Ive used Tucson Appraisals twice now, and both times found Rob to be punctual and professional, and found the quality of his reports to be very well thought out and researched, well documented, and with quality comparables. He delivered the reports on time and at a fair price. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again!

Robert was amazing every step of the way, from setting up the date and time to come out to my house to answer all my questions in detail. On a Thursday, I met Mr. Wenzel in the office of Tucson Appraisals with a tight schedule. Mr. Wenzel lived up to his promise and he got back to me by the end of the week! He called me the following Tuesday and he was able to fit a home inspection for the very next day. Very professional and very polite! He walked me through the interior and exterior of the property and explained the functionality of certain aspects of my home. Mr. Wenzel turned out to be the most knowledgeable appraiser. He spent more than an hour at my property and did not give me a cookie-cutter appraisal. He was able to see the value in my home based on all of its unique features and upgraded characteristics. He was extremely familiar with real estate values in Vail and the surrounding areas. Very comprehensive report. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert Wenzel has appraised two of my properties. He was assigned to appraise my primary residence by a lending company. I was impressed with his knowledge at inspection and subsequently selected him to appraise an investment rental property I planned to sell. On both occasions, Mr. Wenzel arrived exactly at time agreed upon and was extremely professional, well informed, and very focused during inspections. At the rental property he took time to respectfully answer questions my curious college age tenants had regarding the appraisal process. They, and I, appreciated this courtesy.Too many years ago to count, I worked a few years with appraisers and had contact with realtors, inspectors, and others related to the industry. This experience led me to carefully observe Mr. Wenzel’s attention to his inspections of my properties. Following the inspection ordered by the lender, there was no contact with Mr. Wenzel and was fully aware that this is standard. I received the investment property appraisal that I ordered and was impressed with the thoroughness of the report. As he wrote so clearly, I found no need to ask followup questions. His analytical skills and detailed information in support of the final estimate of value was impressive. I truly believe I saved considerable marketing time due to Mr Wenzel’s appraisal report and the information it provided, which enabled me to arrive at listing price.I have recommended Mr. Wenzel many times to family and friends and will continue to do so to anyone who wants a well supported and honest opinion of value for real estate needs.

I would not recomend tucson appraisals. I spoke with robert and arranged a date to do an appraisal for my property. Date comes up and robert never showed up at the scheduled time and after calling and leaving multiple voicemails to check if he was showing up never did he answered or returned my call, neither did he showed up .. a waste of my time ..

No surprises, everything was on time.
