I have been a long term customer with this location and continued to make the drive across town 30 minute drive just to return to this particular location because the customer service and the employees here make it easy. I have been coming for over 10 years now!

Your CSR are professional and friendly but the lack of available funds seems to be a constant issue. The dinosaur computers don’t help either. With only one (1) store in Tucson an upgrade would be a great consideration. It’s not as if your company is not a profitable one.

When you Google exchange foreign currency to US currencies Money Mart pops up like they do it but Money Mart dosent do it and had to stand in line for an hour befor they said they havent done that in years and no they wont do it.thanks for waisting part of my day.

The absolute worst customer service, not by the girls at the window but by the shortage of employees...bad reflection on management. If you can do without the payday loans, I suggest stay away and avoid the headache that comes with this location.
