Great for fixing stuff. Never had a bad experience. They always seem to be able to fix anything. Except for older phones unfortunately. Like iphone 4s and such.

Friendly, fast, effective! Had a charging problem with my i7, called and was greeted warmly, suggested to come down so I did. Walking in the atmosphere is wide and friendly; the products are clearly organized, the carpets are clean (you’d be surprised by others I’ve been to), counters were not cluttered or dirty, and the representative was really awesome. He was polite and open, friendly but not overly talkative or inquiring into what happened nor did he try to chum-me-up and try to be a buddy - he was very professional, polite, and nice. The work was fast and breezy; left with a new drop proof protector for my phone. Suggest this to anyone looking to save money and get great service.

My son dropped his phone and screen somehow became disabled and it didnt work at all so I took it to the Fix Hut for repair. They did a great job and it only took about 45 minutes. I would definitely come back if I had an issue with one of our devices.

The Fix Hut, and Conner, provided great customer service and support for an urgent/last minute issue we had recently. Conner was able to resolve our unique issue with a video game console system. As a family we have been in 4-5 times. They are always professional, honest and very helpful. Connor helped us today and he spent time really figuring out what the issue was with our iPhone after we had attempted to fix our broken screen on our own. Save your money and have them do it!! It’s more complicated and intricate than most of us expect! Highly recommend!

These people are absolutely incredible. I was completely unable to use my phone today because I dropped it and the screen had gone in a bit, but I brought it here after an hour of going to both the apple store and Best Buy with no success, and these people worked MAGIC! The man at the counter was so very polite, and even fixed my phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. While talking with me. I had an enjoyable conversation, learned a lot about my phone and good phone habits, and got my phone fixed for a VERY reasonable price. 10/10 would and will recommend these people to anyone with phone problems. Screw those Apple guys man, come here.

I had trouble with my iPhone when it died on me and I called in to see if I could bring it in. The young man was incredibly knowledgeable and he immediately identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. Great customer service and conveniently located. Prices are reasonable too.

I went in looking for a replacement battery, they didnt carry the one I needed (its an older model) but the guy who talked to me was very knowledgeable and took 10-15 minutes to talk about my options going forward and his opinions on newer phones.I learned a good deal and the employee was very kind, and patient.👍

Very fast and quality service! Took the guy 30 minutes to replace my charging port and put in a new battery. Also gave me a discount for doing both since he was already in there. Highly recommend 👍 and the repairs come with a 6 month warranty.

The tip of my lightening charger broke off inside my 6s which meant I could no longer charge my phone.The representative was so kind and explained that if you use cheep chargers things like this can happen.He repaired my phone in 2 minutes and confirmed the fix and then refused payment.Honey and integrity are alive and well at The Fix Hut! Excellent!! I have taken my iPhone 4 here twice and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Matt and the level of customer service that he brings to this store. Prices are reasonable, work is done quickly/is guaranteed, and he goes way above and beyond the standard level of customer care. I accidentally left my ID on the counter near to closing and didnt realize it until I was downtown Portland to deal with a vehicle that needed to be towed - Matt was wonderful and offered to meet up with us to drop my ID off! Our expectations have been exceeded in just two interactions. Wont ever take our phones anywhere else!

Wow we replaced both of our cell phone batteries and I can not say enough about the great service we received. Dropped of and had a great workout and picked it up.

The Apple Genius told me they can’t repair a bad charger port, but for $299 they could replace my 6s. For $50 the Fix Hut totally fixed the port problem, plus they repaired a volume issue I’ve had for a long time... no cost for that. And they did it in less than an hour, as promised. I love it when I find a business like this... as of today they are our go-to iphone wizards. Great experience.

Got to say this place is amazing! Had a recommendation from a friend to check it out for battery replacement. My charge port was not working and apple refused to look at it bc mentioned potential water damage, and said no trade in value on new one if not working, nice catch 22! Decided to check out Fix Hut and turns out just some lint or dirt in charge port. Fixed in a minute. You guys rock and saved me a ton of money!

Im so sad with my repair :( First lets point out the positives! My experience both times at the Portland location and at the Tualatin location were met with friendly smiles and great customer service. That made me feel confident about using this company to fix my broken screen. They were also very quick to do the repair, another huge plus! However. The second time I had the phone fixed was with Mike, very friendly indeed. I picked up the fixed phone in roughly 40 minutes (awesome)Unfortunately both camera lenses are dirty on the inside, one has small water droplets or something that appears as so and the front camera inside lense is completely blurry.The tore off the 15$ tempered glass lense thinking it wasnt installed correctly. Waste.I called Mike to let him know and he couldnt say anything except to bring the phone in. I dont live in Oregon. What a waste of my time and money. He replaced my camera for some reason which was never disclosed to me before and told me it was necessary. It appears as he stole my good one and gave me one that doesnt work! My power button hangs up on phone calls now and my keyboard isnt as responsive. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME N MONEY!

I highly recommend The Fix Hut. Alex and team from the Tualatin store replaced the broken screen on our iPad and did an awesome job. Phenomenal service, quick turnaround at a reasonable price they work on all models of iPhones and iPads.‘Keep being awesome’ is their slogan and it certainly speaks to this business!

They only work on Apple (really!). Their answering msg on phone is worthless ... maybe were closed, maybe were working w a customer. At least they could say open 10am to X pm.

Went in and my phone wasn’t charging and a friendly staff member named Pete cleaned my charging port for free and didnt try to get me to install a new port or anything. Thanks for saving me $$!

I was quoted $150 saying it needed a new screen and something inside worked on at another iphone fixit shop. I said no I would buy a new phone at that price. I decided to stop in The Fix Hut and get another opinion on my way to buy the new iphone. He asked if he could pop it open and check inside. All it was was a swollen battery that was making the screen let light in. He replaced it for $50.00 and I was on my way. No new phone needed. Honest and highly recommend.

I took my phone there 11/09/2018 and was told the battery would be replaced in a week I finally called today 11/26/2018 and was told it hadnt been touched. I immediately asked for my phone and the money I had paid two and a half weeks ago.

Cleaned my lightning connectors instead of charging me $50 for a new connector I did not need. Thanks!
