Great employees (office and other managers.) Upper management is awful. Paint from Sherwinn was NOT low VOC causing for me to look like I had been stung my 200 bees on my face for weeks. The did a air quality test twice showing these high levels and upper management did NOTHING. Theres paint on my floor, walls are missing paint. They completing missed cleaning my bedroom from fire dust and I had to call them to come back to clean it. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They got paid $11,000 to clean the walls and floor, paint part of my house and clean the air ducts. It was an awful experience. They also just somehow made a charge on my debit card without my authorization. You can go duck yourself in the ear. NEVER AGAIN! Will be posting a picture shortly. (Please go under photos of this company to see my reaction to the paint. They did two tests they both came back with high VOCs. I have the tests if youd like to see them. Sherwinn-Williams paint, paint picked up by ATI and installed by ATI.

While I can appreciate car pooling, one of their trucks pulls into my neighborhood at 6 am and honks at my neighbor to come on... The driver then plays with his cellphone. Clearly no professionals at this place. Way to be classy ATI.

This place provides restoration construction for residential in commercial properties. They are carrying in will take care of your property like its their own.

They are the preferred provider for my insurance. Job was supposed to take 2 days ended up being close to 7 days and they had to come out twice to fix the work they did. Not a company i would use. Very sloppy on clean up and sprayed mud all over my kids room.Again, i would use someone else. The experience i had was not what I would have expected by the reviews i saw. I have contacted my insurance to let them know what I experienced and to file a complaint

Michael and Tyler responded to my house within a couple hours of the insurance calling them!They were both very professional very friendly great attitudes despite the mass destruction on the Eastside of Tucson. They boarded up my home and did great quality work !These guys were the best and deserve kudos from their employer! Doug also responded as the estimator and was very nice professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I am a tough critic!

I had the absolute please of having Bill (Project Manager) Rob( Financial Manager) Martin (AMAZINGLY TALENTED worker) and Anthony ( Hard working cheerful talented worker) replace my entire kitchen after a pipe broke inside the wall and caused a black mold issue. SERIOUSLY Talented guys and AMAZING work ethic. I literally can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’m SUPER happy with the end result of my kitchen. Throughout the process Bill was available to answer any concerns at virtually any time. I even texted his work phone on a weekend figuring he’d get back to me on that Monday and got a response the same day. My kitchen and master bath both look amazing. The easy communication and timely repairs mean I can’t recommend these guys enough. 10 STARS!!!

We had significant storm damage to our house a year ago and Erik Meyers did a superior job in dealing with our project. The team was very professional, and responded to all issues in a timely manner throughout the restoration project. We can attest to the fact that they stand behind their work for three years, for when a problem came up over Thanksgiving weekend Rob Ledbetter stepped in to get the repair completed quickly. Hats off to ATI and their fine managers!

My family recently needed restoration to our bathroom and kitchen from water damage. It was a horrible situation that many home-owners have to deal with. Bill, Martin, Rob, and Anthony out of the Tucson office were super-human when they came and fixed everything back to pre-water damage! They were very helpful, professional, and were always willing to listen then advise the best course of action. I can’t be more thankful for your team and service. Tucson ATI knocked this one out the park, and I will recommend to all those I know with similar or same problems in the future!

A 5 week job has now turned in to 9 months. We has been living in are third location, do to poor quality work and they never go to my job site. Have now to pursue further action with the C.E.O in hopes they will help. I highly discourage anyone from using this company. If I had a lower than 1 star, it would be them. Next to the state commission of contractors so the state of Arizona will bring in and independent inspector to evaluate their work!!!!!
