If there were negative stars I would rather post that. Nothing but the poorest service that a person can imagine. We had to go to the corporate office twice to get any thing done. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I agree with the gal that posted her review 2 days ago and all the others as well. If I could give a zero star I would. And I dont normally do that. I had an appointment on the 27th of July at 2:00 p.m. I called the morning of and the gal was new so it took 15 minutes to get a confirmation but they said it wouldnt be 2:00 but they would call and give us a time frame and I said okay so we stayed home all day and waited and waited 6:00 rolled around and it was no phone call and no show . I called to let them know what happened and next thing I know Im getting a call from Caleb arguing and saying that I was supposed to go there which is absolutely not true I tried to explain to him what happened and he just kept arguing he was not going to hear it. what happened to customers always right or at least be decent to the customers good God after going there for 18 years I will not ever go again this kind of disrespect and terrible service does not deserve my business

To Give Numotion a (1) Star rating is an insult to the rating system. I would give (0) Star if possible. If interested, heres the Readers Digest version in my point of view.- In late Sept./ early Oct. 2020: My Home Health OT referred me, set-me-up with, and got the order for Numotion to complete several updates on my 11 Yr Old Quicky-Q7 wheelchair, which needed: Plastic foot-rest / Bearings / Breaks / Removable Back Rest.Interestingly, I never heard from Numotion, asking questions like; What Type of Breaks do you need, Whats the Back Rest Make / Model / Dimensions / etc... Nothing.- By mid January I had completely forgotten about these few updates, however, I received an early morning phone call from a Numotion Technician who would be at my home in 20 minutes to update my wheelchair. I asked; What parts exactly are you updating? He responds with; a foot-rest, new Bearings, and new Breaks. I asked about the Back Rest, it was the most important, as mine was seriously cracked and didnt have a lot of life left in it. No, he did NOT have it. I told him not to bother coming out, I had already changed the Breaks, and wasnt worried about anything but the Back Rest. Having his mobile phone number, it was agreed; I would take many Pictures and supply dimensions, then send them to his phone (They were given to him later that afternoon).- Mid February I received another early morning phone call from a different Numotion Technician who would be at my home in 20 minutes to update my wheelchair. Roughly the same story as above, and he did not get any info from the Jan. Technician. Again, I told him to turn around, Its a waist of time. He said; Ill go back to Numotion and find out whats going on. I asked if he wanted the info I sent earlier, he said not yet but maybe later if he needed it.I didnt hear back... so he must of got everything he needed.- Early March, I was contacted by Numotion, setup a time and date to update my wheelchair, March 10th 2021, my wheelchair was updated with the correct Back Rest, replaced my new Brakes with their new Brakes, Bearings, and Foot-Rest.5 Months to get my wheelchair updated... Incredible.Just for Laughs, I searched the WWW for everything they purchased and replaced. I could have ordered EVERTHING, and had it here in less than 2 weeks. Therefore, I give myself a (0) star as well for going thru Insurance and not just getting it done myself.

I love my new chair!! Ari and Justin are my heros. There were a few service failures early on in my interaction w this company but they pulled through. and made up for it with the consideration and follow through that made all the difference. I am very happy with the service and quality.My PT highly recommended Justinaw the best she has ever seen and now I know why. He ordered everything to address my pain. My chair is so comfortable!!! It is perfect in every way.

Not the same people who come out to get you your chair, they seemed to care about service. Just try and get service after it arrives. They dont know what they are doing because they get their sales thru referrals and make huge profits thru insurance, so they dont have to try.

Had to deal with the one in Bellingham. Yes they don’t make what you need/want, they brought you a piece of junk that didn’t fit and unsafe! They also used a no clue deliver guy who stayed in the house for three hours to make sure he wore the elderly patient out. His mask was off twice and talked right next to the elderly and whole family without face cover. Letting them into the house was a FATAL mistake. Later on the communication was absurd and disturbing. Best con artist!

One of my patients has been without the use of her power chair for months. NuMotion was supposed to come out and fix it twice. They cancelled both appointments and we never heard from them again. We leave message after message with no response.Criminal.

Well they came and worked on my wheelchairMade the brakes so tight that the tire wont roll because they rub against the break assembly waited 3 weeks far an appointment to have it fixed got a call that they got move the appointment for a week later now they tell me oh we canceled todays appointment cause we though someone had already taken care of it when I told Anna i have been without my chair for 3weeks now and have been stuck in my house without a way to even move around my house and all she could do is chuckle and say well well come out tomorrow..How can you claim to be so compassionate and all about the people when you dont even care about people just the god damn money

Bad customer service. They need more people to answer their service phone. Left a message no call back. Service Tech showed up and they did not even call to tell us they were coming after waiting 3 weeks. We were not even home. Called again and waited on hold 30 min and it hung up on me. Called again and left a message still did not call back. LAME TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION skills. They need manager training. Wheelchair we received 5 yrs ago all bolts fell out. Randomly. Sent picture of parts when a switch went out and when they showed up wrong parts. Once again had to wait. I could go on and on.The part that sucks is there is no one else in this area that sells this chair so basically we are screwed!

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. I would give zero stars if I could. I got my power chair from them about 3 1/2 years ago. This is the third time I have ordered the same part, though I have never gotten it. They are booked out 2 weeks just to diagnose the problem. Then they have to order parts and call you when the parts come in to schedule the repair. No one has ever called me back, I just got very lucky and it fixed itself. So you’re looking at 5-6 weeks without your equipment. Now, I can really only speak for myself, but as a disabled person (which I assume is all they work with given the nature of their business), I rely on my power chair entirely. Until my power chair is fixed I have to use my manual one. I can’t reach the counter or stove to cook, let alone the shelves in the fridge. I can’t reach the sink to wash dishes. I can’t sweep, mop, or vacuum. I can’t carry anything since I need my hands to push myself so I can’t do laundry or put anything away. Now, in addition to working full-time, my husband has to do everything I usually do at home. I feel and basically am useless. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night. They should keep parts in stock and have enough technicians so that when someone calls for service, they can help them the same or next day. They should also carry better quality products because if your technicians are all booked out 2 weeks for service, there must be a lot of people with defective products. This is the company my insurance contracts with (Medicare) so I didn’t have a choice, but if you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Oh, and apparently you can’t take your power chair outside in the rain because that fried the controller on mine. I was just trying to get in the car. I guess I can’t leave the house if it’s raining, which is most of the time in Oregon!

The worst. I met with them 5 months ago and was measured and evaluated for a mobility device. They still have not done the paperwork to send to my insurance. I have private insurance and a huge deductible so I really am paying for this device myself. Ive requested that they keep me in the loop if they need information, but months pass with no communication. I thought everything was fine and that we were waiting on insurance. I call and now they said that my doctor isnt responding to their requests and isnt filling out the form properly - which translates to them saying my doctor isnt responsive to patient needs and is incompetent. I cant believe that so many months have passed and I still dont have the mobility device that I need.

Thanks to Numotion, Im completely homebound for the second entire summer in a row. This is the WORST company. Last summer they took 4 months to fix my power wheelchair. This year, they took my wheelchair for basically the same issue. After two months (possibly 2.5 months. I will check) I havent heard from Numotion at all. When I called them, I found out that they never even started my order! The manager, April, claimed that they didnt have my insurance information even though when I first gave them my chair I specifically asked them if they had it, and they said they did. Then magically April found my insurance information. They couldnt offer me a loaner chair. April asked me to trust her to do the job they should have done months ago. Had I not called them, I would still not know that they never started my order. I am still homebound today, August 9th. I can only walk very dangerously maximum 500ft. Not enough to go anywhere. I bruised my ribs last week trying to walk. Im missing the second summer in a row thanks to Numotion. My health has deteriorated due to being stuck in my dark apartment again and Im feeling suicidal. Two summers gone thanks to their complete incompetence. I will also report them to the better business bureau.

Back to the merry- go -round, known as numotion . wheelchairs from VA are great . parts ordered and installed, from numotion are unreliable and costly. Different. Technician every time with different skill levels . appointment times ..are not convenient and vague . input from clients is disregarded and not valued. If you are not satisfied you are told to come into the office and recieve your repairs . How does that make sense ? When the technicians are out in the field doing repairs ??? Phone loop annoying . VA and Numotion do not work together as a team . plenty of room for improvement . In the mean time, back to the merry go round . Are we having fun, yet ? HELL NO !

Absolutely the WORST company that I have had to deal with - somehow they are a Kaiser vendor!!! Miserable customer service! Have to leave phone messages because nobody answers the office phone, no one returns my calls; and now they failed to show up for my appointment!!! Its outrageous that they remain in business!

Every time I call them, it reassures why I shouldnt. I called to find out the part number of a piece of equipment they put on my chair a year ago. They didnt have any record of it. Frustrating. The people you talk to are nice, I dont want to get mad at the messenger. I only called now because they did work on my chair previously, but obviously that didnt help. Too bad you cant give zero stars. :(

My daughter got her wheelchair from numotion, the side supports don’t fit, they slide out because they are the wrong shape. I suspect they ordered the wrong brand and tried to make them work. I have to call repeatedly for service and it takes weeks and angry voicemails to get a response. Billing is also a joke, also don’t return calls. I wish I could switch now but feel we are in too deep. I can’t adequately express my frustration with Numotion! Garbage.

If you need anything in a timely manner, use Bellview. Things get lost, misplaced, forgotten, etc. well meaning or good hearted doesnt fix problems. I have no complaints about staff, but we are 7 months in to trying to order a cushion, we provided PT and medical notes, a script, etc, and no order has been placed. Its not an insurance delay if paperwork never reached the insurance

Show up a week after your chair breaks just to do an evaluation. If theyre so busy they should hire more people. Only reason to go here is because of insurance covers.

Calling Numotion Tualatin three days in a row for parts information. Their recorded message say all customer service representatives are on the phone, but leave a message. I left a message three times and got a call back only once after seven hours (too late for me) and never heard back from them on the other two. I should have read their reviews first. Too bad I wasted so much of my time trying to get a callback from them. They are flakey at best. Support another company.Danny

My good friend permanently in a power chair, had to wait for over 2 months for them to come out, in the mean time she was stuck, & couldnt go anywhere, that should be a crime, they should be locked in a jail cell & not be allowed to go anywhere or do anything for at least 2 months... SHAME ON THEM

This place got my money from the insurance company, never a follow up call to even see if everything was alright and never return my phone calls regarding the seat is not right. I would never refer anyone to this place. The man who delivered my chair had not a clue about the adjustments nor how about doing them. They got their $8,500 and to hell with the customer.

I ordered wheelchair tires from Numotion. They did not return my calls about the status of the order, and took a month to get the tires I had requested as soon as possible. When they finally had the tires I had ordered, I had already purchased them from another source for $90.They wanted to charge me $120 for the tires and $204 to install them. I asked if I could get the tires from them without the install (since they are a preferred provider with my insurance, and my insurance would pay 80% if I went through them). They said they would not, because my insurance required them to install the tires. I called them on this and threatened to call my insurance to verify that requirement, and they admitted that they lied. But, they would not provide the tires without installing them (at the exorbitant price 2000% higher than local bike shops), so I did not complete the order with them.I will never ever do business with Numotion again.

When I desperately needed a new Power-rchair wheelchair during the takeover-buying of the Care-Medical company in Portland,OR where I had bought my 1st wheelchairs a Mr. Brian Monoian even came to the A.L.F. where I resided in Forest Grove,OR to interview me, find out exactly what I needed, spoke to me personally and then made sure I received a brand new Powerchair within a reasonable amt. of time once my Medic Care ins. cleared.Since then 2-Power wheelchairs-ago I have dealt solely with the numotion mobility co. for all of my mobility needs as I find them to be TOPS in both sales & service/100% standing behind their products to always make sure I am a satisfied customer!:)Sincerely thankful for GOOD business-practice by nu motion,Gretchen M. Total and complete mismanagement. They couldnt seem to follow their own protocols, couldnt keep track of what was going even from the first contact. My doc had initiated the process and once it got from PT eval to them, they couldnt keep track--not even that it had been Dr prescribed . I wouldnt even give them 1 star except thats the only way to post this.
