have yet to be corrected on my initial experience of it just being a poor customer service center. The people while friendly are very slow,understaffed and the building is left at a warm temperature so its even uncomfortable to be in the building. I havent successfully used their services once yet due to their lack of knowledge in DMV things. So I will go else where at this point

Lady was very rude and I was told my check was fake just because it was a cashiers check and she refused to give it back to me, we feel shes going to keep it for herself. This place is committing fraud and getting away with it.Update: My check was very much real because I called the bank they insisted they called as well (but did no such thing) and I made them give me my check back unless they wanted law enforcement involved. When I went back the lady had my check right there close to her. If it wasnt real youd think shed dispose of it.

I have only been to PLS twice, on both occasions customer service was very friendly and helpful. People need to understand that most people have banking accounts and lets just keep it real we go to places like these either we cant get an account in our name or we just think its quicker to go here. Customer service has to deal with really shady people all day long so if they are telling you they have to verify the check its for a reason. Their jobs are hard enough without people getting an attitude about having a check verified, if you go to a bank they have to do the same thing, anyways I found PLS on Stone and Prince to be very nice and helpful

Dude at the stand was very polite and very informative of the check cashing process and verification. Charged me 10% to cash very fair. All in all a great experience, so maybe the negative reviewers are never happy?

The staff is so friendly. I am actually excited to go not just because Im getting my hard earned money but because the staff is amazing and their expectations card is awesome to. you can get direct deposit if your job allows it or you can split part of your check on the card and part in cash. the do FREE money orders too. with cash only. their is a small fee to pull money from a card for a money order. but the place offers everything. including a motor vehicle decision that offers sever. but not all thing that the Mvd does.

PLS is awesome check cashing place I got there often and the employees are amazing especially Yehsenia she is one of the most awesome employees she is very respectful and takes her job serious and also makes it fun at the same time so I recommend everyone to stop by pls and see for them selfs what I’m talking about

Been going there a long time & no issue till tonight when a teller quoted my balance out loud when customers were around. I was very uneasy & angry. All other times I was given my receipt with my balance on it. These tellers need instructed under no circumstances to do this. Not this day & age with crazy around. I will be verbal next time it happens.

Their was a red haired girl and she was just rude I had to take a cab to your location and back home owed 5 dollars for the transport I was trying to cash in a check from a friend of mine she didn’t allow it she was giving me an attitude she was disrespectful I had to wait for a few minutes for a cab and it was scary to be outdoors the girl had no respect for me

Went to this PLS yesterday and the guy that helped me got my personal information and started texting me inappropriate things. This is so unprofessional and I hope they do something about it. I will be going back to speak to the manager about it.

Horrible!!! I went in with a money order for $175 and I got charged $10.50 to cash it. I was even told I was getting a discount and it wouldve normally been $17-$18. That is outrageous. It took about 20 minutes just to get it cashed and the whole time the lady helping me she was answering calls and speaking Spanish with her coworkers. I didnt know what was going on with the money order because it seemed she was having a little trouble but never told me what was happening. I wasnt even notified about the price of cashing it till after she had me sign it so it was impossible to take it someplace else. This is the third time Ive dealt with these guys and each time was bad. I will not go back again unless I absolutely have to. I feel robbed of both money and time. I also felt she didnt care about me as a customer or person even though I was nothing but polite.
