Applied for an apartment and my credit ANd husbands credit are in fine shape with a media com bill we weren’t aware of for under 200 and a medical bill for 150. We overly qualified income wise making approx. $8500.00 monthly, we have perfect rental history at 1200.00 a month for the past 4 years and the rent at this place was only 995.00. The owner didn’t like that my grand daughters mother would be living with us and our grand daughter and not employed. We were the first application and it was very apparent this land lord was looking for specific type person or couple. Because we qualified perfectly. We pulled our own credit and were also given an app portfolio from another property manager. This was discrimination! Oh! Yeah don’t give him your bank acct information they don’t ever require that. Pay stubs are adequate and verifying employment over the phone! It’s a completely uncomfortable thing to ask for. This gentle man questioned all transactions and transfers as well. That was non of his business. Again! We qualified!I will be seeking legal action!

I am disappointed that the complaint I filed against Rim Country Federal Union in Snowflake, AZ was not added to the BBB website. Ive never had this issue before with it not being added.

Just had work finished from Chamberlin Elec.Inc. had some grounding problems he evaluated gave us estimates and took care of permits n tep very quickly. City Seamless Gutters was recommended by our neighbors. Three visits to our home before job was completed!! First visit failed to install splash guards. Second visit, wrong size splash guards installed. Third visit, splash guards hand cut with shears. No professional cutting tool used. Entire interaction with this company was Unacceptable!!

I recently purchased new Anderson windows for my entire house. Had the pleasure to have Brian and Zach install them explaining everything during the process. As planned another crew arrived later (Andrew and Michael) to assist in the 21 window install over two days. Two new assistants were eager to help and clean up on their first days on the job (Shane and Sean). Everyone was polite, very efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Yes they are expensive but worth it. Quality is outstanding. Great job guys !!!

I would not recommend anyone do business with the BBB. It started out with the sales person calling me and trying to sell me the membership. After telling him no for three months I gave in. Big mistake!!! They don’t return calls. I can’t get them to close my account and stop charging me every month for doing absolutely nothing. SCAM

They were less expensive than other air conditioning companies that we researched and completed the work in a day without any difficulties. We highly recommend their services to others.

A few years ago, I experienced an issue with a very large banks mortgage department. The banks service representatives were largely unhelpful, incompetent and/or non-responsive. In pure frustration, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB, in the hopes that this would help me resolve the issue. Wow, did it! I had a response from the bank within days of the BBB getting involved. The BBB continued to work with me until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I even received a follow up letter from the banks compliance manager, ensuring that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. If you ever have an issue with a BBB accredited business, dont hesitate to put the BBB to work for you. They are helpful, competent, responsive and good at what they do!

The crew was great got the job done in one day, cleaned up and left. they put up a patio roof in our back yard. Super we are really thankful for their work. The boss Oscar was right on target with the two workers that did the work.I would recommend them for this kind of work

Our installers Brian and Zach were excellent and took their time in installing the windows and patio door. They did excellent work. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson out of the Tucs04 office. Excellent customer service. The day of installation, we received phone calls from the office to make sure that everything was okay. During the first day, several Supervisors and Managers stopped by to check on the install and to talk to us to make sure everything was up to our standards. The day after the install, we received a phone call again to make sure we were satisfied with the completion. We needed stucco repair and paint. They scheduled the stucco repair for the following week. Two weeks later, they scheduled the painters. We couldnt be more happy.

The BBB of Southern AZ puts on the BEST mixers!! Food and door prizes! Seriously though....they are a stand up organization with high standards and extremely high ethics. You can trust what you find on their website because they have taken the time to vet their accredited businesses thoroughly. Any time that I have called the office needing any kind of help they have always been helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a package sent to us which was extremely important and the delivery time was vital, we paid for 2-day delivery because of the time element is so important. I was home all day when I received an email stating my package was undeliverable. I believe, the delivery person didnt try to deliver the package instead said the address was wrong. After checking with the sender we found the address was correct and I believe the driver lied. UPS refuses to deliver the package for another 2 to 3 business days rendering me without my important documents. Perhaps FedX would be a better service? Or perhaps pony express?

Was never told about any complaints against my office until the complaint was closed. Received three letters, all mailed on the same date from them. One from the date of the complaint, one from a week later, and one from three weeks later after the complaint was already closed. Terrible service from them. Wouldve liked to have known about the complaint before it got closed so we would have had a chance to rectify it.

I engaged Sammys Roofing to paint and replace my tile roof.I must say they did an exemplary job. They are efficient,well organized, careful, pleasant and above all did a perfectjob on both the painting and roofing. I did not need tooversee everything they did and when finished I had absolutelyno corrections.They did not charge extra for several things they did for me.Catherine harvey

This tucson bbb is just as bad as the company I had filed a complaint with. The agent couldnt pull up any info for 15 min with case, reference, name and location. I calmly said Id call back to get another rep. Lady cb and tried to argue with me. Seriously. I told her to stop calling me.

I love the BBB. My company East2west Promotions takes advantage of all the classes they offer because they are fantastic to help out all small business owners. I attend every mixer they host, because that is where you can meet other business owners and make great connections.

So, the BBB is supposed to be an advocate for the consumer by fairly evaluating both sides of a complaint.I am a small business owner that has been in business for over 15 years, never been to court for a disputed repair, or fraud. The only complaint I have through the BBB has no supporting evidence or validity to the complaint. After I responded with a version that disputed the complaint, they allowed the complainant to continue to rant without any proof of their allegation. I suggest they revise their current practice and become a fair mediator to both parties.

The BBB is a complete scam! Most people think that it is a city, federal or government agency when in fact the BBB is a private company which was formed in 1912. The concept of the company is to get businesses to pay into their “protection”. It’s nothing more than a platform for people to complain to and then publicly list complaints giving a business a rating. It’s nothing more than an old way of giving reviews. It’s all about corporate profits and nothing to do with business.

Sunshine ExpertsAbsolutely the worst company to work for, my first day i sat there waiting to be trained the entire day. My 2nd day i got sent home because they were unable to train me. Apparently theyre too busy, but they hired me right?! I was told not to come in the rest of the week because they were unable to multitask. Ive been a manager and Catherine is probably the worst manager ive ever came across. She is very unorganized and has an attitude when you ask questions. She has a chip on her shoulder untill She has to deal with a customer. How are you able to learn anything and be capable of doing your job when you are not properly taught. They are not a professional business whats so ever. That explains the case of beer they have in the backroom of their tucson main office. They just arent capable of anything. Then she trys to tell me im not the right fit because they didnt have time to train, thats not my fault. I wouldnt even sugguest going through sunshine experts because they will call you non-stop for business for years. They are very desperate. They need new staff, instead of a bunch of queers that dont know what they are doing. Atleast be good at your job.

Their skill sets in both internal and external painting, unique concrete surfacing, creative related material knowledge and solving challenging problems in these areas re surface preparation and material application is trully outstanding.

The BBB is just as bad as the company I complained about. Ive been in contact with them since 11/2017 and Im still dealing with the issue. Its now 4/2018 and Im so frustrated with them I dont even want to try anymore. I was supposed to here back no later than April 2nd about mediation and I still have yet to here from the director. I have about 20 emails and 20 recorded phone calls and still cant get help. This BBB needs to be reviewed and get people working there that know how to do their jobs.
