Sky have installed and replaced the 2 AC and 2 furnace units in our house. We also opted to add zoning for two of the floors and add some UV filtration. The quality of the work has been excellent, and the team have been extremely friendly, responsive and happy answer questions.

Omar and his partner did a great job. They arrived on time. Omar explained how to change the filter and work the thermostat. They swept and cleaned up like they were never there. Very nice men. They were a pleasure to have in my home.

Hired sky to install an exlectrical disconnect for a heatpump im installing. Braxton arrived within the booked window, and texted while when he was on his way. We spoke about what i asked for and reviewed the heatpump i was installing. He suggested a smaller outlet than what i was considering, then gave me a quote before he began work. Once agreed he got to work, while working asked me some additional questions about how i prefer to the install to look. When all was done it looked great, he explained how the outlet will work for my project.Braxton was really friendly and very knowledgeable, he cleaned up nicely after the job and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

July 2021 I had schedule to have my moms drain unclogged. The plumber was very nice. I called Sky for the main drain cleaning special that was advertised, because the main line seemed to be the problem.When the plumber arrived he said he didnt think that was the issue and gave us a price to have all the sink drain done individually instead. He worked in the washroom first and took a few hours working on the drain. He did replace the plumbing under the sink when he was done. We decided to just have that drain done as the others were fine as long as that one didnt back up.After he was done the drain ran slower than before and now is backing up in the kitchen sick from the washroom sink at the end of the house.So $350.00 later my moms plumbing is now not usable at all.I didnt get a receipt/invoice or an estimate of what he thought the issue was to repair it.This should not be a guess and go. The plumber should know what is causing the issue before he starts the work.Now, I need to find a plumber.

Called to arrange repair of my electric heater in my bathroom. Explained the problem in great detail to three different people while making the appointment and with call backs after, and emphasized that I wanted an electrician to come out to fix things. They sent a HVAC technician instead of an electrician, and he told me that if I wanted to have an electrician to look at the problem, I would need to have an evaluation of my entire electrical system in my house, which would be at a substantial additional cost. I thought that that was very lame,and told him to forget about the job. Terrible service by this company, and if I could give them zero stars, that would be more appropriate.

Both Chris and Braxton have been amazing communicators in helping me with upgrading my main panel and helping to identify and label my new electrical panel in my garage. When you have a question they respond in detail and promptly. I cannot be more satisfied with their high level of service!

Very impressed each time Josh has worked on our HVAC system. He is always very professional in his interactions with me. Josh explains what the problems are and what needs to be done to correct them. My old system was too old to repair. After a discussion with my family, I chose the Ductless system. Mario Gonzalez was the technician and Braxton Kinsey was the electrician. They were both on time and did an outstanding job. The job was performed before all of the major hot weather came, of which I was very happy. The initial consultation, cost, and payment options were so good I decided on the spot to cancel the rest of the quotes and go with Sky on the spot. One week later they were installing my AC unit. They stayed in contact by text before the day of install. And when they said theyd be here between 8am and 9am, they were here at 8:05. The entire team was fast and efficient even when some logistics needed to be changed as to where my unit needed to ultimately go. They were as fast as they good be given the difficulty of where my heating unit was. But when it was all done, they had everything cleaned up and trained me on the thermostat and the thermostat app. I could not be happier as I write this in my much cooler home.

I really appreciate Morgons experience and professionalism. He was able to get behind my wall without making a hole in the drywall by removing a cabinet. I will never use them again! During the hottest days on record, their technician was scheduled to come to my house on a Friday to perform a check up on my air conditioning. The technicians assessment determined that I needed a new a/c motor and assured me that they had the motor in stock (i.e., 95% sure), and would replace it the next day. Based on this info, I selected a package that included replacing the motor and an annual maintenance check up for my heating and cooling system. After paying for the service, the technician never showed up or call next day as promised. I called the service number provided and was told that it was the weekend (Saturday) and that only the technicians were working and that the managers werent available until Monday. So, I left a message that I frustrated by this experience and wanted a return call on Monday to determine when my a/c motor would be replaced. After 3 more attempts of leaving messages during the week, someone finally called me back while I was working and left a message for me to call them back. I called the number during work hours and the same exchange service answered and took another message, and Ive been waiting now for weeks for someone to return my call or replace my a/c motor. Although Sky has a great service rating online, I must be honest about my experience during the hottest time on record and accurately reflect the service I received as 1* one star).

Kenny was friendly, knowledgeable and I truly believe he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. He is an example of why I keep going back to Sky. Appreciate him and all of them for their trusted work over the years.

My AC went out in a 90 degree heat wave. Sky Heating was the only place I called that actually answered on a Sunday. (The repair guys I normally used never even called me back... so they can go pound sand) Got repair scheduled quickly and Kenny came out a couple days later and replaced the motor in my unit. Unfortunately, the new motor had a problem and died a couple hours later. Kenny came back out the next day, replaced the motor again, did some extra checks and diagnostics and spent most of the afternoon making sure everything was up and running and there wasnt any another issue. Despite the extra trouble that we ran into, the response to resolve the resolution was great. Kenny went into detail about other potential problems he found that might cause me problems in the future and what I can do to mitigate them. I can see why theyre still in business after 40 years and theyre now my go-to guys in the future.

Sky Heating, AC and Plumbing did an awesome job and exceeded our expectations. Ryan meeting with us at whatever times worked for us. He was patient with our questions and quick to respond to our calls/texts. We replaced our furnace and water heater and installed a new AC unit. It was a two day process but all the guys were great. First day Grant and Miguel got our water heater in and sealed the duct work. Second day Earl and Eric installed the furnace and AC units. Sky was amazing from start to finish installing my new AC unit! Charlie came to my house and provided a comprehensive evaluation and gave me several options and explained them all fully. Initially I was told that the service would be done in early August, but when a cancellation occurred, Charlie called me and told me they could install on July 13th! Eric showed up exactly on time and was both personal and professional. Braxton was the electrician on the job and he too was awesome! They even gave snacks to my dog so that she felt comfortable having all the commotion about There was one other tech there whose name I didnt get, but he was great like the others! The Sky Heating & AC team came out to install a new heat pump, furnace, and water heating system that would help bring our old 90s infrastructure into the 21st century. We now have AC! Perfect timing too as the weather is starting to heat up. We had a great experience with the installers, they were very knowledgeable and professional. The new system is super quiet, efficient, and is already keeping our house comfortable. This has been a great experience and the pricing was great, especially considering current HVAC equipment lead times. The other HVAC company we called to price out the work took 4 weeks to get a proposal put together with a 8-12 week lead time on equipment. The Sky team was by far the best choice in the region!!!

Very prompt and explained everything clearly. The only thing I noticed that I have to clean up is some dark brown debris in the downstairs bathroom. Also, some things in the garage were moved together haphazardly. There is someone coming back to look survey everything and the things will be moved back then. I hope nothing got scratched. I had scheduled about 2 weeks in advance to get a bid for installing central air at my home. The day of the appointment, and near the end of the appointment window, I received a call that the technician could not make it out due to an emergency. Ok, that happens. Since it was on Sky I would have thought the would prioritize fitting me in for another appointment ASAP. Instead they said there earliest they could get me a bid, after they cancelled on me day of, was two weeks later. Pretty poor customer service to take my time by holding an appt. open, cancelling on me, then making no true effort to accommodate a timely follow on service. Not a company I am willing to work with. I have already received other bids and will take my business elsewhere.

This is my third time calling Sky. They took care of my heater, then installed my A/C, and just finished some plumbing work. Grant found a couple issues I had not seen and they could have caused some flooding in my place had he not seen them. I have had nothing but positive experiences with every repair person that has done work here and I would highly recommend them.

Brian had evaluated our fan problem and knew how to remedy it before he arrived! It took him 5 minutes to solve the issue and offered no fee for his time. We asked him to service our 15 year old furnace and he found two potential serious mechanical issues and other system loading problems with the filters that had been installed after the initial furnace installation. He offered multiple options for long and short term repairs and explained the costs and options in great detail. He had the needed parts with him and made the selected repairs within the estimated time and cost. Overall Brian provided outstanding service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! A+

Have had nothing but issues since my unit was installed back in 08/2020, Electrician has been lying about contacting me to fix it, havent been receiving call backs like stated. My AC unit trips my breaker and I cant get anyone from SKY out to fix it. I went with this company because of the high costumer service ratings and have had nothing of the sort. Im very disappointed in the service I have received and are still currently receiving, I went the entire winter without heating because of this issue. This has been the worse experience with costumer Ive had in my life, I regret choosing this company. I keep getting told empty promises, different stories as to why things arent happening, and lied to about scheduling. I would not recommend them for installment or service.

The pilot wouldnt stay lit on our water heater, and they were able to fit me in between calls. As suspected, the TC was going bad. The sevice techs were friendly and efficient, and answered all of my questions. Good work!

I hate to leave a poor review, but Sky came out and unfortunately didnt really diagnose the issue, only took the info I told them (which was basically that the pilot light keeps going out) and they just replaced the Thermocouple and charged me $400!! Yea. $400. A Thermocouple costs like under $20. I was in a bind so I trusted them to do it and really didnt have a choice. It went out again and they were unavailable for days so I called another place and they recommended replacing the water heater which I did for half of what Sky had quoted me. I understand profit margins, but I hate feeling taken advantage of and they had me. $400 repair for a thermocouple is just wrong.UPDATE: Just spoke with the owner and he was very professional and made sure to make it right. No company is perfect and I appreciate their willingness to put the customer experience first. Despite my 1 subpar experience, I would give them another shot for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you.

My water heater died in late March and I was at a loss. Sky Heating was the 1st company to respond to me and the most reasonable of those I contacted. The office staff was very pleasant & helpful & the tech, Yuriy was prompt, friendly & efficient. Because of the great service I received from him & the office staff, I decided to ask for an assessment of my gas furnace & get an estimate for replacement. Charlie Dorst was extremely helpful, sharing a lot of information to help me make an informed choice. Although I wasnt planning on replacing my system until next year, based on the information Charlie provided, Ive decided to do it much sooner. The company provided two types of services: installation of a ducted mini-split system in the second story of our home and tuneup of our furnace. The crews did an excellent job. Everyone, from the office staff, sales, technicians, and even the owner of the company; demonstrated the outmost professionalism, good customer service, effective communication, and top-of-the-line knowledge and skills to provide the kind of solutions we needed to improve heating and cooling in our house. It stands out the pleasant experience we had with Dan and his crew (installation) as well as Jeff. They all were punctual, respectful, COVID conscious and knowledgeable. It took us a while to decide to do a mini-split because of the cost of the system (regardless of the company you choose to work with), but we’re glad we did it. We called because we were getting an electrical burn smell coming from our furnace. Technician came out and did a huge scare tactic on us. Told us we needed a brand new furnace because the one we have (which is only 6 years old) was about to go out and also tried telling us we have a carbon monoxide leak. We got a second opinion from a family friend that came out and it turned out to be absolutely nothing. Not saying all the staff are like this, but for sure there’s at least one snake that works in that company trying to take advantage of people. And it almost cost us 9k had we not got a second opinion. Be cautious when using them.

I have been using Sky heating and Air conditioning’s services for the last 10 yrs. Recently I had an issue where the A/C unit stopped working during one of the hottest weeks this summer. Don Wilkinson from Sky heating was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replaced a faulty capacitor instantly. He also tested for refrigerant pressure, airflow, performed filter replacements and made sure the A/C is functioning properly before signing off. A thorough job indeed. Highly recommend Don for his knowledge in this field and for his professionalism.

Weve always had minor work done with Sky Heating and Cooling like furnace maintenance and replacing filters, so this was our first big job, having an AC unit installed. Scheduling was very easy and a pleasure. The receptionist that helped was very accommodating. We had Ryan out for the quote and he was great. Very informative and my wife appreciated the no pressure sales approach. We also appreciated that Ryan wasnt selling fear like the other companies we had out for quotes.Once we confirmed we wanted to work with Sky, Ryan had us on the schedule within 48 hours! I understand it is winter.. but still to have that kind of flexibility with a company that is also likely seeing a high volume of furnace repair... we were impressed.Roberto was the installer. Extremely professional and kind. He worked all day to find out that the unit itself was broken, so he had to come back out the following Monday to install a new unit which was fine.. again dead of winter we werent in a rush to be blasting AC in February. Once installed and tested he gave my wife a great tutorial of how to work the controls and gave advice as to how to get the most efficiency out of both the AC and Furnace. We will certainly continue to work with Sky!

Our heat was broken for 6 weeks, and Sky Heating was the 3rd company to come out to try and fix it. They were great, and super determined to figure out what was the issue. Major Kudos to Brian and the Sky Team! A very difficult and complex ground loop heat pump was diagnosed and gone through for a terrific price. We got all the answers we needed and he was a superb PRO! Way to go Sky Heating and the Blue Truck! Thanks for the donation to Colon Cancer too guys- that was an added bonus!

I asked them to give me an estimate on repairs to my duct work. The person that came out was very polite and respectful. Over the phone he gave me a rough estimate. When I received the estimate vis email it was three times higher than what I was quoted. I feel that they were trying to take advantage of me. I posted a poor review and they called me and said that if I removed my review they would refund me my $109. They even went as far saying they refunded my money on their website. I believed them, so I removed my review. Come to find out they didnt refund me my full amount. I feel they flat out lied to me. In my opinion that is being very dishonest and respectful.

Joel was great at finding and fixing the leak in our water pipe. He kept our water on as much as possible and let us know throughout the process what he was finding and doing. Thank you also to Tina for being so responsive to our needs!

I had an excellent experience today with Mario from Sky Heating and AC.He did a great job explaining the process for the Sky duct sealing. He shares the before and after measures of air loss and the seal will be a great help with the systems efficiencyAnd save on my electric bill.This is my third great Sky experience.I will definitely see them in future!

Abel was awesome. He not only installed the furnace, but verified it worked, set it up, and walked us through the full system so we would know how to maintain our new system. He was very nice and very personable! If I could I would ask for him by name.

Im glad I contacted these guys, theyre there to make a great business go even higher, from customer service to technicians, I had an issue with my water heater shut off valve dripping and they cooperated very quick to the situation and had the expert technician Joel on his way in a couple of hours after the call, he solved the issue and replaced the part in really short time, thanks Joel, the repair cost is very fair, they sure take care of their customers as much as possible!

I called and needed a plumber as our house was for sale and we were getting things up to snuff . I talked with the person who did the scheduling, sorry forgot her name . She was very helpful and friendly . She scheduled me for the next day . The plumber JOEL showed up on time, looked at my issues gave me three options on what I could do and even explained that one of the issues I had I could easily do myself -Shock !! A plumber who helped me save money . He was very friendly and knows his trade very well .We just discovered another plumbing issue after we had a home inspection due to the sale of our house . I will be calling them for a quite since I know it will be an honest and straight forward quote and Joel will do a great job once again

Our air conditioner went out when it hit 100 degrees on a Saturday. Sky Heating and Air was able to come out on Sunday for $189 which we agreed to pay and didn’t argue in paying at time of “service” as we wanted our AC back up and running. We checked upon calling on Saturday and they had our system on file, and just in case my husband gave them the part number for the motor they would need since that was what was wrong.On Sunday Gabe the service technician eventually arrived a little late, and seemed to have no idea why he was here and didn’t have the part we needed. So he informed us that he could eventually fix it, but we would have to pay 30% more to fix it since he came out on a Sunday. And it would cost $1,000 to replace a $120 motor. So basically we paid $189 for him to confirm our motor needed replacing and secure a 30% cost increase for the rest of the work to be done eventually in the future during normal business hours. I would not recommend this company at all as they were not focused on pleasing the customer at all more interested in making as much money as possible.In response to my poor review the manager attacked us as the customer insinuating that we were refusing to pay the $189 fee which we did not. It was the rest of the experience that we are reviewing as 1 Star.Update to the reviews. Changing my experience from 1-2 stars as Kelly the service manager called on Monday to let me know that Gabe had been working very hard in very hot weather and reverted to the old pricing in his exhausted state. Yikes poor guy. Gave me a new price $325 less. When I asked for a quote with price breakdown so I could schedule they stopped responding to me. Then they wrote a second response in this google review again attacking me the customer and saying that I declined service. Which I hadn’t yet, but I guess now.....
