Why is this business in operation? Over the course of the last 2+ weeks, Ive called Renewed Journey Counseling twice and left 2 voice messages. I also left a written message on their websites contact page. Each message included my name, my childs name and DOB, the reason I was contacting them and my contact info. I never heard back from any member of their team. In the cases where establishments have been unable to take in new clients, at least theyve had the decency to return a call/message and notify the interested party. If you cant take 2 minutes to do this, you shouldnt be working in an industry where you ought to be caring for other individuals!

Dr. Allen is wonderful. But it’s the staff that gets this rating! I’ve been asking for over a month regarding a billing issue. This is the second time they have been double charging me. The billing department needs to do better with their insurance verification. They have been being paid by my insurance company and me! I have called and emailed several times to no avail. We won’t be continuing service. The staff you hire to run your practice reflects on the entire establishment.

Dr. Allen is very knowledgeable and experienced. She is also very caring and compassionate. Dr. Allen takes time to make sure you understand and are comfortable with your treatment plan. She has even follows up in between sessions when needed. You never feel lost or forgotten. I would definitely recommend Dr. Allen if you are in need of a Psychiatrist.

This is an excellent practice. I would definitely recommend Renewed Journey to any family that needs mental health services for their child or children.

Best therapeutic experience Ive ever had & extremely helpful with all my life situations. I look forward to my visits like a positive warm ray of sunshine. I actually moved far away from the area and I insist on continuing to make the trip once a week (sometimes twice depending on life happenings) for my appointments. I guess this is literally my Renewed Journey at this point. I would recommend anyone to seek counseling here. #reginaisawesome
