Throughout the process they were communicative, ensuring we were always aware of where they were at with the work. After a leak in my bathroom ceiling, my building mgmt recommended BluSky to do the remediation. They showed up right away, very thoroughly checked for moisture, quickly sent an estimate detailed photos, ripped out all the damaged drywall, and left a huge dehumidifier running for over a week, coming back to check a few times to make sure things were fully dry (I didn’t use them to do the repairs, they just removed the damage). They were usually responsive via phone and email; the only exception was that after they were all done, I had to call and email multiple times for over a month to get them to send me an invoice.

Every step of the process with BluSky was professional, transparent, and efficient. Within an hour of contacting them, I had a time scheduled and was on the phone with Michael, who would be performing the inspection and starting my water loss mitigation process. He explained all the steps, answered my questions, and walked me through possible outcomes including worst case scenarios, which was important for me. Michael arrived early, was very professional, and the final results were better than I expected including final billing that was more than fair. Lastly, Michael helped me navigate my insurance company and communicated with them directly, which was above and beyond service expectations. I highly recommend BluSky.

I’m a leasing manager and I had a water emergency over the weekend the first name I thought of was Harbro. Extremely professional, articulate, knowledgeable and efficient techs, I don’t remember all of them but have enjoyed working with Blane and Tim (project manager) but HUGE shout out to Joseph. He was just a tech assigned to a weekend emergency call but man, he was everything I needed him to be. When the owner of the property came in frazzled, he talked him down and explained (with grace might I add) what happened and what they’d do to fix it. I couldn’t honestly have asked for more from this company! I’ll never rely on another emergency restoration company, you’ve won my business.

High Integrity and Responsiveness. We live in a condominium on the waterfront. A few weeks back our refrigerator began leaking at night, following a appliance repair. The water had seeped under the wall into the adjoining bedroom as well as under the wood laminate in the kitchen. We stopped the lead that night. The next morning I called Harbro. The service person on the phone was fantastic, very helpful. She connected me to the Branch Manager, Tim Young, who walked me through the process. Later that morning Tim stopped by, examined the water leak, really diagnosed how the lead traveled and gave me choices which in the end saved me money! Im very grateful to Tim and Harbro. They are excellent at what they do and have a lot of integrity.

Updated 3/20/21Although the name changed, the customer service has not. They are reliable, polite and professional as they have always been. You can trust them to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Tim and Irma put their customers first.
