Great company, great company great employees. They are wonderful and the workers do a terrific job. The pool is beautiful. Thanks so much!
We have used Sweetwater for two years now and have been very happy. They are always responsive and show up on time. On days of scheduled service, we receive an automated call letting us know the tech is on his way and once the work is completed I receive an e-mail with a completion document showing the work performed.
First visit out we were told we had some wiring issues. Our pool was super green and I needed this co to get started on getting it clean. Was told the wiring issues would need to get resolved but did put some kind of super shock in the pool. No instructions as to run or not to run the pump. Next thing I know we have received a $2,000.00 estimate to make repairs to our pool. One of which was a new pool pump of which we just had a new pump installed last fall. Nothings is wrong with our pool except maybe some wiring that needed attention and to get the pool cleaned up. Feels kind of like a bate and switch. Service Cancelled
I had such a good experience with Sweetwater back in May 2021, that I used them again in August to replace/upgrade my dead single speed pool motor and pump. Daniel was super helpful on the phone explaining the benefits of the VSP. Their guys installed it yesterday and its super quiet (the neighbors are thrilled!) and I am looking forward to shaving a few dollars off my electric bill.
Prompt visit to test for phosphates. Hal was very personable and informative.
Sweetwater Pool Service has managed our pool for 8 years. A very professional and responsible group. They maintain our pool year round including those months that its closed. I would strongly recommend Sweetwater Pool Service for all your pool requirements. Money well spent. Our pool remains in top condition no matter what season.
First time using this company. I am really impressed with their service. Matt was great. I especially liked the texts telling me when they would be on property. Will be using them regularly
Good service; responsive
Sweetwater has handled my weekly service plus renovation plus repairs for years. Always responsive, fair, accurate, and skilled! Highly recommend!
Daniel showed up right on time. He fixed our issue quickly. He also did a great job of explaining the details of what happened and marking some of our pool controls so we can better diagnose any issues in the future.
Malik and Chris were great! The pool looked better after opening than it has in years. They were both very professional and friendly. Im a returning customer, and so far so good!
Weve been using them for 8 years now! No complaints. Always excellent service!
Daniel has been terrific through several visits.
Recommend them
Daniel and his team at Sweetwater have always done a phenomenal job for my clients. Responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and the job done right. Not only do they do a great job, they are patient and willing to explain and educate about the process as well - perfect for those that want to know something about everything like myself!
It was all good, but we still have questions about our pump? We need to have it explained again Thanks Jean
Sweetwater has taken care of our pool for the last several years and always been fair and honest with us. Weve priced out other companies that are in fact cheaper, but they didnt offer the same level of detail and thoroughness in their agreements and didnt quite have the same personal touch that Daniel gives us. Well worth the extra penny!
Horrible company the pool was shut down 2 times this year most recently 8/12 due to lack of chlorine and algae absolutely unacceptable for a condo complex pool (Georgetown Condos) especially with COVID going on. Their management is full of excuses and lies about their services and should be sued for negligence.
Outstanding Service!! This company goes above and beyond. They always respond promptly. Brandon and David are great to work with. The customer service and attention to detail is fantastic. They manage the pools for all of my communities and do an awesome job!
Kind, professional and responsive.
Sweetwater Pools always does an efficient, professional job! I appreciate them!
Always a good job and very quick response to any issues.
Weve been using Sweetwater Pools for several years. Theyve been fantastic to deal with! Always professional, knowledgable, prompt, and friendly. Very happy we found them. You will be too.
I have used Sweetwater several times for various jobs, including a pump replacement and a few cleanings when Ive needed them. Their prices do tend to be a little higher than previous companies Ive used, but they have always been top notch in quality and customer service. Recently we had a birthday party and I just wanted the pool cleaned properly since wed be having 10+ kids swimming and I didnt have the time. Their technician came as scheduled, and even managed to get my waterfall pump working that hadnt worked all summer. They have always had an answer to my questions, and been able to solve my major mysteries with ease. They are well worth the money and will always be my first choice!
Do not use this service. They do not complete the services promised. They billed for services they did not complete, and the services they did complete were poorly done. When I questioned their billing they threatened to send me to collections. They spent more time writing reasons why they were right then actually cleaning the pool. Be careful.
Do you want a filthy pool full of algae? If so, this is the company for you! But if you prefer a clean pool that probably wont give you a skin or eye infection I suggest you call anyone else!
I’ve been working with Sweetwater for a few years now and even had them install a new pump and heater, and have generally been happy with them. We’ve recently had a dispute over the servicing of our pool, when they failed to perform maintenance one week but offered to remedy it with 2 service calls the following week. I requested that they service it before the weekend and they refused. I’ve chosen to work with another pool service firm as a result. Be leery of signing a service agreement with them (their requirement to do business) as they will hide behind a cancelation fee in an attempt to strong arm their customers that cancel service, even if they refuse service in a given week. There are higher rated, lower cost pool service companies that do not require service contracts and that let the quality of service be the glue that retains clients, not financial hammers. Extremely disappointing.
I called this company to let them know that I was driving behind one of their vehicles that had no brake lights. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly professional and made a note to the supervisor with all the truck details and asked if I’d like to receive a call back. Major respect for them!
Hassle-free performance with quality delivery.
Great response time!!!!
Best company Ive ever worked for!!!!
Wish I could give a lower score. Poorly run company with terrible customer service. Cant comment more because of ongoing litigation, but find ANYONE else to service your pool.
The sweetwater team takes care of our home pool and are always prompt and friendly and our entire pool area is in the best shape it has ever been.
Worked at Sweetwater for over a year and it is one of the best jobs I have ever had.
If you are someone who does not care about the cost of your pool service, you just want the work to be done, they are the company for you. Sweetwater offers ridiculously high service packages for ongoing upkeep. Then, if something breaks, they will tell you endlessly about how unsafe the situation is and scare you into buying a very expensive replacement - they did this on their first call to my pool two years ago, when they claimed the heater was so rusted it was a fire hazard and they couldnt even work on it. They quoted $3500 for a replacement heater; instead I paid another guy $120 for a very simple fix and that heater is now running just fine two years later. Recently, my pump capacitor blew, and they told me they could not fix it for five days (a delay which would cause my pool to go algae green in the dead of summer) and it would cost me $150 whenever they could finally come. I did a simple YouTube search and found I could replace the capacitor myself for $16 on Amazon. Sweetwater then sent me a three paragraph email warning me about how dangerous this is, that Sweetwater has done its job to warn me of danger, they cannot be held liable etc. I replaced it with absolutely no issue in under ten minutes, pump is working like a charm. I would recommend you find a pool service company that is devoted to quality care at reasonable prices, not the one that has a culture of lying to you to convince you to buy something you dont need.
Malik our service
Great personnel
Terrible, terrible company
