The staff give consistently excellent haircuts. They’re also friendly, efficient, and helpful. I particularly recommend the MVP package - the percussion massager and hair wash are great!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sport Clips! I was way over charged. Assistant Manager Teresa told me when I brought my kids in that they would get free washes as they were new to the location. I asked for very specific cuts ( which my kids normal barber at the Broadway location does with ease). We used this location. As the next day was picture day and our usual barber was off. The cuts were HORRIBLE, line ups crooked and thin on one end and way into the hair on the other. When I said the cuts weren’t right I was told by both Natalie and Teresa it was my sons hair, it was the fact that no one has the same tools. Natalie said she didn’t typically do line ups and only had neck trimmers ( when I asked prior to the cuts If they could do the cut which was a skin on sides, high fade with a 2 on top and line up. Why didn’t they just say no instead of ruining our kids school pictures !?) I was also told the usual barber must have a balder. I went to pay I paid $23 dollars for my 8 year old and $26 for my 13 year old. When I asked why the price discrepancy Natalie said it was the wash. I said okay but you guys said that was free when we came in. She immediately pointed to Teresa and said no she did. She did not change the price I way over paid for terrible cuts!

Destiny. She is the best. I have been struggling to find a hairstylist ever since I moved to Tucson. Tried a few local places, tried a couple other sports clips locations, but none compare. This experience was bar none; of course, the credit is owed to Destiny. She promptly greeted me, had me seated well before my estimated arrival time, she was personable, explained things to me since I dont know much about cutting hair, she listened and made sure I understood, she cut my hair according to what I wanted and how my hair naturally lays and feels, she was friendly, courteous, relatable, professional, and simply provided the best hair cut Ive had in a long, long time. I dont ask for much, but ever since covid rules and such have kicked in, service and appointments like this have become really.. shall I say, uninviting and not relaxing. But this experience, felt like pre-covid days. A true experience, a spa day for a man. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. Rarely do men get spa treatments like this, but we should more often and I certainly will after today. I will be back, I will request Destiny only, she was the best and if she is even just a partial reflection of the rest of the crew working at this location, then this is the best shop in town.

Friendly staff and clean facilities.Like nearly everyone, I have been avoiding getting my hair cut during COVID since getting your hair cut makes it impossible to social distance. I was pleased to see a mask enforcement and clear and evident efforts at sanitation.The staff all wear masks and PPE. They are able to skillfully cut your hair around your mask as well. I suggest wearing a mask with elastic loops around the ears instead of one that ties behind your head. All towels and cloaks are freshly cleaned and one time use before being washed again.Checking in online is nice and helps with determination of how long the wait will be. I typically check in online and show up 5 minutes before the provided estimated ready time to minimize waiting in the lobby.

Made what I thought was an appointment got a message back saying that my haircutter would be available in 15 minutes showed up was told that oh that wasnt an appointment that was just an approximate time hope I had to. Told I had to wait another 34 minutes. Would not recommend them

I used to love this place and got my kids hair cut there for years. My poor daughter went in a few weeks ago and got the worst haircut ever...It happens, but then I sent my son in and he said the stylist just chatted with the other stylists, didnt listen to his instructions and after all was said and done, I got charged 28$ for my kids hair to look exactly the same as it did before. Never going back...

Good place just wish they would cut it right and not be in a rush when its a hour before closing time and bought the upgrade MVP to get the massage too wish the massage would last longer then a few seconds :(

Went to this location today to get my hair cut and have my beard trimmed. I asked for Savanna but she was not working today. Teresa who has cut my hair before but not trimmed my beard was there so she took me in. She was so nice and listened to everything I had to say. She wanted to make sure that what Savanna did last time she was able to do as well. Which she did and I couldn’t be more happy with everything. I get my hair cut every 3 weeks at this location and now I will be a customer for life. Teresa and Savannah are killing it over there and I’m sure everyone else is but if you need a good quality haircut or beard trim. They are the ones to go to. 👍🏼

Great Sportclips, maybe the best in Tucson! Really nice that they are open until 8pm. The manager was phenomenally kind and genuine. Claudia...holy smokes!!! Attention to detail, fast but not so fast as to miss a single hair out of place. I have no qualms with saying she is the best cut I have had in a long time. Shop is clean and cool and friendly in general. Next time you need a cut treat yourself to a cut and a shampoo at THIS Sportclips!

I have been getting my haircut with them for a few years now and Im have been very pleased with the results and the service, always greeted with a smile and get exactly what I want from my hair cuts. I recommend to check in in line to avoid the wait but most customers have their preferred stylist so I go for the first available instead and save some time waiting. They also do complementary neck trims in-between hair cuts just Incase you need a refresh

That time when you ask for something (a fade) youve asked for at 20 different places from 50 different people, and you get the most jacked-up haircut of your life. Do you kindly ask the person to fix it? Do you trust them to? How do you instruct an individual to conduct an activity that has never been your job, but is the individuals? But you should both know success when you see it... The best recourse I know is to leave a review and never go back.

Gentlemen, go here. Ive been getting my #HairCut at this location for a few years now and the girls that work here are polite and friendly. Get on their email marketing list so that you can grab some coupons from time-to-time, and try to go when its not busy. Theyve got an app you can use to schedule your call-ahead as well. Use it; it helps. Im not really much of a sports guy, I mainly go for the atmosphere and the friendly smiles. The only downside to this #BarberShop is that you really cant request the same girl. Sometimes the next girl will cut my hair slightly different and that gets a little annoying. But overall, great place.

Definitely depends on which person cuts your hair the kind of skill and experience you have. I’d give one star if it weren’t for the positive experience I had one time out of four times I have been there. Every other time, especially my last visit was incredibly underwhelming and unprofessional. I got the MVP and Lydia didn’t do a great job at it. She cut my hair okay (definitely not great lots of unevenness) but when she was washing my hair she left shampoo in it and her “massage” on my face and head was an absolute joke. Then when I sat back down with her she asked if I wanted product and I said yes and she asked me what kind (nobody else did this they just got something and put it on) so I had to guess what kind of things they had. She put it on my head and spread it out a little then combed it over without any effort (literally 10 seconds maximum) whatsoever and said she was done. When she could tell I was confused by what she meant by “done” because my hair looked incredibly stupid, she handed me a comb and said “here do it how you want.” I will be requesting Emma to cut my hair from now on, if I even decide to return.

My first time there had a short wait time and the hairdresser asked questions about what I wanted. First time they give you the scalp massage and whatnot and that was very relaxing.

The girl that cut my childs hair didnt do what I asked. We watched a bald man get his head shaved for 30 minutes and they had my child in the chair for literally less than 10 minutes. We wanted about 3 inches cut off the back and sides and she cut maybe an inch!! It was uneven and choppy looking. On top of all that, she over charged me too!! I will tell anyone I can not to go to the Sport Clips on Grant Rd.
