They do an outstanding job...whenever they show up. Made 2 appointments with 2 no-shows. Left multiple voice mails on their business phone with NO return follow-up. Wasted my time waiting for what l thought was an honorable man.

I didnt make an appointment, but I pulled up during business hours with what looked like one car ahead of me. After several minutes waiting by the sign reading, Stop here, a Detail Doctor representative will assist you, I realized the other car was unoccupied.I went up to the door, and found it locked. I couldnt see anyone inside, so I called the number and got voice mail. I left a message to call me back.About ten minutes later, another car pulled up behind me, so I gave up, let them have my space, and looked up an alternative. By the time I pulled away, several more minutes later, the new customer was still just sitting there.No idea whats up. Maybe they just dont take walk-ins.
