Ive been working with Cascade for a little over 15 years. They are the janitorial service we use in our retail stores in the Portland Metropolitan Area. They are extremely thorough and amazing customer service. Each month a rep does a walkthrough with myself (the shop manager) to address any concerns I may have with their service, or anything that can be done better. They are available at any time with any concerns, and Ive never had any. We have had a handful of emergencies that have come up over the years and they have been extremely timely with all inquiries.
