Our company Essential Pest Control recently had our outdoor sign created and installed by them. The were done to my design and the installation went great. There were only a couple of errors on the panels (nothing anyone would have noticed...other than me, the designer), and upon speaking to them, they came back and corrected them. That in itself is a testament of good business practice; to stand behind your work, and with no hassle or extra charge come back and make the fixes. That, we truly appreciate!

I recently had a sign printed here. The first time it was printed it was a little bit dark. I called them up and they immediately said they would print it again for no additional cost. It looked amazing the second time, and they were very polite about it. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Spoke to a sales person about an outdoor sign, who claimed I could have it within a few days. I uploaded the image file and received a confirmation. A week + later I have yet to hear a word from them. I have tried to reach them via the phone during posted business hours and am met with a recording that indicates they are closed.

Very disappointed in this company. I wanted to get some lettering done for my small business and never got a response back. This is after sending all information to them through email and checking back if they received it. I think his name was Chris. Now we wonder why these small business fail.
