There is literally no customer service. The vacuum caught the end of my headphones and sucked them up and when I call I just get a voice-mail to leave a message. By the time they get back to me the headphones will be covered in other peoples dirt and whatever else. I understand its self service but but fact that theres never anyone there and you cant even call for assistance is ridiculous

Pretty cool car wash. Ive used a few around town, but I think this is the best one so far. There were a lot more options to chose from, to help clean your car. Adding all that extra stuff sure does help make the job easier to help clean and protect the paint and rims. I think i will be using this more often. Definitely should go to this place if you enjoy cleaning your own vehicle instead of a machine.

This car wash is so convenient for me! I can stop here on my way to work. I never have to wait too long since I always use the automatic carwash. It does a decent job. The price is comparable to all the other car washes around. I have tried both the soft touch and the no touch washes and the soft touch works better.

Large enough for a 27 foot travel trailer with room to get in and out easily.Well taken care of.

Best self-serve car wash in Tucson. In a perfect location, by a few fairly quick speed streets to aid in drying, but also plenty of good soap and conditioner options for the cars. Absolutely solid!

The vaccum I used was out of order. I wasted money on that machine, other then that I love this car wash its nice and clean. I come back evertime.

Very Clean!Pros: I found this car wash while searching for another building nearby. Im glad that I found it because it has an automatic car wash service too. In addition, the stalls are very large, clean, and spacious. Its never busy, and the wait is minimal. This site even offers a wash sink station for cleaning your hands or anything small. The vacuum suction is good, and the garbage pails were empty. Just an overall clean place. Plus, I felt very safe cleaning my car there as well.Cons: One of the change stations wasnt working, but I was still able to get change from the second one.

This is my favorite carwash to go to in Tucson, very clean. You can hand wash your vehicle or run it through the machine.. Everything seems pretty well stocked. I never had any problems with any of the cleaning products running out like other places. A++ carwash 🚗 🚘

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately its starting to go down-hill.Ive been going here for years, its super convenient for me and the automatic wash/dry rocks. I think the place keeps getting robbed. I couldnt use dollar bills, there was no change, change machine broken as well as some of the vacuums. Signs stated they got broken into again. Sad.

I love not having to wait in line to wait to wash my car and clean it up and vacuum the inside if need be never too congested with other people cleaning their vehicles as well

I use the automatic car wash and it catches some part of my car and damages it. This has happened 3 times and as much as I might like the convenience of this one I wont be going back.

For some reason the dryer in the auto wash never gets all the water off of my car. The dryer time needs to be doubled and sometimes doesnt remove the bugs either. Over all its ok for a quick 5.00 dollar wash. I wouldnt spend more than that anymore. I have used all of there wash options and the results are never much better than there cheapest one.

Well maintained and easy to use. The auto wash is affordable. Only issue is the dryer could l should last a little longer. Not a big deal in Tucson, just drive around to get your car.

I went out of my way to come to this carwash and it was worth it. Its better and cleaner than the tweaker infested car washes closer to me. Price is not bad. Spent $6 washing my Nissan Frontier. I like the pre-soak feature too. Ill definitely come back.

I always go here whether it is for a DYI wash or a quick drive-thru. Their prices are very reasonable and their equipment is always working flawlessly.

Alright prices and I just like coming here. It works best if you bring a towel to dry your car/have it waxed so you can keep the water spots off!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!The triple foam stained my white truck, it is now stripped blue, pink, and yellow. Made several phone calls and left messages, phone is never answered and calls have not been returned. This is a horrible business with NO customer service.
