The check-in process was so easy. We arrived at 8am to have our back window repaired and it took about 3 hours. I called around to several places and they had the best price. I was a little disappointed they didnt service my area anymore but it was worth the 30 minute drive. The window looks amazing considering it went from a power window to a stationary window. They also gave clear instructions on what to do after installation. I wish I had gotten a before picture.

I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, great warranty (which they actually honor) and for quick turnaround time. My rear glass got shattered over 4th of July weekend and I went to them on Monday afternoon. The ladies in the front office are helpful, fun and friendly and made sure my car was taken care of ASAP since I had called ahead. Came back an hour later and my glass was repaired, but the glass they used left larger gaps in the back of my Camry, which I showed them.They immediately offered to order another back glass from a different supplier since this one seemed a bit warped and suggested I let the current glass adhesive fully dry for a cleaner, easier removal. I had a functional back glass for the next few (rainy) days, brought it back and they replaced it with the new glass which fit perfectly for no additional cost. Customer service was excellent, they are responsive on the phone and work with you whether you go through insurance or pay cash. 5 stars well earned.

My scheduled appointment was made two weeks in advance, however upon my arrival they claimed to be short handed. So I waited several hours prior to their completion. I would suggest that you furnish covering for the interior of your vehicle because of the debris that is left behind. The cost is inexpensive as advertised and havent experienced any difficulties since installation.

Id give no stars if possible. First, the woman who initially answered the phone was very rude. Then, even though I told her that I needed the far back window (which I now know is called a quarter window), she put me down for a windshield, thus giving me an inaccurate quote. I drove all the way to Tucker from Loganville to be told that they couldnt do the job for the price they quoted me. They couldnt find the proper glass at the place that they said had it and claimed that they couldnt get it anywhere in the world. Funny, I found it at a place in Snellville for a lower price than their second quote the same day that they made it seem so elusive that Id have to pray to find it in a junkyard. The ONLY, and I do mean ONLY very seriously, redeeming factor in the whole messed up situation (did I mention that they are operating out of an old, run-down gas station?) is that the lady I dealt with when I first arrived was really sweet. I think that the blonde lady was the one who got rude on the phone and I know now that she lied about the glass. Regardless of the sweet natured lady, I will NEVER recommend this business to even my worst enemy.

I must say this place provides outstanding service from start to finish. While on the phone with one of there competitors companies Safelite whom had me on hold for an extensive period of time. I googled and researched other places boy am I so glad I did. I had a huge crack in my windshield and was heading out of town in another day thus needing immediate service. I inquired about a quote online and immediately received a quote from Auto Glass Now via text message while still on the phone with the competition. Not only only was the price 60% cheaper than their competitors but their reviews were much higher as well. I am very thankful for the front desk staff and service providers that did an outstanding job. They was able to accommodate me although I arrived an hour early for my appointment. While waiting I walk across the street to get a manicure and pedicure it took more time to get my nails done than it did replacing my windshield. I received both a call and text message to inform me service were complete. I am truly a satisfied customer.

We brought my son’s car in after experiencing an unexplained leak in the floorboard of the car. Glenn worked on the car to clear what was thought to be a clog in the drain from the sunroof. Turns out the car had clogs on both sides of the car. He cleared the clogs as much as he could but asked me to bring it back another day when they weren’t so busy so they could take more time with the car. I took the car back in today and they spend several hours attempting to find the bigger issue. Turns out this issue is beyond his scope of work but he made every effort to fix the issue and has referred us on to a body shop. He was so professional and nice and told me to have the body shop call with any questions that might help them resolve our issue. Glenn made sure that I understood what was going on with the car before we left. I really appreciate all of his efforts and advice. I highly recommend Auto Glass Tucker!!

Im from kansas and broke out my back windshield on my ford excursion. Called AutoGlassNow and they had one in stock. Brought it in that day around 3:30. Dropped truck off and went to stone mt. Got a call from Glen. He told me there was 2 different types of glass for my truck. He would have to order the correct one and install it on sat. Affordable and very fast. New window looks great.Follow-up: About 8 months later there was a leak. I took the car to the shop in Tucker and showed them. There was a tiny pin hole in the seal. They worked to find the leak source and cleaned up the areas that received water damage. I still give them 5 stars for their courtesy and professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I took my 2021 Chevy Silverado to get the back window replaced and they botched it bad!! Not only that they haven’t fixed it and it leaks. They want a paper receipt to fix work they know they did. They ruined my head liner, my paint it’s a total nightmare.

I would avoid The Tucker location. I got my front windshield replaced and I thought all was well; however, the first bump I hit in the road I heard a clicking sound, almost sounded as if the glass wasnt secure. So I called Glen, the manager, who said I shouldnt hear that sound but to drive the car for a few more days and see if the noise would stop. It did not. At that point, the front of my roof began to leak from the rain. Water somehow was being trapped inside and any sudden movement would release the water inside the vehicle. I called again and was told to bring my car back so they could fix it. Okay, no worries, mistakes happen I thought. But when I got there, Glen was very standoffish and seemed irritated with me being there - like I installed the glass myself and caused it to leak. He put me off on another technician who was much nicer and the problem was resolved. (I forgot to mention the glass they gave me looked used and had two scratches inside the glass but I didnt bother to complain. I just dealt with it. HOWEVER, that ticking noise was still there.AGN Riverdale... the best! I called this location and the manager, Kacey was SUPER friendly and even offered to take a ride with me to figure out what the noise was. Although it wouldnt make the noise while he was in the car (of course not), he was still invested in helping figure out the problem. Not to mention he noticed the ugly scratches in the glass and offered to replace my windshield altogether. Great attitude, I am very appreciative of that kind of customer service. My back rear windshield/window busted out of nowhere on my jeep Cherokee last night.. I called a million places until Glenn picked up the phone.. in said that he could do it..he found the window.. when it would be delivered and the time frame.. dropped my car off at 9am.. the window came at 11am.. my car was finished by 12pm! Some jerk broke my window for nothing. I had nothing in my car. Safe Lite quoted me 468 for a passenger window. I called Auto Glass Now based on a friends recommendation. It was $158 including tax. They did a great job and were super nice.

Had to drive out 2 the first time the fixed my window, It scrapped going up and down and the left glass all over my interior (to be fair the at least attempted to get some out) needless to say I cleaned out 3 handfuls of glass myself before I went to use a shop vac. On the second time my window was operational. If you got time to play games, go there. If not steer clear!

After calling around I came across Auto Glass Now. I was quoted a price and scheduled to have a technician come out. When the technician came out he had the wrong windshield but informed me that someone would be calling me to reschedule. I was disappointed, however before I could walk back in the house good I received a call. I was told that they could take care of me today and that they would take some off. I was thrilled because I was really ready to get my windshield fixed. I got there and was greeted with a smile. They told me that it would take about 45 minute however I did not take that long. Everyone there was so amazing, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them and god forbid I have another issue they would be the first place I would go. Now that is customer service!!!

Outstanding. Our BMW gasket around the front windshield was cracking everywhere. BMW quoted me $1400 with no guarantee that the $1500 windshield would not break. Most third party garages quoted less but again if the windshield broke regardless it would be my fault. Auto Glass Now removed the faulty molding and replaced it for $125.00. Took them about an hour. Windshield was not removed. Id highly recommend these people. Mercedes Benz and BMW vehicles are done here all the time. Thank you.

This was my first experience with having to have a windshield replacement. The employees were very pleasant and professional. The quality of work was excellent and their quotes/final cost was reasonable without any unexpected cost or surprises.I was very pleased with the services rendered and most definitely will recommend this company.

Went in with a broken rear window, got the window fixed which was all fine. However, it wasnt until I got home that I realized the door no longer opened from the inside or out. Took the car back to have it fixed, they claimed it was all good and there was nothing wrong with it. Still couldnt open the door. End up having to take car to dealership who verified that the latch was broken. Long story short they have attractive prices but, they also cost me 6 times that to get the door latch fixed. Was not worth the experience.

Go see Glenn he’s awesome! I would absolutely always refer my friends and family to this location! I went in to fix my broken windshield and he assisted me by actually having my insurance pay for the whole job. Walking in I had no idea I could even do that; he assisted me every step of the way including getting on the phone with my insurance company. Not only did I save money that day, but they have a customer for life !

I scheduled an appointment with Auto Glass Now for today. Kiniya greeted me as soon as I walked in. She has wonderful customer service skills! She immediately let Glenn know I was here and he got the car in the shop and started the windshield replacement right away. Service is great, work is great and the price is the lowest Ive ever found. I have several cars and they will all be coming to them for glass.

Glenn and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They gave me a better price than all of the other windshield repair shops. Additionally, I had a emergency and needed my windshield repaired ASAP, and Glen was the only person who offered to service me on a Saturday, while everyone else told me I’d have to wait until Monday. They had the glass in stock, and while Im happy to have my smashed out window replaced, Im not happy that damage was done to the interior of my door in the process. If you cant fix the window without doing damage, someone else needs to be overseeing the repair.

I have used Glen and his team for two of my vehicles. A 1991 Ford F250 and a 1978 Mercedes 450SL. On both occasions I received a quote in advance that was significantly lower than the competition. When I arrived for my appointment, they were waiting on me and I was in and out in a few hours . I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Quoted $179 out the door for a new windshield so I made a 1:00pm appointment for the following day. Arrived at 12:40 to drop my car and then walk to a local restaurant for lunch. Gentleman at the counter was busy with other customers and when he finally acknowledged me I told him Id just like to drop the car off and grab some lunch instead of waiting in the store. He was irritated and curtly replied that they closed at 2:00pm. No problem. I rushed my lunch to make sure I didnt hold these guys up and returned at 1:40 to find that my car hadnt been touched yet. Work begins on my car about 1:45. At 2:30 its finally done and Im presented with a total of $196, not the $179 out the door price I was quoted on the phone. For this price I could have had someone come to my house and not have wasted 2 hours of my life waiting! So I pay and go to my car which had not been vacuumed so there were strips and hunks of gasket all over the front seats and console, in addition to black dust and other debris that Ill have to vacuum out of the gear shift and trays. There was also a tool left in my car and when I turned to give it to the tech working on the vehicle next to mine, I saw that he was perched on the truck with one foot on the passenger seat, which wasnt covered and I can guarantee you his shoes had glass & who knows what else stuck to the soles because there was glass everywhere, and a knee on the door armrest. Sorry but I have a problem with dirty shoes on my car seats and Im guessing the owner of that car wouldnt ve thrilled about that either. Anyway, I just set the tool down on the chair that that tech could have been standing on instead of the car seat and I left. I know all shops have bad days and the gentleman at the counter mentioned that his boss had pulled one of his techs to go to another store but come on! Based on my experience, I cant recommend this company. Hopefully the quality of the work lives up to their other reviews.

I went here today, literally the cheapest place youll find a windshield replacement like $100 less than every other place. The staff was nice and it took about a hour to get everything done.You get a lifetime warranty on the windshield obviously this doesnt cover additional accidents, however, if there are issues with the windshield or installation i am sured that would be covered.Definitely recommend this place if you want an affordable job done professionally!

I just got my new Elantra and within 2 months I saw a crack on my windshield. I have no clue how it even got there. I called one person and they were quoting me at $350. Since it was my first time, I was close to agreeing until I was referred here. As a girl places always try to rip you off, but this place charged me basically half that price and everything went smoothly. I know cars are people prized possession so I wanted to write this review so people know this is a great place for a great price. So glad I was referred here!!!
