Wow. The staff here are stupendous. Truly. I stopped for some peace of mind after a light popped up on my dash during a cross country road trip. The staff there truly went above and beyond to make sure it was safe for me to continue on my journey. They were my angels today and Im so grateful. I would definitely make this my regular shop if I lived in the area.

Let me first say the store nor staff did anything wrong here. Ive been coming to this location and buying parts for my 3 project cars from Tyler for years now, and at times I was spending thousands every month keeping my cars running. This past week, I got hit head on in an intersection, and needed to provide receipts to the other partys insurance company. Not a problem right? Wrong! They have none of my purchase history under my phone number, and all thats on there are parts currently in warranty such as rotors or pads, which are of negligible value. I am now getting screwed put of over $5,000 of investment and was told no one at AutoZone as a company could do anything for me. Its a solid store with a GREAT group of guys working it, its a shame theyre stuck under such an awful company. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

I was having a terrible day I had to take a lift to Autozone to buy a battery but I did not have any tools. The store manager Rebecca saved the day she helped me with battery and also help get find the tools I needed to replace the battery . I havent had much luck at this store in years past and usually avoided them but a few weeks ago was different. I really just wanted to sing the praises of Tyler the manager. He was extremely helpful in discovering the issue with my car and not being able to pass emissions. Now as far as the rest of the crew, I would say that there are a few non-helpful folks there as well but would highly recommend talking to Tyler and he needs a raise!! I also wanted to add that Tony was also a great customer service person on my last visit. So for sure will ask for both of them!

I was told the wrong price at a different Auto Zone but I went to another one and they made it right.

My battery has been having a hard time turning over and I suspected it was the battery. Came to autozone they checked out my battery and sure enough it needed to be replaced. Xavier helped me understand what was wrong and explained about the voltage and advised what it should be. He helped me pick the best battery for me and even installed it for me. The terminals were rusty and he had to put in some elbow grease to get the off. Lol! He was very personable and professional and made what could have been a horrible day an easy and seemless experience. I will be back to this location. Im a very happy customer!

The customer service at this store is amazing! I had went to 3 other places this morning before coming here for a simple check engine and battery testing. Romansh, the manager, was so nice and helpful! He told me what was wrong with my vehicle, gave me a brief description of the problems, gave me suggested prices for the parts, and printed out all of this information for me. Not to mention that he also offered to put Sea Foam in my fuel tank because clogging in my tank was one problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store, store number 0096.

So kind and helpful. I was flustered because a used car I bought turned out to have a tampered check engine light. I found this out while trying to get my emissions done. Took it to AutoZone and they could tell I was upset. Helped check the codes and then my stupid car wouldnt start so they helped me find out what was wrong with my battery. Id go back again!

Came in for assistance with a stubborn bolt, Ive borrowed tools onsite from many other locations but this store only offered to sell the tools needed.

They are always very helpful at this location. I had taken my car to three different shops to find out any my check engine light was on and after going to the they found my problem. Also I their restroom is clean,we lit and fully stocked.

My experience with Autozone 3734 Lawrenceville Hwy 30084 was an awesome experience. I was literally a Damsel in Distress stranded At Northlake Mall & Joseph came to my rescue. He not only brought me the battery to my remote & installed it but he did not accept one penny from me which I tried to give him something for his time BUT he did accept a HUG, he looked up my remote and let me know the cost.. It gave him fits but he would not be defeated and worked until it was installed.
