Called Multiple places first, Fox Towing was the only tow service to answer. They came out to help change our tire asap. Friendly, and timely for all the other calls they were taking care of. Would call again in an emergency. The price wasnt bad to boot.

I was in an auto accident and Fox Towing was called to pick up my vehicle what was not drivable. I waited around to talk to Fox Towing. Justin was extremely helpful, friendly, and informational. He was empathetic to my accident and explained the process of what should happen and how the whole thing would work with insurance companies. I definitely recommend this company... When I had trouble starting my car and needed a tow, I first called a different towing company. But, I was unable to get a driver to my location in a fast time. I was told that I would get a call from an available driver in a few minutes. So, instead of waiting, I called Fox Towing and was given a wait time that was not too long after sharing my location and vehicle information. The Fox Towing tow truck driver named Justin arrived at least 15 minutes earlier than initially estimated, for which I was extremely grateful. Justin towed my car to a shop and after I was done getting my car dropped off, a tow truck driver from the other company called me asking if I needed a tow.Great job with the fast and friendly service!

Everyone involved was courteous, professional, and pleasant. I called to have a car towed back to my place from a dealership and the driver, Justin, showed up quickly and was patient and good-humored as I finished up the paperwork. He got the car back to my apartment no problem and the transaction was as hassle-free as possible.Will definitely use them again.

Cody in truck #10 was very nice and let me know everything he was going to be doing. He even let me know, how much it was going to be, to have my car towed from Sherwood, Oregon to Wilsonville Toyota. I paid for the tow right there, so there werent any hidden fees or complications in the service they were providing. I grabbed his card from him and let him know, if I ever needed another tow, theyre the first people Id call!5/5 for sure!

So my car got totalled on Feb 6th and was sent there as a result. After this event, I broke my foot and then moved households. Essentially I and the victims of the accident have been so busy with doctors appointments and moving that we didnt check on the car for over a month. The had already sent off the car and sent me a notification via mail however, we had just moved so we didnt get that notification. So right before they sent the bill to collections I got a hold of them and learned that the bill very possibly couldve taken everything my wife and I had financially. The person who answered the call, Matt, not only informed me fully and was patient with my inexperience with this situation but also worked with me to lower the cost so that it didnt bankrupt my wife and I. The fact that this company is capable of showing empathy especially in these hard times was amazing. Thanks again, Matt. If we ever meet in person we both owe you the biggest hug!

They were very pleasant on the phone and helpful with information but could tow the vehicle we needed towed at that time because of county rules. NOT their fault will use them in the future.

Horrible service. Don’t know how this company is still in business! I explained that I needed a non running car towed 30 miles. They said a 45 minute wait time. That was 5 hours ago. Driver showed up with a regular tow truck-I explained I needed a flat bed . Never been treated so rudely! Driver refused to even speak to me & sped off!

Just had our car towed for a very reasonable price. The driver was about the nicest guy ever and came in the time frame stated when we called. I would definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend Fox Towing. I called a few other places and no one could come help me with an emergency tow for a few hours. Fox sent someone out right away. The price was very fair and the tow driver was very friendly and helpful. Even made recommendations for repairs.

It felt like it took him awhile to get to the accident site but whats really disappointing is that he went through my stuff. I went to get all belongings out of my car because insurance totalled it out. I had a full dutch bros card and another almost full and he took them. They werent just laying out they where in the sunglasses compartment. Im not worried about losing my free coffee but just thought people should know some drivers go through your stuff.

My daughter has been waiting on the side of the road in the rain for the last 2 and a half hours and they still have not shown up. This is such bad services they have pushed her off i guarantee for another tow because it doesnt take that long to get 6 minutes away from their location. What a terrible way to treat young ladies stranded.

I set an appointment for an early morning tow, when the tow company didnt show and said they wouldnt until possibly 6 Hrs later I called fox towing!They were 30 min earlier than expected even though it was short notice and the pricing was fair!Ive worked with many tow companies before but no driver has ever been as professional and respectful as Justin.Thanks fox towing, Ill definitely be recommending you.If driving fast is the only complaint fox towing has, I would say slow it down a bit.Keep it safe, professional and respectful, I dont mind if you show up late as long as you maintain a great attitude and provide quality service.

Aggressive driver tried to pull in front of me with no signal, honked at me and then once he followed me onto another street flipped me off. Not a great representative of your company. I know who I wont be calling.

This place is off of a highway in a frightening looking road

James was really nice and very quick. My car broke down in the parking lot of the Starbucks at Bridgeport Village (at lunchtime!), so he had just about the worst parking lot situation you could possibly deal with. Everything went super smoothly and they had the tow truck out within 15 minutes of me calling them. The tow didnt cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Very good service.

Asked for a tow for today, if possible, since I had been turned down by two tow companies already. I was told that they would have a truck meet me in 25 minutes. They were there in less than that! Since the tow was less than 1 mile, they charged only for hook up fee, nothing extra for mileage. Very quick fair priced service. Thanks for your help, Daniel! Polite and professional.

Juan Chavez winched and hauled our rig out to our farm and my wife and i were behond tickled as it was no cush job. We were pleasantly surprised by his prompt, courteous and friendly service as well as his skilled and efficient workmanship and how he handled a challenging task woith aplomb.

Called Fox Towing after one or my service vehicles had transmission problems. They were there to rescue my employee with in 35-40 minutes and got the vehicle to the Ford shop to be fixed. Called for a jump start on my vehicle. Service was prompt and friendly, but the technician who came did NOT have a way to run your card and instead I had to write down my card info for him. What year is it anyway?What’s worse is that the technician was not wearing a mask and did not adhere to social distancing.

Jared beyond rude. Web site said open 24hours so I called at 7 am. He answered hello & when I asked if they were open, he said, I answered didnt I. He said to give an hour notice for pick up then when I called said an hour & a half. Then he said we werent there on time so would be another hour. After another hour, he said he was on another call and I was on his time now. Still waiting. Seems like some reviews say James is good. Never deal with Jared!! In fact, if Fox Towing owner reads this, get rid of Jared.

45 minutes turned into an hour, called was told another 5-10 minutes which turned into a half an hour. Also looked on their website before calling and the triple A symbol was everywhere so when prompted if they took it they said oh we dont do that anymore and it should have been removed well then maybe you should have seed to it that it was removed FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

These guys have been idling in front of my home for 45 minutes, waking me, my wife and my 4 y.o. child with the flu at 7AM by keeping the huge truck engine on for nothing, polluting and backing up in the end with the loud bips to top it all!! Stay away if you want to keep your neighbors happy!

A long time ago you guys messed up the brakes on my 68 Dodge Dart by stabilizing the stealing wheel by pulling up my break pedal. I took it to les Schwab and they fixed the master cylinder that you ruined by pulling up the flap when you pulled up on the break pedal. After it was replaced I contacted you and the owner a very angry lady said we didn’t do anything wrong. Shortly after my car was fixed les schwab called me and said that the driver who originally brought my car in showed up, opened my car door and pulled up on the pedal to see if it was true and drove off. AAA ended up paying for it. I was pregnant at the time with my first daughter and you cared not about my transportation. Today walking back from Starbucks I see one of your employees parked outside of Dotty’s drinking and gambling with the company vehicle. You should oh so be trusted, I also have pics if you even care.

Called for a tow. Was told 30-45 min until the driver can arrive. An hour later I called back asking for an update and I was told it would be 10-15 more min. A half hour later I called back and said I wanted to cancel the pickup. Operator said ok then just hung up. Would not recommend.

I do believe Jessie Quick is confusing Fox Towing Tualatin with Fox Towing Newberg. I would encourage that author to verify their facts and submit his review to the appropriate company.

I normally dislike tow companies, but I called this morning after finding my car gone after parking in an approved space. My car was not with this company, but Rebecca was amazing. She walked me through my next steps on what I needed to do and got me calmed down enough to find out where my car was. Thats another review for another time. Without her, I would have spiralled down further into my panic attack and never retrieved my car from the other company who towed it. Thank you Rebecca. You rock!

My wife had a dead battery 10pm was soaking wet and freezing cold, I called for a jump they said 30 min..so 1 hour later still not there... so I called again turns out he was as lost as a goose flying east. So I send a pin through text, he gets it and 15 min later still lost...then he gives up!! Not at all satisfied

Do not use this company they try riping you off. Went tried getting a car out and went to the cop station to pay all fees and then went there and they would not give it to us even while having all paperwork needed. I had everything they the paperwork that was given to me by then. They say it is 24/7 it is NOT!!!! It was a friend and I and a Lake oswego police officer and even someone from dispatch trying to get ahold of them and no one would answer. Do not go through them. Only reason I rate 1 star us because it wouldnt let me rate NO star.

Called Fox Towing and they came within an hour and when Marc (the driver) got there I had got my classic car started. He followed me home to make sure I got there and refused to charge me. Class act. I have always used Fox for towing and would recommend them for any classic or car towing.

I waited an entire day for them on a Friday and they didnt show up. Then, on Monday they said I was the first one on the list. I didnt hear anything all morning and they were supposed to call an hour ahead. Then at one I called them to hear they were around the corner . Annoying! I would have called them off, but my insurance service center was contracting with them.

Liars and crooks, do not trust this company.

Went through the recent and she said that they did charge us more than the recent even says but still will not reimburse us the amount they took out of are bank what we didnt ok.
