We advertised with Yellow Pages and then YP for 44 years. The past 5 years, I have asked on social media and learned that we are probably the only ones who received a phone book. We cancelled them and still keep getting bills. I call and email, but someone has to call me back and it never happens. This is not the company that we trusted even 6 years ago.
There are multiple negative reviews here from former employees like Chris Horton, Joshe Martin, etc. Sour grapes for sure.
Are you really kidding me??? 2/6/17 after giving a reverse thumbs up to your staff in Missouri for getting our ad right, you turn around and shaft us. We just received an e-mail from our Rep John M. at ext 4291611 with our changes and there WERE NOT ANY CHANGES MADE to our ad in the e-mail WE WERE ALSO NOT TOLD WHAT THE NEW CHARGES WOULD BE. WE E-MAILED THE MANAGER AND ARE AWAITING SOME SORT OF RESPONSE. ARE YOU WILLING TO CHEAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS TO MAKE A BUCK??? WE HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT AND HONEST.We are not your largest revenue generating customer.2 years in a row YP has listed our ad incorrectly. Our first rep was based in Ca. but now we have been switch to a different group. In 2016 YP placed the wrong address in and 2015 they gave us a partial refund because they totally got the ad wrong and their rep admitted it.This year (Here we go again). I have the letters and my Verizon phone records and e-mails to prove everything I am typing. There is no exaggeration on our part.1) Received letter on 12/6/16 (letter dated 11/17/2016) that we had to make changes to our account by 12/5/16. The dates I typed are correct. I called YP.2) Called 12/7/16 and spoke to our new rep John M. at extension 4291611 (800)-479-2977 and asked what is going on. He was nice and explained that we had until 2/10/17 to make any changes.3) We have now e-mailed him and left a voice mail message because we want to make changes due to alterations in our business model. Our e-mail outlined the changes we wanted but we have not had any feedback or response from him.YPs track record with us is not good. I contacted customer support (they were nice) and explained our situation. The reference number of that call was 10029127. I am still awaiting ANY type of contact from our rep via e-mail or voice mail on the changes we submitted.At this point we will need to cancel our account so that we dont pay for something that doesnt help us. I am not amused, I am not happy, I am a professional who expects some sort of customer service by MY deadline that was set by YP.
They advertised a free listing on the internet. After you take the time to fill it out and call it good, they call you, pretend to verify your info for ten minutes, then try to sell you stuff. If you dont take the stuff, then they tell you that they dont actually have free listings anymore.

Dont work here, dont do business with them. Horrible customer service and they outsource almost all of the web development work.
It was bought out by December and will be relocating to Dallas. So not much to review here.
The worst company ever !i trying to get ads on the mobile program with YP and they charge me money on something is did not work and when i try to cancel it i always got some answer someone will call me back and guess what no one call me back!totally not recommend on YP bad customer service
