Terrible quality and service.My wife is a stroke survivor, and this year has put a lot of stress on her, so I called Two Maids and a Mop to have them deep clean our guest suite for the holidays to take at least one thing off of my wifes plate. The two ladies did a terrible job. They did not clean the ceiling fan. They did not clean the blinds. They did not clean the baseboards. They did not dust the furniture. They vacuumed, but did not so much as push the vacuum cleaner under the edge of the bed. We ended up re-cleaning the entire suite ourselves.Shortly after the cleaners left, my wife began receiving calls demanding payment. She asked them to call my number which they should have done anyway since I was the one who ordered the service, but for some reason, they never figured out how to call me instead of her.I called the office and spoke with Tracy about how bad of a job the cleaners had done. She offered to cut our price in half and give us a free premium clean. She said that a manager would be present for the next clean.I scheduled the free cleaning a few weeks later with the understanding that since we had just cleaned the entire guest suite ourselves, we would ask them to clean a comparable area in the main living space.When the ladies arrived for the second cleaning, my wife noticed that it was the same two ladies who had done such a terrible job the first time. There was no manager present.When the ladies came to the door, my wife asked them to take their shoes off or wear booties since we do not allow shoes in the main living areas of our house. This is a standard policy for people like my wife who grew up in Asia. There is a large Asian population in Birmingham, and we have never had any problem with other service providers complying and either removing their shoes or wearing booties. The ladies from Two Maids and a Mop, however, refused to remove their shoes and claimed that they did not have any booties to wear. The ladies called their office, and Tracy called my wife to tell her that the ladies would only clean if they were allowed to wear their shoes throughout the house.This type of performance and attitude is completely inexcusable, and we will never use this company again.

First time use and very accommodating to our schedule. Good job! Will continue having them clean for me.

Did awesome. After our construction remodel we needed help. The two girls did in 3 hours what we couldnt do in a couple days.

Utilized the company for a deep cleaning of a new home we had purchased. Paid $660 for the cleaning. Two ladies showed up and performed the work. That evening I came back and did a walk thru and had a good impression. However walking thru a few days later in daytime I saw the streaky windows and discovered multiple shelves and drawers that were not cleaned. At the price, I would have expected a more professional job.

Two Maids & a Mop do great work! Weve had them for several months now and they always go above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. We cant say enough about the work they do!

Been using them for 2 years. Reliable, trustworthy, and they do a great job. Recommend them for your house cleaning needs. Very honorable in offering free cleaning to those undergoing cancer treatments.
