Such a cute salon! I love the atmosphere inside every urban waxx but this location is particularly extra relaxing for some reason. Absolutely love the staff and the retail they have.

I love all Urban Waxx locations Ive been too. My favorite place by far to get waxed. Booking seems harder and harder to get in though. Busy season? Lack of staff?

I was pretty nervous before I went in, but the lady that did the waxing made sure I was comfortable, she worked very fast and efficiently, and it was very professional. I think most people are afraid to go in because theyre going to feel judged or that the pain is going to be excruciating. Absolutely do not have to worry about that here; they were wonderful. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

So great. The only place to wax in Portland. I love this location because the location is great. They have the BEST stuff to buy- candles, cool jewelry, skin products...and I love coming in early to read a magazine and enjoy my complimentary glass of wine! Such a posh place and literally everyone that works there is so nice. Its my treat!

The experience was my first and everyone made me feel very relaxed, welcome, and the place was really clean. My waxer was professional and made me feel comfortable during my Brazilian. I will definitely be back!

Literally the best wax Ive EVER had.

Love it here. I bounce between here if I am at work, and Vancouver if I am on my way home. I like that both locations are both right off the I-5! Super convenient. I also love that I can see whoever is on and I always have a great experience. Also..I always appreciate the glass of wine and free snacks before my wax. :) Everyone is super nice and they can always get me in for an appointment the same day or pretty darn quick! BEST. xo

Ellie was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with my grandmother and I. She answered all our questions (gram had alot lol) and was kind to us. She did my brows 2 times so I could see what color I liked better which i thought was so nice since it was my first time tinting my brows at a legit place. It made me feel like she wasnt rushing just to get the job done. Bravo, Ellie!! We will be back for sure.

My husband went to the Tualatin location about 3.5 weeks ago. The day after, he had red spots/white heads EVERWHERE. When I asked him how his appointment was, he said fine, he was done within what felt like 10 min. TEN minutes for a full back wax on a grown man!???We attempted to treat, but the rash has spread and we are still battling it. Ive now conceded and told my husband he has to see a doctor to get antibiotics.DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.UPDATE: The owner has reached out to us in an attempt to rectify the situation. I appreciate her concern and willingness to make up for the negative experience.
