I go to the Tucker, GA USPS several times a month. Lately, one employee is so incredibly rude. If I treated a customer the way she treats me, Id be fired but theres no one there to hold them accountable as an employee. She talks over me when I ask questions, stares at me for minutes at a time even when Im not in her line, to the point where I dont want to go back. Interestingly, my package is over a week late from being delivered.

I had a decent experience! The lines were a little long but in observing the staff they gave each patron their undivided attention. Some transactions were quick and others were not but that’s the nature of the beast.When my turn came I was pleasantly greeted. There were things within my transaction that required an explanation. The young lady answered all of my questions and helped me with the cost of shipping. I appreciated the the fact that when she did not have an answer she was not afraid to ask her supervisor.Over all I was very pleased. It also helps that I am not a person who gets irritated by having to wait in line. Impatient people ALWAYS seem to have problems at the post office 🤣!

Can’t tell you how many times packages have been lost at this location. Notifications of being delivered and lost or stolen and not realized until I inquire. No sense of urgency. Mediocre attitudes like the customer is a burden. Poor service and poor supervisor service professionalism. So many people unemployed and this is what you get most days.

Mailed 4 boxes via the large box in the lobby that is now IN the wall. All 4 were super taped, labeled and paid 4. 1 is MIA, not 1 dang scan and it was the largest package. Like who steals a big ole box and nobody notices. Its been days. The box is lost . Horrible

I drive to the post office and they are closed down for some type of maintenance. Maybe you should put that you arent open so people dont waste their time driving here on their lunch breaks. I have several packages stating they have been delivered a month ago and I never received them. This location seems to loose packages a lot.

Excellent people work here. The drop box is picked up every day five minutes after the cut off time. Ive watched them do this a few times.Id give these postal workers five stars. Everyone has issues with everyone at some point or another bashing people isnt right.Thanks

I wish I could give minus rating for this location and USPS. My package is in USPS location. The tracking says arrived at tucker location and I have not yet received the package. I have contacted USPS customer service they have opened a service ticket then I call local post office and spoke to Atina, she was suppose to call me back but never got a call back and never replied back on email. This people are thiefs or lazy to work .

When I have gone, I have been treated respectfully and cordially. I dont understand these negative reviews. It does get busy at times and people have to wait, but it is no different from other businesses. People, chill out!

They were very helpful. I went there to mail off passport renewal forms. I didnt ask but one of the clerks offered to make sure all the documents were in envelope.7/2020Not utilizing social distancing for lines so I opted to leave. Initially started self service but quickly left.

This review is about packages that are picked up from my home in Tucker. I frequently send packages through a website call and am paid when the tracking number is scanned and into the system. Over the past several months the tracking number doesnt show up until it reaches a different facility. This means that I dont get paid on time. Something is happening with the carriers to pick up my packages and the facility. For some reason at the Tucker facility these tracking numbers are not getting scanned call and showing up on my mobile app. This is been very frustrating .

I am a 26 year Postal veteran and I think the Tucker office is one of the most efficient .. Try going to 30345 station and you will understand where I am coming from.... Always in and out within 10 minutes or less

They do not pay attention to the customers, they do not have any respect or common courtesy for their customers nor do they have any type of phone etiquette. They roll through Post Masters like Ive never seen before and they do not even care about how this facility is being ran. Horrible, horrible service.

This USPS location SUCKS. Staff is extremely rude and dont seem to care about solving customer issues. Spoke to them on more than one occasion and was on hold for up to an hour. All I get from this staff is I dont know Im not sure I dont think or nothing at all. Id call and they would immediately place me on hold without ever asking if this was okay. Then they kept me on hold till 5 pm so that they didnt have to answer anymore. The customer service at this location sucks and they need to replace every staff member there!

PURPOSELESSThe people that works at this post office is next to USELESS to put is short. Constant packages missing from them, never deliver on time and if something is blocking your mailbox they will raise hell for it( i understand this part but have done 2 o 3 times in 6 years living there).Today 12/19/2017 I stopped by to get status on a package after waiting to get my refund from the merchandise I sent back December 06, 2017. They couldn’t help me because they are a “Drop of Location only” for companies to use and ship with UPS and Fedex. Turns out that they have to deliver this packages to UPS or Fedex and after digging more with Under Armour (the company my return was going to) they told me that USPS had not deliver my package to Fedex Facility until 12/18/17. THEY HELD MY PACKAGE FOR 13 days in their store .I call that Careless, Useless, helpless.New Management is needed ASAP!!!!

AS WE ALL KNOW THAT THE POST OFFICE IN USA, GENERALLY PROVIDE VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY SLOW,AND FIRST OF ALL MOST OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE AND THEIR CLOSE LOOK DIRTY. Be careful shipping anything out of this facility. I recently sold an item through Ebay and shipped it from staples and the package has been lost at this facility since 28 March. I have called the tucker post office and was normally placed on hold for 30 minutes or more, whenever I was answered it was normally with a rude person, the rudest person that I dealt with was a woman by the name of Cleveland (not sure how its spelled) and she wasnt helpful at all, only information I was able to receive from a guy that was working there was that the package was lost and that there was an investigation on trying to locate it. The tracking number states that it has been accepted and has left the sorting facility but has not been updated since the 28th of March. I have received little to no help with locating my package to ensure its delivery to the customer, I have called the consumer affairs department and explained what has happened and even resorted to asking for help through the USPS help twitter, which has been the most helpful resource to date. I would advise if youre shipping anything to be cautious when using this location you may not receive any feedback on its status.

ZERO RESPONSIVENSS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, Job protection at its worst! My mailbox was knocked-down, I went, in the rain, to the end of the driveway to meet the postperson. She looked me in the eye as she drove past me. July, 4 2015. Thanks for your diss- service!
