I went to this location for my sons appointment. The appointment was 30mins past open. The maps on my phone took me to an outlet mall. It didnt say where the building was because it was an outlet mall. Looking around couldnt find it. Even tried to use the walking instead of driving to get a better view of where to go when I arrived. Still couldnt find. Kept telling me I had arrived. When all I could see was nail salon and Dottys. I asked several business owners around the outlet mall if they knew where the entrance to the building was. No one knew of the establishment. I couldnt see ANY signs of advertisement or directions to front door. In addition I called 3 times trying to leave voice mails each time. No one answered just autopickup machine. Finally I got a call back for HELP finding the place 10mins before. When the gal tried to provide directions it was confusing. She was telling me she was parallel with multiple buildings. When I finally found the entrance the door was locked. Didnt wait to long for the gal to open the door just a very flustered experience. You think for the amount of money spent there that there would be a sign leading parental guardians to the correct entrance. I drove 1hr 25mins to be here and then the 20mins lost in outlet mall was the cherry to top the first time experience.

My sons behavior improved a lot with the brain balance program. The staff are very friendly at the Lake Oswego office.The cost can be hard to shallow, but we felt like it was worth the results we see.My son still has some struggles but its more manageable now.

We have been very pleased with Brain Balance! They treat you and your children like family, are always pleasant to be around and have a common goal.. to get the help our children need!

The Brain Balance program helped our ADHD/SPD son tremendously. His sensory issues were greatly reduced thanks to the program. He enjoyed going to the sessions and had the unique opportunity to work with such talented, professional, personable staff that motivated and encouraged him every step of the way. I was grateful for all the staff that provided compassion, understanding and endless support to families. It is also a great opportunity to connect with other families going through similar struggles.

We found this program after my son struggled with potty training. The initial goal was to get him past this, however, the program provided so much more. He grew in body awareness, core strength, his handwriting improved, and he was able to start usIng the restroom durIng the day!

Brain Balance really works and it worth every penny and every minute of effort to get there each week! It is life changing!

Brain Balance has help more than I could have possibly expected. My son is an Aspie and struggles in many areas including academics. Last fall it became apparent that my son needed help more than what could be done with his IEP/ISP and at home tutoring if he was going to go into middle school the next year. I struggled with the decision of dumping money into more tutoring that would only treat the symptoms and not solve the underlying problem. Besides my son just growing by leaps and bounds in the stages of development (which he was behind by 7 years), his academics grow has been the amazing thing. He double his project growth on the state testing. He has never even met the projected growths in the past. To double it was outstanding. Highly recommend Brain Balance. The program worked great for my 12 year old son and all ofthe staff members are fantastic to work with!

Our son is doing well and progressing through the program. Hes only halfway through and weve already seen some improvement in his emotional control.
