The entire process of getting an estimator, all the way to the crew that did the actual work, was a very easy process. Robert, and Xavier came out and removed the existing gutters and replaced them with brand new ones. Both Robert as well as Xavier carried themselves well, very respectful and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me how the process works, and everything from how the gutters are formed (which is very interesting) to the different types of mounting options. We had a smooth experience with Oregon Gutter Service in estimation, communication and installation of the new gutters. The snag came when I climbed onto the roof and discovered standing water in the new gutters due to lack of drainage (the downspout was not clogged).The not so good:- There is standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, at the bottom of two newly installed gutters due to lack of drainage.- Contacted the company, got the following reply: Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the guttersThe good:- Easy communication with the main office.- Quick and professional estimate for the job. All questions answered. And this was around Christmas time when it is hard to get someone to come over.- Quick service: crew did the job in less than a week after the estimate.- The crew was clean and professional.- The new gutters look nice, are sloped away from the house, so that any overflow will drain away from the house.- The new gutters are working well, there is no overflow even in the downpour rains.Details:- Standing water, 1/3 to 1/4 inch deep, remains at the bottom of the gutter alongside the entire 24 foot length of the newly installed south-facing gutter due to lack of drainage.- About two-thirds of the length of the newly installed west-facing gutter has standing water in it as well.- At the same time, the newly installed east-facing gutter drains properly and dries out.- Contacted the company, got the following reply from the office in about a weeks time after submitting the pictures of standing water in the gutters:Normal to have up to 1 inch of water standing in the gutters

We had our complete rain gutter system replaced by Oregon Gutter Service. Everything went as expected and the finished job is great. The crew who did the tear off and install worked hard and cleaned up well afterwards. My only problem with the experience was the communication with the company. It seems to me that they could take some time to keep contact. Then, when the job was done, I handed the crew chief a check for my balance and didnt hear from the office until 10 days later when I got an invoice showing a balance due. It took me two calls before the check was suddenly deducted from my checking account. There has been no paid in full invoice or follow up. A+ to the install crew. C to the office and paper work.

They took months to finally come install the gutter we ordered, but it was not the color we expected. We were going off pictures on their website and they do not correspond to what the colors are like in real life. They offered to send samples, but they never followed through on actually providing us with color samples. We paid extra for a colored gutter and now will have to paint it to get it to be correct. Customer service was not helpful - they just wanted to argue rather then work with the customer.

Bad customer service. Did not show up on the agreed day so I had to change my schedule to be home. Gutters left dirty on outside and downspouts still clogged. No response from their office. For $384 I expected quality work. I will never use them again.

Our new gutters were poorly installed and have not been draining properly. Ive been trying to have someone come out and address this for over one month now, calling multiple times a week, and have only been hearing the same thing from the front office about how they will leave a message with dispatch and have someone get back to me as soon as possible. Im appalled by the lack of regard for customer service, and want a refund at this point. Its not too much to hope for functioning gutters after buying brand new ones in August. Very Disappointed.

Oregon gutters were great. I had them install gutters on a 20 gazebo and the corners came out fantastic. This company also installed gutters on my 36x40 shop and house, and I havent had any problems yet. Also, they had the best prices out of all the companies I had quoted on. I contracted Oregon Gutter Service to replace my back gutters and add a downspout. I paid 1/2 of the bid up front. My new gutters were supposed to be installed on November 16th. So far, no new gutters and I am getting the run around from them about when the installation will happen. I would NOT recommend doing business with these people. While others may have had a good experience, mine has been terrible and I suspect fraud.

Oregon Gutter Service guys showed up when they said, did the work we asked for, including an extra downspout repair, and cleaned up after themselves. We wont know for sure if everything works until it rains again, but were hopeful weve addressed our eaves issues.
