We had Massey Gutters install new gutters. Very professional, came out quickly and did a quote, were able to install the following week. Did a fabulous job, went above and beyond, very affordable! We did have a tiny leak, Chris sent someone out repair it as soon as the rainy week was over, made sure to call and let us know that someone would be out once it stopped raining. Highly recommend Chris and Massey Gutters!!!

We are beyond impressed with our new gutters and the installation! Chris came out and explained what was needed. He was extremely honest and told us there were certain things we did not need. Chris is a nice, humble business owner that really knows Gutters and the industry inside and out. He quickly got us scheduled and before I knew it, we had perfect new gutters. His team is excellent. Before they left, they checked with me to make sure I was happy and then Chris did a final walkthrough to ensure it was all perfect. We just had a big rain and finally got gutters that could handle it and move water the right way. Cant recommend Massey Gutters enough!

Very unprofessional and awful communication. Took 1 month for Chris to come out and evaluate my roof and gutters and give an estimate. Then I couldnt get ahold of him for another month (he wouldnt pick up the phone or answer texts) and he ended up telling me to find somebody else.

I hired Chris Massey to install gutters on my office building. Everything looked great, but I have attempted to contact several times for a cleaning and a small leak repair. Cannot get a response. Buyers Beware.

Called company to have new gutters installed. Chris (owner) always responded to my phone calls and arrived timely as promised. Crew introduced theirselves and worked hard and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future if there is a need. I will also refer them to my friends with confidence.

I echo what the others have written here...great sales pitch, great promised warranty and then NO RESPONSE AT ALL when service is needed. Absolutely awful customer service.

Chris Massey of Massey Gutters promises satisfaction guaranteed however once the work was done and paid for I needed some follow up work for some things they left undone. I tried contacting Chris. It was like the company fell off the face of the earth. I called and texted dozens of times and got no follow up and no phone call back without constant hounding from me. And it has continued like that. I am not a satisfied customer.

He installed new gutters for me in 2014 and promised life time warranty. Two months ago I noticed some gutters are separate from the wood. When I first contacted Chris, he asked me to take pictures of wood. After I sent him pictures, he said he would fix the problem. After weeks of waiting and calling him once every week, he promised to go there. But again he did not go and his phone became silent.

Massey Gutters installed gutter covers on my house in August, 2012. In less than one year, one of the downspouts was clogged. I called Chris Massey countless times--he rarely returned my calls--before he finally came to the house to see the problem. He promised send one someone to check the gutters and downspout by the end of the week. That was in August. I am writing this review on September 25, 2013, and have yet to hear back from Chris Massey or see a crew. Hes very friendly, gives low quotes, but provides no service after the sale. I would recommend your looking elsewhere.

I had Massey install gutters. The job was botched. After several calls they came and did some work but never got the gutters right, and the job did not look good. After several efforts to get them to come back I gave up. I would not recommend. Beware.
