Javelin Logistics is the US Warehouse/Distributor for HobbyKing. They provide will call delivery so you can pickup parts at Javelin and not be charged shipping.This is a HUGE benefit since for a lot of parts, the shipping costs more than the parts.Javelin will call was GREAT!* They have a separate Will Call entrance with the pickup desk right by the door.* They are open during lunch!!!!* They were super courteous* They check your ID so you can be assured no one else will get your items

Went to Javelin Logistics for a HobbyKing pickup and it was great! There is just a desk inside the warehouse right inside the door that says will call. You can see the whole warehouse and its very clean and huge. Above the desk are model planes strung up. There were two men attending the desk so I was helped within a minute. I just gave him my ID and he got my box of stuff. No troublesome packaging either which was nice. I just wish the hours were a little broader so I didnt have to take off from work early.

Hobby Kings only redistribution center in Oregon. Not design for normal public consumer. No fancy reception area but reception right in the warehouse.

Dont expect much. Just a receiving dock for hobby king nothing more. Do not expect customer service of any way shape or form and still expect hobby kings terrible low quality.
