A plus is that their listings seem more comprehensive than others but I asked a question to the realtor I chose from their list and never received a response.

BHGRE Metro Brokers has multiple locations in GA, all are clean and aesthetically pleasing; but the Northlake Office is by far my favorite office to work out of. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I enjoy seeing the budding green-peas passing through to the classroom for training, and the encouragement they get from the vets here. Theres a strong sense of community in Tucker, and its truly exemplified by the agents and staff here... a great place to work!

I used the realty plus program through navy federal credit union and was assigned an agent from this location. I was a first time home buyer and was reassured multiple times that I was in good hands. Long story short, I am putting out money left and right for issues inside and outside of the home, i.e. plumbing pipes put together with electrical tape, faulty wiring, cut trees and trash hidden in backyard, sunken ground around septic tank and the list goes on. Oh, yeah the agent recommended the home inspector as well. Worst first time home buyers experience. Would not recommend this company.

December 2018 I decided to take the 2 weeks accelerated Pre Licensing Course with Mr. Ratcliff, not knowing this would be his last class as an instructor. Best decision I’ve ever made. You have to pass the school exam in order to take the State exam. I failed my first school exam, passed the second, went for the State exam and failed the first one, took it the following week. One month after class I got my license in January, still have so much to learn but I don’t regret taking the class. Oh! It’s even better if you use a Groupon. I’m not an agent for Better Homes, but I’m going to be looking out for another course in another 2 years and I’ll be seeking a Groupon for “Broker” class if you have one.
