As one of the persons involved in the planning of our largest gala of the year for our nonprofit, we always ran into a dilemma when presenting our appeal video during late afternoon light as it could not be seen and frequently had to wait until sunset, which drew out our program. Arizona Mobile Medias screen LED screen could be seen not only during the day but was crystal clear which allowed our 500 guests to see the screen enabling us to begin our appeal earlier allotting more fundraising activities afterward. Their ability to meet with us months before our event and communicate with our marketing and sound departments put everyone at ease leading up to the big day. We were tapping into a massive sound system for our event, which the screen easily did, but the screens capabilities to have sound was an excellent option for other events.
